Mar 9, 2011Golems of Amgarrak was definitely one of the better DLCs produced for Dragon Age, it was pretty enjoying to play however it failed to really bring anything new and had a very inconsequential story that was far to easy to see where it was going. At the very least it is worth a single playthrough but it wouldn't be so bad if you had to miss out.

Oct 18, 2014The DLC was really just so-so. Was short and the characters didn't really have much depth. I guess the main point of the DLC was for the challenging boss fight at the end but it was really just tedious more than anything. 5/10 just some boring side quest with boring characters and boring fights.

Jun 27, 2018Si bien disfrute el juego, no tiene relevancia en la historia y sinceramente no veo el punto del DLC. A futuro solo vi el jefe final en DA2 que ni siquiera es la gran cosa.

Mar 11, 2011I really don't know what was the point of this DLC. It felt like a big waste of time. The last fight was the only challenge I had the whole time and amounted mostly to chasing after the opponent. The whole thing felt cheap and rushed.

May 18, 2013Loved this DLC completely
Would have given 10-10 if not for cost vrs size of DLC at release
Its probably dropped now so if you can get this DLC for $2.00 or less its money well spent -
Oct 23, 2019And another DLC with weapons and armor. And one location. Absolutely not remembered
-
A class BioWare download: short, pointless and missing everything that made the original interesting.

LEVEL (Czech Republic)Short and rough trip into the underground golem factory tests your tactical mastery and rewards you with a couple of goodies usable in the main story. [Issue#196]

Although it doesn't shine for narrative depth nor interaction, Golems of Amgarrak proves to be a fine DLC, fully capable of assuring a short but intense gaming experience. If you don't mind its clear tendency towards action, you'll surely appreciate the strength of the enemies presented by the developers.
