    Darksiders Genesis muda bastante a formula do 3, mas é muito divertido e acredito que os fãs vão adorar da mesma forma.

    O jogo muda um pouco o formato para uma visão estilo Diablo mas é ai que encerra as semelhanças. Me agradou bastante o sistema de jogo, onde é possivel utilizar tanto o War quanto Strife livremente durante as fases, sendo inclusive melhor utilizar um ou outro em    Darksiders Genesis muda bastante a formula do 3, mas é muito divertido e acredito que os fãs vão adorar da mesma forma.

    Me agradou bastante o sistema de jogo, onde é possivel utilizar tanto o War quanto Strife livremente durante as fases, sendo inclusive melhor utilizar um ou outro em alguns momentos.
    O multiplayer coop torna muito mais divertido e facil pra falar a verdade, mas o que não falta são niveis de dificuldade.
    Vi muitas reclamações a respeito do sistema de capitulos, mas particularmente não é algo que me incomodou.

    Os gráficos estão ok, animações bem feitas, personagens detalhados e cenarios também ok. Não tive nenhum problema de framedrop ou bugs durante todo o tempo que joguei, mas vale destacar que joguei em 2023.
    Não é nada excepcional os graficos, mas considero eles bem competentes.

    Quanto a história existe um misto de sentimentos, o jogo tapa alguns buracos que faltava na narrativa e possui dialogos bem divertidos entre o War e Strife, mas o restante é tudo entra la mata todo mundo e pega um item, e repita isso por alguns capitulos rsrs.

    Eu me diverti bastante com o jogo, ele possui alguns sistemas bem interessantes de evolução de personagem, de coletaveis e da exploração do mapa. Além disso o combate é competente, vai te prender por boas horas e fica ainda mais divertido no coop.
    Acho que vale a pena dar uma chance. Especialmente pelos preços que ele aparece em promoção (paguei R$19,00).    … Expand

    This is an isometric game. I do not like these types of games but I liked this game a lot and am willing to try more of these. The dynamic between the two characters War & Strife is great. Strife is witty and carries great comebacks and jokes with him while War is serious and duty-bound making the unlikely Duo great together. The worst thing about the game is that it doesn't have a pointer on the map and you have to guess where you actually are on the map which makes collecting collectibles irritating. Some parts of the maps are closed and need to be replayed again after getting a certain weapon which is unlocked later on in the game which I dislike.… Expand

    Good game to play with friend. I don't know why different reviewers skip this game in their TOPs.WAR character is better for gamepad and Strife for K&M.

    I don't know for sure why people have given this game such positive reviews, because I read several of them and bought the game and now I feel I've wasted my money. I get that for the devs to get a good reception at this point is crucial to there being a Darksiders series here on out, and that they've been working on a much tighter budget. I understand that a lot of the fans would probablyI don't know for sure why people have given this game such positive reviews, because I read several of them and bought the game and now I feel I've wasted my money. I get that for the devs to get a good reception at this point is crucial to there being a Darksiders series here on out, and that they've been working on a much tighter budget. I understand that a lot of the fans would probably be stoked just to play as Strife. But that really is no ground for incomplete reviews and omissions. It misled me, and that right there is precisely what reviews are there to prevent. The game in itself is good. It's a Darksiders game and unless you're basing your expectations on D2, a Darksiders game is what you get. Some say the visuals aren't current gen and all that, and to that I say, the visuals don't matter a whole lot in an isometric game. What does matter, and what Darksiders Genesis gets wrong, are as follows:

    1. Platforming. Unnecessary, at times impossible, breaks the ame by placing you in hard to escape areas. I mean...just why? When has there ever been gamers asking for platforming segments in Djablo or Titan Quest or Path of Exile or whatever? Never. So why put them in your isometric ame? The platforms are beyond your field of view. Once you make a jump, you have no idea where you're going to land. There are triggers that you can see from one point and not from others, guess where you stand when you actually need to make the jump and hit the trigger.

    2. You know how every isometric or top down game gives your characters nice glowy circles under their feet so that even if they fly or fall or get tossed, you know where their corresponding position is on the ground? This game doesn't. Games where you don't need to jump still give you those because your character just might get flipped upwards or thrown, and a game where you have to make thousands of jumps, doible-jumps, glide and all that, doesn't. So you never really know where you're landing after making a particularly difficult jump. And then you land somewhere where you neither die, nor are able to hit the trigger that needs to be hit because it's beyond your camera, can't jump back to your starting position because you have no idea where said position is, and so you reset the game. That leads to the next issue,

    3. This is a co-op game that doesn't want you to actually co-op much. There is no lobby. There is no co-op mode. There are some modes where you can do a local co-op, but if you want to play online, one of you has to find a purple stone and then invite the other. If there in the middle of a fight and no stone is around? Simple. You don't play co-op. If you've just completed a difficult section and then glitches glitches had to restart? Wait for your friend to find the next purple stone, or don't play co-op. You won't see people talk about this much, and I don't know why. Maybe people actually like this mechanism? Maybe that's how all co-op ames should do it now onwards? Because I've literally not seen anyone find this to be an issue. Not even on reddit, and everything is eventually put on reddit.

    4. Glitches. I mean this one is forgivable, but because it ends up marrying all the other issues and having a troublesome baby mid-game, I can't forgive it. You'll get stuck to the scenery. You'll suddenly freeze. You'll fall and get stuck in the stones. There will be several instances where you need to restart the game. And then you wait for someone to find a purple stone while you watch an episode of Kotchen Nightmares or something. Then when you do join, like me, you spawn at the starring area for some reason. 5. There's no loot. OK, sure, loot was a DS2 thing. But if you're making a Diablo-lile, why not let them have loot? It gives your game replay value. As it stands now, I dread entering the same because of how much time I'll spend waiting for my friend to find a purple stone and then watch him fail a jump 20 times and then get stuck somewhere and have to restart the game.

