    Turning the intense Dragon Ball formula and series into a strategic MOBA sounded like a wild idea before playing Gekishin Squadra, but it truly works. You have to work as a team to heal, attack and support your group with buffs. The anime-style action is replicated in this MOBA with fast-paced animations and cinematics that take you by surprise when you first play it. Seeing your foe fly into the air after the last hit feels so satisfying. Going into the main menu can be frustrating, however, as the characters frequently yell and scream as you're trying to talk to your friends on voice chat. Gekishin Squadra is a MOBA is worth trying out, especially if you're a fan of the Dragon Ball series.

    DRAGON BALL GEKISHIN SQUADRA is a fun and addictive free-to-play 4v4 team battle game that combines the rich history of Dragon Ball with MOBA elements. Players can take advantage of a respectable roster of characters from across the Dragon Ball universe to battle it out online, and there are also plenty of features that let friends play each other with a variety of options and features at their disposal. Despite some of the roster omissions at launch, there's a solid foundation for a game that could keep Dragon Ball fans entertained for years to come.

    The end result is that Dragon Ball: Gekishin Squadra may be addicting, making its apparently fast matches soon become hours spent in getting some more victories, but, as a game as a service, a good chunk of the experience will depend on managing it well on the long run.
