Both theaters have a huge and attractive map that will change as the seasons go by. Control 16 different unit types from 5 different nations included, all portrayed in authentic uniforms. You do not have to go through hundreds of tiny counters in this game – all units are large, animated figures.     Once the armies swell in size, the laborious job of shuffling them around the battlefield is like shovelling coal. [Oct 2006, p.65]

    The strategic and tactical action is even enjoyable enough to support the experience and the AI provides a satisfying challenge. The problem is that there's a little too much going on here. The campaigns are large and unwieldy and there's far too much micromanagement of factors that the player shouldn't need to worry about.

    A nice old-school turn based game. Graphics is sub-par, but don't let that turn you off.
