    The cars are faster than ever and feel better to drive than ever thanks to tighter controls and base improvements to the game’s car handling. Equally, the addition of accessibility features like steering help and the casual modes open up F1 2020 to an even wider degree of players, from those with a casual racing interest to people with full-blown personal racing simulators.

    F1® 2020 is an amazing step in the right direction for Codemasters. By adding the My Team mode to the series, it gives this racing game a different personality; one sprinkled with adventure elements, and it works.

    F1 2020 does as much as can be expected from Codemasters, offering an oustanding racing experience on the track. Where it goes further is off of the track, bringing in an incredibly extensive My Team mode, as well as fleshing out the career mode with a full Formula 2 season. With a massive amount of content, great racing and quality throughout, it's hard not to love the game. The only real issue I have is the inclusion of the new Podium Pass (battle pass) system, adding a microtransaction for cosmetics.

    The new "My Team" mode is the biggest innovation (and improvement) in recent years and fits perfectly into the F1 game concept from Codemasters. Apart from that, the many adjustments to the driving experience, penalty system, TV-like presentation and technology add a little extra. F1 2020 is not only the best F1 game, it is also one of the best racing games out there.

    Overall the game is the same as F1 2019 with some tracks redesigned and with the My Team mode added. It should give people a couple seasons to go through instead of career mode, which is still available for those who want to do both. We may not be too far away from having an F1 motorsport manager game or even an add on if this keeps going, maybe for those more interested in managing rather then racing.

    With F1 2020, the franchise expands on what it does best — realistically simulated F1 experiences with a low barrier for entry and high quality of execution. It also shakes up a lot with the team career mode, but at this stage the thing I really want to see from 2021’s installment would be addressing the persistent, longstanding issues to improve the quality of the experience overall.

    'My team' took an already solid game and made it competitive in a market with the likes of GT and Forza.

    Force feedback on this year's game is better than last year's. Nowhere near the likes of rFactor2, iRacing and other full blown simulators, ofForce feedback on this year's game is better than last year's. And there is the occasional crash, and the EGO dumper thing appears, asking you if you'd like to submit a report to Codemasters. But they've actually taken our complaints, and did something interesting. The MyTeam mode is bloody brilliant. I hope they add more customization options for the car on next year's game.… Expand

    Over 120 hours in, and I can confidently say that this is the best F1 game of all time, there are tons of great features in this game, the AIOver 120 hours in, and I can confidently say that this is the best F1 game of all time, there are tons of great features in this game, the AI is actually believable because they make mistakes. Creating your own team is a great idea, immerses you more into the F1 world. The graphics look amazing, and the game is well optimized. The casual mode is a great addition for players who don't want to get too technical. The driving mechanics are well refined when compared to previous games. Online can be a bit glitchy at times, but is well functional and playable enough for me.

    Overall this is a 10/10 game in my opinion, better than F1 2021 by a mile, and well worth the $5 I paid on Steam for it.    … Expand

    Honestly, i am playing F1 title for many years but all of them is nearly same, yes mechanics improved in years, graphics are good, but theHonestly, i am playing F1 title for many years but all of them is nearly same, yes mechanics improved in years, graphics are good, but the problem is, still you can't create your new tracks, they doesn't have all tracks in game which are not in F1 Calendar. I want to play all the stadiums for custom game but the game only offers me same tracks every year, nearly every year just want me to pay tons of money to the game they only change drivers and tracks, most of times tracks are same too anyway.… Expand