    This needed to be said way back when the game launched so that the devs could patch it up or something. Constructive review matters, guys. Now I just hope their next game is more along the lines of DS 2 and not another isometric. Isometric is not their forte and I hope they realize that.    … Expand

    surpasses the mainline games by far. maybe not darksiders 2, but the others it beats easily. this game had me hooked all the way through, played on gamepass for PC, with my RTX 3080, this game ran like a dream and looked amazing in 4k. fluid gameplay, cool move sets, upgrades galore. It perfectly blends dungeon crawling with hack and slash and the horses are cool as fk. BUY IT.

    For any Darksiders fan this is a must play, canon story which is set before events of the 1st game, a brilliant overall game, very fun in co-op!

    A great coop game to kill some time. Reminiscent of darksiders one but with extra modern elements and some fun inovative customization and progress. My only regret is that it does not have a "hard mode" and there was little challenge to the game. My father is strugling with it so that might be for the best tho.

    Bindings are a bit buggy. Made me switch from keyboard to controller, which I would highly recommend for this game. There are a lot of unpolished/buggy things in the game, such as getting stuck on parts of the ground during battles, which gets you killed.     There are quite a few things that just seem like really bad design. The creature core (upgrades) slotting design is one. Unnecessarily tedious and time consuming.

    Many of the puzzles/obstacle courses are so poorly designed. Annoying, frustrating, and tedious. Not the type where you feel satisfied after completing them, but where you feel relieved and upset. Many of them seem like they're not working, then you watch it on youtube, see that it IS broken and just roll your eyes. Have to just keep trying to bypass the bug/glitch/bad design. And some of them are much worse than "roll your eyes bad".

    It's the kind of game that is so flawed that you have to use a video walkthrough. I'm deducting multiple points just for this.    … Expand

Графика печальна, после диабло 3 тут даже ловить нечего, кругом мыло на максималках и печальные пейзажи, которые однотипные и ничем не приметные. 5/10 тем кто не знаком с серией игр, даже не рекомендую устанавливать.Может игра исключительно для фанатов, но поиграв в кооперативе час, желания продолжить игру ни у меня ни у друга не возникли.     Superó mis expectactivas. La verdad es que es un juego sólido que ofrece horas de diversión, buena dificultad y variedad de plataformas. No digo que va a quedar en los mejores juegos de tu vida, pero para cumplir ese hueco vacío que tienes y buscas algo diferente, este juego lo cumplirá con creces.
    Eso sí, no es un juego difícil, incluso diría que es bastante sencillo, así que es bueno    Superó mis expectactivas. La verdad es que es un juego sólido que ofrece horas de diversión, buena dificultad y variedad de plataformas.     A solid 8. It would have been a 9, but there are some huge spikes in difficulty during boss fights. A really fun isometric action RPG with cool upgrades.

    Do you remember first "God of War" (from PS2 era) gameplay? Yeah it was great but no one later pick up this style. To this day! The combat and puzzle mix it's great in here. Graphics, music, exploration, also good. Hope it will be a sequel.

    As a diehard Darksiders fan, I was a bit skeptical about this one. Then my first half-dozen hours were mostly frustrating, but I'm glad I went back to it to dig in deeper. Awesome art style, super fun combat, cheesy-fun dialogue, great music, excellent pacing. Some of the other quibbles with camera issues and platforming problems are legit, but they fade away once you get used to them. IfAs a diehard Darksiders fan, I was a bit skeptical about this one. Then my first half-dozen hours were mostly frustrating, but I'm glad I went back to it to dig in deeper. Awesome art style, super fun combat, cheesy-fun dialogue, great music, excellent pacing. If you try to rush through it, skipping enemies, ignoring side quests, not using creature cores, upgrading carelessly, and doing the minimum in the arena, it gets punishingly hard and annoying by the fifth or sixth chapter. If you take the time to upgrade well, grind a bit, and really clean out levels, it feels more balanced and flows better. Definitely one of those games that gets better the more you play it.… Expand

    It is not a diablo like game and that is good. Story wise very cool and i like the chapter design, which makes a replay easy. I love the character strife and in combination with war it makes for a very funny mix. The skills a cool and customizable through the core system. Cant wait for darksiders 4.

    Despite being a spin-off, the developers have truly nailed it!! the gameplay is stunning and never gets boring. Boss fights are all awesome and some of them are really hard to beat. The story is really good and is actually showing us everything from the very beginning. The dialogues between the two brothers are really interesting    Definitely a worthy sequel for a worthy franchise.

    All in all, although the lack of budget is clearly seen in a way that there really aren't any cinematic scenes during the game and all of them are in form of comics and pictures, the game is a very pleasant experience and never lets you down.

    Playing this game with 2 players is an absolute trainwreck. Constant disconnecting, errors, bugs. It is utterly and completely not worth the money or your time to play. This isn't even including the numerous and unfathomable bugs that will probably plague single player in the platforming, executions, or general gameplay. Absolutely avoid at every cost, not even worth a single hard earned dollar.

    What Airship Syndicate have done is show the world that the Darksiders IP is more than a one-trick pony, and for those who’ve not been tempted by the core franchise entries up until this point, there is now a very different sample of the IP with which to taste.
