    You cant love the game when opposition always score on the same way and you cant score like that. Passes goes to directions you didnt choose. Defenders leaving space for opposite striker to shoot no matter what tactic you choose. Fast,strong and agile players becomes slow, weak and sluggish the moment game decided you need to lose.

    Не знаю, как у этой игры получается, но она каждый раз способствует отмиранию моих нервных клеток. Ужасный мультиплеер, столько случайностей, которые, наверное, должны случаться один раз на тысячу, но они случаются в каждом матче. Думаю konami стоит поработать над мультиплеер, а то это просто ужас.Не знаю, как у этой игры получается, но она каждый раз способствует отмиранию моих нервных клеток. Ужасный мультиплеер, столько случайностей, которые, наверное, должны случаться один раз на тысячу, но они случаются в каждом матче. Думаю konami стоит поработать над мультиплеер, а то это просто ужас.

    I only play master league, It's entertaining and all but the AI, It's so bad this year It unlocked a new level of anger in me. It's sad It's all there, all the elements for a great football game but It fails mainly in the AI and the mechanics implemented in the master league (Which are the same as the previous years), and still Konami don't care about the regens that are a problem withI only play master league, It's entertaining and all but the AI, It's so bad this year It unlocked a new level of anger in me.     Podriamos decir que podemos pasar de jugar myclub, pero esto no nos aportaria una solucion, ya que los sistemas offline estaran igual de rotos, convirtiendo al titulo, en un titulo roto y repetitivo, el año que viene pasara lo mismo, una beta que sera muy buena ya que no dispone de micropagos, un juego que al comprarlo te situa en modo de novato y te facitita que ganes para que te enganches y volvera a romperse en el momento que no efectues micropagos, mala compra,tomadura de pelo,situaciones de impotencia por que es imposible avanzar en el juego si no ejerces micropagos, en defitiva un juego que no esta programado para que el usuario disfrute y pase con el buenos momentos, es un titulo que esta programado desde el dia 1 para sacarnos todo el dinero que pueda y que sin dudarlo se olvidara del deporte que representa, de los valores que son indicativos de un juego justo, que gane el mejor, un juego que olvida todo eso para anteponer sus scripts,handicaps y tragaperras a la diversion del usuario, la sensacion es que compras una demo de un buen juego y tienes que ir renovando el juego a base de efectuar micropagos compra nada recomendada.    … Expand

Players are not responsive and sometimes add some unexpected animations/movements that slow down their actions. Often, after selection, they sprint in a different direction than the one indicated by the joypad.     Yet another decent PES release, one of the smoothest versions of PES and brings back memories of PES 2013 (even the new menu kind of reminds me of PES 2013 menu style).

    but change the dribbling system and the transfer menues... they are so outdated.

    Made an account just to say this game is a cancer in the sports game market. Do not be fooled by the fantastic ball physics, as you will rarely get to experience them. Your players will stand and stare at easily retrievable balls and gift goals away. Your goalkeeper will fail to save weak shots. Your players will fall over at the lightest touch, or they will be rugby tackled and theMade an account just to say this game is a cancer in the sports game market. Do not be fooled by the fantastic ball physics, as you will rarely get to experience them. Your players will stand and stare at easily retrievable balls and gift goals away. Your goalkeeper will fail to save weak shots. Your players will fall over at the lightest touch, or they will be rugby tackled and the referee will penalise you. After almost 5 months of the game being out, CONnami have done little to nothing except count your money and do nothing to improve this atrocity. At this point, it is just a money farming machine, with absolutely no investment going back into the game. They take the game servers down for 6 hours every week, just to annoy their paying customers, they don't change anything in the game in these updates. Disgusting amounts of abusable tactics, such as "ping pong" passing, where you can spam 1-2s and go from one end of the pitch to the other without interference. If you play with Ronaldo and Vieira on your team, you cannot lose no matter how bad and clueless you are. Every match, your players play completely different from the last, the form arrows are meaningless. Some games your blue arrow 100 rated messi can miss open goals and basic 1-2s. There is no way FIFA is not the better game this year, at least there is a small amount of consistency. Don't bother playing against AI, they are either insanely stupid and you win 10-0, or they cheat and give themselves free kicks, and foul you in the box for no penalties. An absolute disgrace, appalled that I spent money to feel this way from a video game. A company full of animals and I strongly urge you to never buy one of their scams again.… Expand

    it all comes down to the moment you realise that actually you are not in control of your team but the system is making you feel like you are. Konami"s strategy behind the game play logic is to make players buy coins to buy better player in hope of the game play will become back to normal and fast and better fingers win the match.     Gorgeous graphics, great carreer mode and a very fun MyClub mode. The only problem is the gameplay. Even improved and with new animations, the gameplay still with some problems. But PES 2020 is absolutely a must-buy game for all Football fans.

