Nov 24, 2016An absolute must have, and if you think all you need is "Don't starve" classic you are sadly mistaken. While true its the same formula in a way there are so many new ways to die, so many new rules to learn, and you have to get it all done before winter comes and wrecks your... everything. A survival DLC that makes the classic very fresh.

Jan 23, 2017Shipwrecked is a great DLC pack. There is a ton of quality new content, it feels almost like a new Don't Starve game. If you enjoyed any of the Don't Starve material, get this! Don't Starve is simple and addictive, my favorite survival crafting game.

Jun 29, 2021Don't Starve: Shipwrecked is undeniably fun but it borrows all of its strengths from Don't Starves core gameplay and adds little to the formula.
I would recommend Don't Stave: Shipwrecked -
Apr 1, 2023Hard but amazing DLC 10/10
I highly recommend it for everyone who likes original or DST

Sep 15, 2016Shipwrecked builds on the formula of the original and Reign of Giants without losing any of the magic, frustration and a justified, unadulterated fear of forests. The most obvious change is the island setting. Your starting islet dictates how your first few days will fair, some are barely big enough to feed you and provide you with the materials for a raft, while others are huge sprawling things with food and forests galore.

CD-ActionJul 21, 2016Shipwrecked is fresh both in terms of gameplay mechanics and visuals and although I had more fun with the original Don’t Starve, I’m not planning on abandoning the island. [07/2016, p.64]

May 19, 2016Don’t Starve: Shipwrecked is stuffed with new features that do not change only the set of the game, but also the way of playing. Therefore, the expansion will be enjoyable for the players who started to be a little sick of the game.
