    For a niche indie title, packing it full of premium currencies and excessive monetisation leaves a sour taste.

    Hopefully the Devs can realise their mistake and not go down the tried and tested live service path to obscurity/free to play/shut down.

    The game is based on a great idea and the AD is great too. There are many issues with the multiplayer part though. Solo lobbies are actually a mix of teams and solo players, which make it unfair for solo players. The game seems very easy to hack as there are many cheaters. Some people know you're a spy and not a bot even after a few seconds of playtime. Others just don't take any damage orThe game is based on a great idea and the AD is great too.     Deceive Inc. is een unieke multiplayer-ervaring die draait om bedrog en tactiek. Het speelt zich af in een kleurrijke jaren 70-sfeer, waarbij spelers de rol van undercoveragenten aannemen die vermomd zijn als NPC’s en de opdracht hebben een verborgen pakket te vinden terwijl ze detectie vermijden. De gameplay en regels kunnen in het begin overweldigend zijn, maar naarmate spelers meerDeceive Inc. is een unieke multiplayer-ervaring die draait om bedrog en tactiek. Het speelt zich af in een kleurrijke jaren 70-sfeer, waarbij spelers de rol van undercoveragenten aannemen die vermomd zijn als NPC’s en de opdracht hebben een verborgen pakket te vinden terwijl ze detectie vermijden. De gameplay en regels kunnen in het begin overweldigend zijn, maar naarmate spelers meer vertrouwd raken met de controls, wordt het spel steeds leuker.

    De gameplay van Deceive Inc. is boeiend, aangezien spelers informatie moeten verzamelen die over de kaart is verspreid en deze moeten gebruiken om kluizen te ontgrendelen die mogelijk naar het pakket leiden. Spelers kunnen ook veldupgrades, gezondheid en munitie verzamelen met behulp van informatie. Maar dingen kunnen in een oogwenk fout gaan, wat leidt tot momenten van frustratie wanneer spelers blindelings door tegenstanders worden neergeschoten.

    Ondanks af en toe de frustratie is Deceive Inc. op zijn best wanneer je het speelt met leuke groep vrienden. De mogelijkheid om jezelf te vermommen als een levenloos object, nieuwe agenten, gadgets en vaardigheden, en de extractiefase die leidt tot heftige schietpartijen maken het tot een boeiende en leuke multiplayer-ervaring.

    Het is moeilijk om geen vergelijkingen te maken, de game deed ons namelijk qua gameplay een beetje denken aan “Among Us”. Aan de andere kant doen de graphics weer erg denken aan Fortnite. Deceive Inc. doet wel compleet zijn eigen ding doet, en doet dat tevens ook erg goed. Na lang nadenken moeten we de conclusie trekken dat er geen echte concurrent voor deze nieuwe en leuke ervaring momenteel op de markt is.

    De game heeft een paar kleine verbeterpunten, zoals het af en toe ervaren van verbindingsproblemen en het moeite hebben met de besturing. Ondanks deze kleine schoonheidsfoutjes, die mogelijk in een patch wel verholpen gaan worden is het nog steeds een geweldige ervaring om, vooral met vrienden te beleven. Het beloont spelers voor oplettendheid en het toepassen van tactieken, wat resulteert in een uniek en plezierig multiplayer-spel dat de moeite waard is om uit te proberen.    … Expand

    Honestly, I can't say I've had a gaming experience similar to Deceive Inc.'s before.

    I discover something different every time I play. The innovative gameplay in the game is quite different from other games. By choosing one of a group of agents, you have a fun game experience by taking on different roles, disguising and trying to follow each other's movements to seize a package.     I discover something different every time I play. The innovative gameplay in the game is quite different from other games. By choosing one of a group of agents, you have a fun game experience by taking on different roles, disguising and trying to follow each other's movements to seize a package.

    Getting the result by collecting evidence in the game and not being seen by other players while doing this increases the fun and expectation in the game. You can take advantage of yourself by using various tools.

    Most importantly, the fact that the theme of the game is between the 60s and 80s creates incredible excitement. Both the music, the atmosphere, the characters and the behaviour of the characters, and the tools we use always reflect the era. At least we can see what it would be like if the technology was advanced.

    I can clearly say that it is a game where you can have very enjoyable moments both alone and with your friends.    … Expand

    Frais, ça reprend beaucoup d'idées de partout avec des graphismes très "Fortnite" mais je m'amuse vraiment , l'ensemble marche bien.

    Easily the most inspired FPS out this year. Developers show great promise and understanding of things that their game needs, adding crouch exhaustion and jump inertia mechanics in the first two patches. Battlepass system is great, and isn't predatory FOMO like most other battle passes in games. You can make progress towards any pass you want even if they add a new one. Their first two balance passes were fantastic and changed the game for the better significantly. I've played almost 700 rounds and only have had maybe 5-6 games where I've been suspicious of hackers, which for a PC game is incredible.
    Soundtrack is goated, I wish it was available for purchase, I've only found rips on youtube.    … Expand

    Deceive Inc. strives to distinguish itself from the mass of competitive multiplayer with a more stealth approach. The formula is successful and the matches are a lot of fun, however more content and a premium season need to be added to offer the same variety as the kings of this genre do: the premise is great, but only time and players interest will determine the game's success.

    Despite its bugs, Deceive Inc. is fun enough that I immediately started asking my friends to play with me. Nobody has taken the bait yet so I haven’t tried the multiplayer mode, but solo mode is fun enough that it’s tiding me over. Here’s hoping that the game fixes its many bugs quickly, because there’s plenty else to love about this game as long as they build on the base they’ve started with.