    -AI Controlled Teammates Are Not Programmed Properly:
    The first problem for me is that the AI controlled players are running away from the ball when the ball is open or even if it falls in front of them.You have to get the control of the player if you want any player to get to the ball as you can imagine it takes ages inside the ongoing match.AI does not help you to get the ball and the players are just looking at the ball or running away to their positions.It's the same on attacking too.They do not run to open spaces as well.In order to trigger them you have to hold L2+RS to the direction of the player you want to trigger for run but it takes ages too.

    -Response Times for Actions is Super Slow:
    After you play the game for 15-20 mins ,you understand that you have to press the buttons ages before so your player can do your desired action:(Response time is incredibly slow.The player never stops his animation to take action for the button you pressed.He completes his move or takes his step at any cost regardless pressing the button.You press the button to pass before your opponent comes but your player relentlessly goes 2 steps more and the he tries to pass obviously when it was too late...

    The graphics are surprisingly good if you compare to playability.The faces of players are more realistic than Fifa,I must give it that! There are many more players who are created identically and individually when it's compared to Fifa as well.But sadly this is the only satisfaction the game provides for me....    … Expand

    Most fun, realistic and addictive footy game, highly recommended! Best to use a controller though to take advantage of a stick for better accuracy of movement and passes, shots etc.

Playing football games for many years both online and offline, I honestly don't understand the positive reviews of PES 2020. Blatant scripting in both online as offline modes completely and horrendously kills the consistency level and fun factor of this game. You will quickly find yourself being unable to bear more than one or two matches at a time before spamming for the Alt F4 key combination.

    To describe this game as 'good' would be like saying crack cocaine or meth amphetamine were good, by the same token, it is hard to describe it has bad, because I keep coming back to it, year after year at that, despite knowing exactly what kind of **** to expect.    … Expand

    Making it short... Skip this game if you are a long time PES player. It's not that old style fun any more.

    This game looks great but it's so scripted on top difficulty levels. It has some nasty problems with players control, players switching, referee, perfect AI on top difficulties.     This game looks great but it's so scripted on top difficulty levels. It has some nasty problems with players control, players switching, referee, perfect AI on top difficulties. I can't really enjoy this game because when I play on "professional" difficulty level I dominate too much and it's boring. But when I switch to any next difficulty level game feels unplayable. It almost feels broken.

    Player control feels very assisted. I used to switch the game engine assistance level from high to moderate/medium in old games to improve the game responsiveness but I can't find the same switch any more. I can feel assistance when the player decides to stand still despite the fact that I press move or changes the move direction slightly for no reason. I often see that I already pressed pass/shot/whatever but my player still makes some unnecessary extra touches before the requested action is executed. It's quite disappointing because the chosen action may not be suitable after additional time wasted on useless touches. This problem becomes a real pain on the top game difficulty because AI pressure a lot and I don't have spare time to just keep the ball. The most weird thing I've ever seen was a case when I did a perfect pass and set my striker 1 on 1 with the goalkeeper but instead of a 1 touch shot which I pressed my striker decided to get the ball and keep it for a second. Obviously it was stolen and there was no shot. Game also allows to cancel actions but it's unstable. You never know if it will work this time or not. Overall it makes an impression that I don't have a real control on my players because at any point in time then can ignore actions which I choose and do something different. It's always very frustrating in any game because it makes me feel that game plays itself and I can just slightly affect the result sometimes.

    Player switching is basically broken from old times. It was always buggy and sometimes game just doesn't allow to control a player which you want unless you move to the manual player switching which I found too hardcore. Sometimes game automatically switch to the wrong player and it's always a disaster. It's either a missed goal opportunity or a ball in your net. Again, it's hard to feel that you have a control when AI runs to your goalkeeper and you just spam the button responsible for player change but it gives wrong player again, and again, and again... And it's another ball in your net.

