    The game Deceit Is a fun multiplayer game that's free to play. I highly recommend it. I have some problems though, The tutorial video the game links to in the menu is just the trailer. You have to go to the wiki page for it in order to pick up the controls, a smaller issue is one about the small details of the graphics. None of the character avatars in the game are wearing shoes.     I bought it even before it became Free2Play.
    F2P is a good decision to keep the numbers of players up in smaller games. That was probably the decisive point.
    Gameplay: The game starts with 6 players, all in "human" form, who should work together to escape. However, two of them are monsters who will try to prevent and kill the other 4. The "innocent" can`t see who is a friend and who    I bought it even before it became Free2Play.
    F2P is a good decision to keep the numbers of players up in smaller games. That was probably the decisive point.

    Gameplay:
    The game starts with 6 players, all in "human" form, who should work together to escape. However, two of them are monsters who will try to prevent and kill the other 4. The "innocent" can`t see who is a friend and who is an enemy.
    Each of the maps requires 3 levels to get to the exit. Each level begins with the "bright" phase, when you look for ammunition and equipment and, if necessary, deny and position yourself. The monsters seek blood bags during this time to prepare for their transformation and attack. They try not to get caught, so as to remain undetected among the "innocent".
    Then the "dark" phase begins, the lights go out and the team has to find and build fuses to end the dark phase and get to the next level. The monsters can transform themselves into their "terror form" during this time, attacking and killing the players until their blood supply is exhausted and they turn back.
    Players try to fight back with weapons, traps and other equipment.
    Players killed by the monster are out of the game, monsters killed again respawn elsewhere.
    Players can shoot other players if they suspect a monster in them. If it is also confirmed by enough other players, by shooting at the outstretched player, he leaves the game.

    + Leveling-, perk-, customization- and honor system
    + Extensive menu, ingame friendlist, matchhistory, statistics, report system
    + Despite F2P, I have not noticed any hackers / trolls
    + 3 maps, 3 killers, some equipment
    + Good graphics of the level
    + Not Pay2Win
    + Updates & Support

    Con:
    - Game principle could be refined, lap times extended
    - Players in the matchmaking not by languages ​​but regions split
    - Premates speak out and are in Teamspeak / Discord
    - Partial Laggy / Buggy

    Conclusion:
    Not perfect, but a nice idea for in between, alone or with friends.

Scan somebody, find out he's infected, and start screaming loudly as the infected player calls you a liar and your "friends" take sides.

    Just sit back and watch your friendly Discord party turn from casual game night to a disorganized mess of accusations and awkward silences in mere minutes. Worth the free download, not worth having friends.    … Expand

    I've had my own infected team mates attack me at the start of the game for no reason. Whole teams have shot me because "meh we haven't seen him for a bit" when innocent. Maybe 25% of players have a mic, 5% type in chat and the rest never communicate whatsoever. It's really enjoyable when you get a game where people have    This is a pretty good game.     (haven't drank 1 blood pack)
    He trusts me with the Lethal injection
    We killed all players, last guy standing was the dude who trusted me
    I lethal Injection him

    I feel terrible for the betrayal

    The best free-to-play horror game one could wish to play with friends, or even alone- hands down. Hell, I'd even buy this if it were 10-15 euros!

    Almost everyone in this game is a liar . This is what makes the game funny :) . The only word I can say after 100 hours of experience is that this game is quite enjoyable . If you're playing with your friends, it's impossible to get bored of this game.

    Игра напоминает хоррор фильм нечто. На сервере появляютья 6 человек, 2 из них зараженные. Задача невиновных выбежать живым. Зараженным надо всех сьесть. Зараженным надо пить кровь, но чтобы не видели остальные. Задача выживжих собирать включатели и подкючать. С друзьями играть рекомендовано, тем более она бесплатная.     Very very fun game. Ideal with a group of 6 friends. This is the only online mafia-style game that can simulate how mafia works, replacing reads on physical reactions and body movements with evaluation of their actions and position ingame. The primary complaint I have is that it is far too hard for Infected to win. This could be pretty easily fixed with less overpowered protective devicesVery very fun game.     Poor selection of weapons.

    No incentive for co-operation.

    Terrible audio and game play stages.

    Melee combat is awful.

    Graphics are OK, and it's free at least.

    Toxic community, developers don't care for the game, takes way too long to matchmake, terrible grinding system. The main offender here is the community, mostly friend groups, they will kill you instantly when you spawn in a match which means you can't play. Bad game.

    Great little horror game, alot of fun to play with friends, throwing people off the scent having to prove your innocence and help each other survive.... or being infected and having to stop them making it to the end.

    I enjoy this game because (unlike the turn by turn board games) there is a desperation in trying to prevent yourself from being discovered, but you still have options.

    Gameplay mechanics are quite fair and well worked. The only exception being that some people enter the game with Discord and help their friends on the other team (which ruins the deception).    … Expand

A Person like me who don't like to be around people would probably think, Oh! sure, i guess you'll just have to find my own way until you realize, 2 out of the 6 of you are monsters that have been sent to kill you.Deceit. Now it's not just a simple "escape this place" scenario. You have to work together with the other who may or may not be the monsters hunting you. Work together with people suspicious of each other that any wrong move made may result in death of another. It is certainly a very fun engaging game to play with complete strangers or with a group of friends. Where do you go? Who do you trust? Who will betray the team?     Great horror game, although I highly recommend you only play it with friends because it is always 50/50 if the other players have functional mic in public lobby. The graphics are great for a free game. You may have read there are some bugs, yes, but that is the funny thing lol

    deceit a game about deceiving people. I'm just gonna out right say it the new one is way worse than the early one this new update changed the voting system from a skill based system to a among us type system, and how one guy gets to decide who is your team yea it might be good for people with there friends but also if you play it alone with randoms well you will never get picked, thedeceit a game about deceiving people.     This is not a game I would recommend playing in the long con, Maybe play it a few times but the game loses the fun very fast. The community is not well looked out for and is incredibly toxic, It is a good game, but only when played with friends.

    The concept is great and the execution is far from bad, but there is room for improvement. The maps are rich and make each game feel incredibly singular and flustered in a different way. But, the weapons feel weak and movements feel awkward. There’s much potential and excitement to be had in Deceit, and even more screams and scares.

    Deceit is a game of deception and co-operation. A concept excellent on paper. In practice though, it does fall flat on itself. It has a problematic community which can be tough on new players. If Deceit allowed friends to play together it could make for a great party game. Unfortunately, this is not the vision of the developers. They'd rather see strangers forced to work together in dire situations.
