Trespasser was indeed a true epilogue to Inquisition. It took all the good elements from the Dragon Age games and gave us the best gameplay/experience.

It contained lots of action, tons of lore, a simple and yet fun get-together with your companions and love interest. Choices also DO MATTER. A lot, and they affect EVERYONE as the ending epilogue has many different scenarios. Of

Of course, as it happened in the Witch Hunt... you get to have questions answered.

In the end, it perfectly sets up the stage for the next Dragon Age game while leaving you with plenty of emotions regarding the past, present and future of DA universe.

This DLC shows how DAI should look from the beggining. Perfedt balance betwen fight and STORY. And story is good, had this Dragon Age feeling. And ending is so much better than this in basic game. Some of the questions are answered and it's better ground for next game.

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I enjoyed this dlc. Mostly because of the chance to marry Cullen, that was so sweet! It was nice to have a wedding, it was nice to see all the old companions and catch up with their news! I'm glad I also got to see Solas again as I became very fond of him from playing the main game so many times.

I'm pleased the developers gave us way to choose our armour/clothing styles and continue to craft stuff from the area but I did miss having access to the mirror of transformation. (But that's a small gripe) The armour we get during this dlc is quite nice too, prettier than the Hakkon and Descent armours. I would like the option to drop those ghastly metal shoulder pads though ;)

All in all a nice conclusion to DAI and a wonderful addition to my games library. I'm very content my inquisitor can now go off and live happily ever after with Cullen.

Finally, a DA:I DLC worth paying for. Trespasser brings Dragon Age back to its roots, namely a focus on the protagonist's relationship with other characters, interesting environments, and especially meaningful decision-making. And after the base game, I appreciate the freedom from fetch quests and boring, endless landscapes.

i would have given it a 10 had it not been bioware. it really is great. both gameplay and story is great.
why 9? because great is normal for bioware, and the only reason it feels like a 10 is because we've been used to bioware transitioning into gameplay/loot focused mmorpgry (decent) or general lazy writing. (unconsitantly great and meh). trespasser is very well told and directed. may

Fantastic DLC - great plot, good mix of dialogue and exploration and combat, and incredible art/environments. A lot of fun to play this and a great way to wrap up the game. Should've been part of the main game but I see the fact that it was DLC as a good thing, they were able to invest more time and make it a truly epic end to the game instead of half-assed due to time constraints whichFantastic DLC - great plot, good mix of dialogue and exploration and combat, and incredible art/environments. Some call it a DLC to Inquisition, To me, Trespasser is an excellent prologue to Dragon Age 4. My regret with this DLC is that it came too late to clear the bad taste of Inquisition. It almost makes Inquisition worth the ridiculous trouble and grind it takes to finish. The very good writing and story will be quickly noticed by fans of the original Dragon Age Origins. The very good writing and story will be quickly noticed by fans of the original Dragon Age Origins. The story of Solas will have gravitas if you had him in your party throughout the previous game, but if you didn't, then you might not feel much for Trespasser. To those who dread the grinding of the original, there is much less of it here. You will notice better items, continuation of the story with your companions and good writing for whatever ending awaits you. I did enjoy the last bits of it with my character really doing his best to "win" back Solas, despite me being evil. Trespasser provides the most important thing in all of Inquisition and that would be CLOSURE. Yes, closure. Bioware seems to have forgotten this for many many years, and thus, it's good to have it back. I hate the fact that all of the good items I gave to Solas were lost forever, but it does add impact to his departure, as my new mage had to start with lesser shinies. Overall, a great finale to a disastrously time-wasting game. Expand

Although most will call it an epilogue I feel this is more of a true ending than the game originally had. Still, it does tease a bit about the next game which kind of irked me but is expected. This is a dlc that is quite short for the amount of information and the implications that it provides for the universe and the rest of the series. This leaves me wanting and when combined with the mostly uninteresting enemy encounters and a small "world" I found this whole dlc to be a tad bit underwhelming. Bioware's narrative strength is shown very well throughout the whole dlc and they did implement music very well for once so my hopes are high for the road ahead. Expand

Just want to mention the delight that experienced when I came across a store that has everything in huge quantities and without restrictions, which is so lacking in the original game. The addition chews up everything players didn't understand throughout the game and by past the main game and its ending, shows further development and the true end of the entire history of the Inquisition and its faithful servants. Perhaps, for this DLC and worth taking GOTY edition or this particular Supplement, it is not clear why the other 2 are made so carelessly.

Compared to the lackluster main game, this DLC is a real progress. Characters actually talk to each other during the quests and they also say something meaningful.

Beautiful scenery and artwork, good fights, some of them very challenging. About 8 hours of playtime. Dragon Age is not really my cup of tea. Dialogues are to stiff and political. However, I somehow enjoyed it. But

The Story is interesting and gives a nice look to the next Game. I hope they build up a good villain with Solas in the next part (something Thanos style). Expand

The story is satisfying, refers to choices made in Inquisition, adds a lot to the lore and wraps up some loose ends. [12/2015, p.57]

Nevertheless for this Dragon Age fan Trespasser was a hugely satisfying end to Inquisition, and the final choice alone will have huge ramifications. Roll on Dragon Age 4.

BioWare says its goodbyes in style. With their last DLC, Trespasser, they put all your favorite characters in the spotlight and they make us long for a new game sooner rather than later.