    Referee is pure random. The same case can be ignored or treated as foul from any of the side. Yes, it's quite funny but sometimes you loose a ball and your player is down but referee also says that it's your foul. It's needless to say that a proper defensive action can be punished with a foul. Sometimes I received penalties for no real reason. Also referee is biased and gives more fauls to the weak team which is usually my team since I play master league and I start with nonsense players. Defense feels broken because of the ref since you either can't get the ball from the opponent or it's another foul.

    This game supports late foul punishments so ref can give a foul for the action from the past but it's not polished too. I've seen a lot of cases when ref stops the game but team keeps the ball and has a good opportunity in offense.

    AI plays perfectly on top difficulties. It covers all your players, scores almost all shots, wins almost all wrestles. It's so tiring to play with the team which striker can just receive a ball out of the box, turn in 1 fast touch and score a dead goal leaving zero chances for a keeper. Also it's hard to succeed in offense too. The only real chance to win is to counter attack because AI has crazy defense. It usually gather all players in the box or near the box and there is literally no space for a pass or a shot.

    The most disgusting part is scripting though. It's impossible to play the game after 70 min on professional+ difficulties. AI becomes flawless and pushes you crazily. It usually scores as many goals as it wants. I say wants for a reason since it likes to equalize any lead by the end of the game. If I have no lead, it typically destroys me. And it feels really sad since it's a punishment for no real reason. Even if I play well and dominate the 70th minute will come and make everything upside-down.

    As a result this game is hardly enjoyable. When I play on professional difficulty I dominate too much and feel almost no challenge. But when I set it to any higher difficulty level I just suffer. Master league feels broken. This game can be way better just by removing scripts. It's possible at least to hold against perfect AI and get some occasional goals but the 70th minute handicap rape is too much. I think that it makes sense to skip this game if you have older versions of PES. Maybe wait for a big discount if you want to try it for some reason.    … Expand

    Muito bom, gostei muito estou curtindo o game melhor que Fifa, eu jogava fifa 19 mas a jogabilidade estava ruim do fifa ja a do Pes 20 esta excelente e ainda com campeonatos brasileiros serie A e B fica melhor, com os option file fica tudo atualizados........topppp.

    Very bad episode of the series. One of the worst if not the most bad. Players turn like a sloth, they have a touch of a rapist, pass like an amateur, move like an idiot and in the top of that the gameplay is rigged in order to balance the differences between opposing sides. I play this game for 10 years and this is the most horrible release of it all.

    Multiplayer is awful. Gameplay terrible and lag due to dynamic difficulty and lack of investment in servers. Micro transaction focused myclub mode is just terrible. Single player is fine but repetitive. Waste of money this year.

    I think that the gameplay mechanics are deeper and far more enjoyable that in FIFA but on the other hand there is no real campaign for the single player and some teams and players are missing due to licensing issues.

    From an offline player who plays mainly Master league.
    The Good = reactive control, opponent AI in-game tactic, soundtracks (surprisingly)
    The Okay = Lack of license (option files helps), bad cut scene, Outdated interface
    The Bad = Foul too easy and often calls, Master league fix-game

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Uma frase que resume o PES 2020:

    O jogo é lindo de se ver, mas para jogar nem tanto.

    No geral, as falhas são muito mais frequentes no modo Myclub, acontece muito em outros modos, nem tanto quanto igual o myclub, mas ainda acontece. Todavia não vamos definir o jogo de maneira tão superficial. Então vamos aos pontos.

    Pontos Positivos:

    O jogo em termos gráficos é um absurdo o nível de detalhe que está presente seja nos estádios ultra-realista, nas texturas impecáveis dos uniformes ou no gramado muito próximo da realidade que contém no jogo. A mecânica também tem la seus pontos positivos em comparação com a vida real, até certo ponto, porquê em outros peca muito na movimentação errada dos jogadores ao dominar a bola. Por exemplo: Eu acho fantástico a maneira como os goleiros pulam para defender a bola e a maneira como os jogadores chutam para o gol. A torcida é legal, mas prefiro a do fifa. O barulho do ambiente externo também é muito empolgante, traz um clima de jogo de final. Carrinho no pes é muito mais fácil de dar certo do que no fifa, muito, muito melhor mesmo. O Myclub da recompensas quase toda semana e não é pouca coisa não. Já ganhei muita recompensas sem muito esforço, é so participar de algum evento ou ver algum evento mesmo. Não é um modo pay-to-win e você consegue montar um elenco muito bom sem gastar dentro do jogo. Porém esse modo é muito cheio de falhas.

