    I'm a really big fan of Puzzle Platformer games and Darq is really a 'MUST' for every lover of this genre. I believe it can compete with most of the famous games in this genre like: Limbo, Inside, Little Nightmare and etc.
    As its name suggests, game takes place in dark and scary atmosphere with lots of jump scares. Environment design was really cool. And like almost every puzzle    I'm a really big fan of Puzzle Platformer games and Darq is really a 'MUST' for every lover of this genre. I believe it can compete with most of the famous games in this genre like: Limbo, Inside, Little Nightmare and etc.
    As its name suggests, game takes place in dark and scary atmosphere with lots of jump scares. Environment design was really cool. And like almost every puzzle platformer games, reading different theories about the story and ending in forums was really fun.
    However, in my opinion, the biggest problem about game, is that puzzles are not as challenging as they should be; Particularly the first 4 chapters didn't demand a lot of time nor thought to solve puzzles. But I must admit that "The Crypt" DLC had really hard-to-solve puzzles. If only all of the chapters were as hard as The Crypt, the game would be a masterpiece.
    In summary, despite simple puzzles, it's really fun to play and as I said it is a 'MUST' for those who like puzzle platformer games.

    A short, but amazing trip through a lucid nightmare with charming grim visuals and incredibly unique and detailed animation. Very creative puzzles that are full of surprises. There's some real "outside-the-box-thinking" level design and art-style that truly marks this as a product of talent with great attention to detail.

    The only gripe I had with it is unbalanced audio, quiet sounds    A short, but amazing trip through a lucid nightmare with charming grim visuals and incredibly unique and detailed animation.     Boa experiência, bem curtinha, mas satisfatória. Os puzzles são bem interessantes e combinam muito com o clima do game. Recomendo para quem gostou de Limbo.

    Замечательная головоломка с непередаваемой атмосферой и оригинальностью происходяшего. Отдельный респект за звуковое сопровождение. Такого я действительно не ожидал от 2д игры.

    i like the game logic and atmosphere and also the story. but it could have had more secrets (or Maybe i couldn't find them) it's not as good as limbo or inside but it's good enough to experience. one more thing is game length, that wasn't too long and boring, just perfect.

    la première fois que je prend le temps d'écrire un avis tellement j'ai kiffé le jeu, comme quoi il n'y a pas que des gros jeux AAA pour prendre du plaisirs quand un jeu est bien foutu. Darq vous plonge direct dans une atmosphère sombre, on est vite aspiré par l'ambiance... bref j'ai kiffé

    Still fresh, still creative, still atmospheric. Two chapters released earlier as DLCs and included in the Complete Edition are absolutely on par with the original content, but despite this addition the game remains quite short. [06/2021, p.68]

    Deep atmosphere, rare setting and cool puzzles are tied up with lackluster music, boring monster encounters, and a plot, that's a little way too obscure. There is a lot to like about DARQ, but be ready for many shortcomings.
