    The game title is a pun. Not only Dracula is resurrected but also the Stoker's story, to which this game is a sequel. Back in its time, the unique graphical style of Dracula:Resurrection was critically acclaimed and it still translates to now as not very much games can compare. The most important aspect of the game is how minimalistic it is. Everything in it is there for a reason, thereThe game title is a pun. The most important aspect of the game is how minimalistic it is. Everything in it is there for a reason, there are no distractions, side stories, or unnecessary eye candy. The user interface is also very basic: you have one context-sensitive cursor, a no-text inventory and that's it. No reminders from the protagonist, no quest log, no hint system. It prods you to pay attention to the story and not to over-think the tasks at hand. You still might get stuck but most puzzles are quite intuitive. On the other hand, the game overall is quite short and some dialogues, animations, and cut scenes are a little silly. Nevertheless, if you like good old games, Dracula:Resurrection is a classic well worth its price.… Expand

    Ambientación genial, buena música y dificultad, pero adolece de una buena historia y de una extensión algo mayor.

    Questo gioco mi riporta indietro nel tempo, a quando ero bambina. Cercando di criticarlo nel modo più oggettivo possibile, ammetto che al gioco manca proprio una trama ben precisa ed interessante. Non è molto lungo, ma ha sicuramente quell'aspetto pauroso che ci aspettiamo da un gioco su Dracula.

    Одним словом – артхаус. Сюжет абы какой. Геймплей наибеднейший. Одной кнопкой тыкаешь в экран и через пару часов игра заканчивается. Я, конечно, понимаю, что игра 2000 года и ни о какой графике речи быть не может. Но что вообще за постоянная каша на экране?
    Три уровня, какие-то максимально странные неигровые персонажи. Диалоги на уровне – это очень страшное место, не ходи туда. Понятно,    Одним словом – артхаус. Сюжет абы какой. Все два часа у меня был только один вопрос к сюжету. Если жена главного героя убегает к Дракуле второй раз, то зачем мы так стремимся её спасти? Рискуем жизнью, чтобы она сбежала в третий раз? Да зачем она такая нужна. Полнейший бред. Перспектива такая себе и особой мотивации её спасать нет.
    Я понимаю почему она может нравиться людям. Из-за чувства ностальгии. Кто-то давно в детстве в неё играл, и она осела в памяти. Но я играл в неё впервые. Я максимально лояльно отношусь к стареньким играм, даже с особой симпатией. Но в это, я бы не горел желанием играть и в 2000 году. Один огромный плюс у игры всё же имеется. Это то, что она проходится всего за пару часов, сильно не успеет наскучить. Но отсутствие сложности, глупый сюжет, отсутствие понятной картинки как таковой (сам разбирайся, это человек или фонарный столб перед тобой) напрочь отбивают всяческий интерес к данному проекту. Да и концовка до ужаса банальная. Никому бы эту игру не посоветовал. 4/10.    … Expand

    Seriously scary and atmospheric without being horrifying, more of an elegant Vincent Price scare than an 80s slasher movie. Think Goth Disney, and you've got the right idea.

    The games biggest draw has got to be Artistic Director Jacques Simian's fabulously atmospheric world. The other characters (and there aren't nearly enough of them) are gorgeously 3D rendered right down to the last bloody facial capillary.

    The level of darkness has been vastly overused. Many a time, I had difficulty actually finding objects and performing certain actions since I couldn't see certain portions of the screen.
