Nov 19, 2021I grew up on this game man, It was one of the better games I played, and I can honestly say it's one of the best I've played, but not THE best.

Feb 6, 2021Не зацепила, думаю времена игры прошли, игра не вылезла из 90-х, сюжет для школьников, шутки туповатые, в целом 5/10 для фанатов, остальным проходить мимо

Jun 26, 2020I enjoyed the game to a degree. The Duke's funny lines and the story, while predictable, was pretty entertaining. Though to be fair, the majority of the enjoyment was just through comedy. Some of the levels were quite ridiculous and took really long to complete/figure out what to do, it didn't feel like a 2011 game at all, it was great only as a self-parody.

Jun 8, 2017This is not a good game. It's mediocre at best and far from being as good as 3D was and still is from back in the day. The load times are crap. Glitches like crazy. And it's just very lacking...
Proof that having all of the time in the world to make a video game doesn't mean anything. Especially when games like Majoras mask get made in less than 1 year... -
Mar 18, 2017Seen with fresh eyes 6 years after release, Duke Nukem Forever surprised me. As the hyped shooter it was claimed to be, it doesn't live up to the mark. And yet, it acts as a curious and hugely entertaining snapshot of the late noughties, with a degrading sense of humour that never evolved from the nineties.

Sep 27, 2014This game came from another time. Even on release it was old. As a 2005 game would have been great. Still feels good to play. Best fit to retrogamers!!!!!!!!!!!

I really liked this game, it may not be perfect but a dicsent shooter,I can see where some of the criticsism come from about the some of the weird and somewhat disgusting sexual content. I just feel that it`s been judged far to harsly -

Jan 14, 2014This game is not as bad as people say -- it's certainly not a 2 out of 10. Now I know it's not the best game ever, but it's fun, if you like the Duke Nukem series. Although I can see why it gets such a low rating. The humor is very offensive and sexist, plus there's swearing.

Sep 29, 2013Juego bastante sólido, apesar de que en la mitad se aleja de entornos divertidos y originales y se mete en las cavernas y fábricas de siempre. No es mal juego, dura 6 horas en fácil y es disfrutable.

Dec 2, 2012After playing the originals in the series when they were first released I can say that this episode of the series was true to the original as far as comedy, crudeness, and innuendo. That being said, the game mechanics were pretty bad considering the amount of time spend in development. It isn't a terrible game, but it certainly didn't bring the duke back in style.

Sep 12, 2011Duke Nukem Forever would be quite decent if one felt entirely certain it's intended purely as a self-parody. As is, it doesn't do the expectations, the buyer or the Duke justice – oh, had he rather remained a vaporware legend!

PC Gamer UKAug 6, 2011Petty, nasty and anachronistic. Duke is only relevant as a warning from the past. Avoid these mistakes, developers. [Aug 2011, p.76]

Aug 1, 2011Bottom line: Duke Nukem Forever was not worth the 15-year wait, nor is it worth paying the full $50. However, I cannot deny that I thought it was both fun and funny, which at the end of the day is what this franchise is all about.
