If you’ve got cash to burn, and if you’ve got a hankering for a zombie apocalypse meets free running simulator, you can’t go wrong with Dying Light: Platinum Edition. It’s got a load of stuff to keep you busy, including a decent campaign, stellar expansion content, and the myriad of bits and bobs they’ve released since 2015.

It’s not overstating the case to say that overall, Dying Light has aged like fine wine. There aren’t many parkour-focused games to begin with, and and of those, the ones containing zombies are even more scarce. So, Dying Light is still a unique experience and I’m glad to report that it still holds up. It may have gotten a bit lost in the shuffle when it first debuted, but there’s no better time to play it than now.

Dying Light Platinum Edition is the top shelf bundle for this game. It includes all DLCs whether they are cosmetic, or expansion based, so you can kill and run away from zombies as a stylish Viking. However, the non-discounted price is a bit steep. Dying Light has proven that it is a competent zombie survival FPS game, and we are extremely excited for the sequel.