    Pontos Negativos:

    Agora que entra a parte da jogabilidade que eu havia mencionado. Como falei anteriormente eu gosto da mecânica do jogo até certo ponto, porém eu ODEIO(ODEIO AO MÁXIMO) como os jogadores dominam a bola de maneira a praticamente entregar a bola para o adversário. Sério isso Konami? Sério que o atacante domina a bola de costas para o marcador fazendo um giro para frente do adversário? Ja perdi a conta de quantas vezes o contra-ataque morreu por causa desse domínio girando a bola 180 graus, e o pior, isso é automático, o sistema do jogo faz isso sem você querer. Outras vezes só quero fazer um passe de primeira e o jogo faz você perder 3 segundos dominando a bola e acabou seu contra-ataque ou pelo menos a chance de gol que tinha no inicio dele. É revoltante o tanto de vezes que você só quer tocar de primeira e pior, chutar de primeira, você fica trabalhando a jogada um tempão e na hora que encontra um espaço para chutar, você aperta o botão de chutar antes da bola chegar no finalizador e o cara DOMINA a porr@ da bola. DOMINA!. Você perde muita chance de gol por falta de um chute de primeira ou uma passe de primeira não reconhecido pelo sistema

    Em questão de Passes:

    Os passes nesse jogo é outra coisa que é muito irritante. O centroavante por exemplo raramente corre para a frente do marcador para receber a bola e quando isso acontece, tento fazer o passe e a bola vai em cima do marcador, em cima, você as vezes tem espaço de 2 metros para mandar a bola, o cara manda a bola em cima do marcador. Outras vezes, vou usar como exemplo a formação 4-3-3 com 3 atacantes, no contra-ataque quente que estou fazendo virando o jogo para encontrar espaços o meu ponta-direita carrega a bola e posiciono o direcional para virar o jogo para o ponta-esquerda, o sistema do jogo simplesmente ignora a força e o sentido que coloquei no direcional e a bola vai para o centroavante totalmente marcado ou escondido atrás do defensor adversário. Quando a bola não vai em cima do marcador com um espaço suficiente para deixar o meu jogador livre para fazer a jogada, acontece muitas vezes da bola ir muito a frente, e o jogador faz aquele teatrinho de fingir esforçar para pegar a bola no carrinho, o engraçado é que esse carrinho nunca é útil para nada, é só uma animação tosca. A bola ou vai muito a frente ou vai muito atrasada.
    Os passes-longos desse jogo é uma das coisas mais brochantes que tem, é ridículo, os passes do fifa são anos-luz melhores que o do pes. Vamos ser sinceros, é uma das coisas que mais contam em um jogo de esporte é o passe.
    Chutes:
    Os chutes desse jogo também é uma coisa extremamente brochante nesse jogo, se você joga no com chute básico, não consegue lidar com aquela esquizofrenia de chutes invertidos do modo avançado ou o cálculo 2 que precisa ser feito no chute manual. Esse jogo vai te irritar ao máximo. Já perdi a conta de quantas vezes fiz uma jogada linda, um contra-ataque fantástico, rápido e deixei meu centroavante na cara do gol e a única coisa que fiz foi mirar bem no canto e afundar o botão do chute para furar a rede do gol e acredite ou não a bola vai no meio do gol, fraquinha ou vai para um lado de fácil alcance para o goleiro espalmar, já teve partidas de eu perder 6 oportunidades de gol por conta desse sistema maldito.    … Expand

    Good football simulation with nice gameplay and much realism, lack of licenses (which can be easily modded out) and a few bugs (which is unavoidable in such a big game). Better than FIFA and more fun to play.

    Pes 2020 es un buen juego en todas las cuestiones, tiene buenos gráficos, una buena jugabilidad siendo que es el juego más parecido a un simulador de futbol.
    Lo malo es que le faltaron licencias ya que la mayoría las tiene EA.
