    A decent little way to spend an afternoon. In the grand scheme of simulation games, this one feels a bit simple and reductive. It strips down and simplifies the art of game development as a means of streamlining the experience, but in doing so, it cuts out a lot of the replayability and the players ability to create their own success stories, due to the fact that what is or isn'tA decent little way to spend an afternoon.     A fun little tycoon game without much depth. Scores often feel arbitrary and there isn't all that much content. Not very replayable either.

    One of my first games that i ever bought just this alone puts the game close to my heart and in a special place... but this is a unbiased review gameplay is lacking.

    I think its game is okay for this year but its need a big uptade or remake because the game is kinda short, thats why this game needs remake but still a very good game.

    Game Dev Tycoon's use of video game history rewards players that have knowledge of the games industry and educates those who don't, but the lack of depth in its mechanics prevents the game from capitalizing on it further.

    i spent 22 hours in this game (steam) and i think that's a really good indie game, but the lack of option with time leaves something to be desired and if you restart the career the game just start to get bored, you can finish the game in like, 7 hours, but this is for the future, i hope Greenheart Games make more games, better than the first.     História:como dito anteriormente ele tenta recriar a história dos games mais com algumas diferenças.ele faz paródias com as empresas de jogos como ninvento e a vena(nem preciso falar quem são)e com o nome dos videogames tambem como o TES,playstem,sega oasis e etc a nota para a história é neutra até por quê um jogo desse tipo não precisa.

    I was surprised to see the metascore , simply a game that should be on your list , graphics suited to the experience , simple gameplay , but mechanics on another level .

    A good game, really fun and addictive, but it gets repetitive. Create a game, get a quick buck (or not), gain fans (or lose them), go to G3, repeat. If there was more events, it would be better.

    Taking into account the quite low price and the almost non-existent technical requirements, Game Dev Tycoon is a good and above all original game, albeit without great pretensions.
