    The Story-line is epic, Graphics are superb, interesting HOS .
    This is the first game, where I encountered the non-linear memory and was totally surprised by the creativity this developer presented in the form of this beautiful game. Never seen such a great HO game like this.

    Excellent game, excellent story, excellent graphics, excellent music with challenging tasks and puzzles. Puzzles are not too easy and not too hard, but perfect. Worth the money. Hidden object game lovers should never miss this game.

    Before we begin here is a little information about who made this game:
    TuttFrutti Studios which have been "working" their way up from Greenlight with promising game keys and other Methods finally made it into the Steam Store. Looking besides that I thought why is a game this beautiful in need of such shady methods? Well let me tell you.

    Before we begin with the actual bad parts lets appreciate the beautiful Art this game is giving you. The colours are vibrant and beautiful, which in my eyes is always a huge plus. Another Plus was the Fast Travel Option. However this is all of the positive that I can give you.

    The Game itself is badly translated and the Story is awfully explained. I can see what this developer was trying to go for, but the way it was put together, is not only making any sense but also seems like different kinds of people just threw in their own style of translating and then left it at that.

    You would also think that before publishing the game someone must off read the translation before releasing it. Yet I keep finding not just awfully translated sentences but also horribly spelled wrong words or even double words such as "the The Guardian".

    Some people might not be bothered by this and trust me if it would be just a one time thing I wouldnt mind, but it was not just a one time thing. Infact it was almost on every page including the additonal comic book.

    The Hidden Objects Scenes are either way so unseeable that you need to search for hours or so easy that you are done within a couple of seconds. Whilst I played other HOP Games which were challenging in that part, this did not seem the case here.

    The Characters in this Game were also rather confusing as most of them had similiar names and didnt look that much different from each other, which half of the time gave me trouble understanding what even was going on and thanks to the not well explained / translated diary it was even harder to see what was going on. Some of the Characters are just one hit wonders and you never ever see them again either.

    The Voice acting was acceptable but nothing too special.

    All in all this Game was overhyped and is very unpolished, I believe that TuttiFrutti Interactive should off worked harder on the game rather on doing shady advertising buisness.

    Another thing that annoys me and irritates me at the same time is that this is called the Collectors Edition and the game itself is 6€. Yet the Soundtrack is not included and you will have to buy it for an additional 10€ off steam. Generally Soundtracks are included into Collectors Editions and if they are available for separate purchase on Steam they are never more expensive then the base game. I am not sure what this is all about.

    One more thing I'd like to mention is that the Developer has been paying people to give out good reviews for this Game which I beg you please do not look at.

    I've been playing hidden object games for 8 years now. I rarely leave reviews but, this time, I have to. This game is stunning. It is beautiful in story line and graphics. I haven't even finished the bonus game and had to write this review. It is different in story line and a singularly magnificent game. Ok no more adjectives. It really is one of the best games I have EVER played and I ownI've been playing hidden object games for 8 years now. I rarely leave reviews but, this time, I have to. This game is stunning.     This game grabbed me from the start; I don't usually worry about the storyline (hence the 4), but the graphics, puzzles, additional features, are all here in this game and after 6 minutes of playing I stopped to purchase it.

    One of best puzzle game I have played so far. The animations, sound effects, story plot are exciting and true engaging game. The puzzles are fun and adventures. The game is packed in correct sequence, so that it doesn't get confused like any other puzzle games.. Best wishes to the team behind this...

    One of the best puzzle games I have ever played..really loved it ..apart from all the games I have played this one is so unique ,it's because this game has a well defined story line..the music, characters are all are mixing along with the story very well.. extream level puzzles...Great work guys!!

    Tuttifrutti Interactive has set a new benchmark in HOPA games with Darkarta. This is not only the most beautiful game that I've played, but the setting, ancient India, and the mythology behind the story pulled me in and held me captive. I very rarely replay games, but Darkarta has already had me coming back for more. There is always something to see that I didn't notice before because theTuttifrutti Interactive has set a new benchmark in HOPA games with Darkarta.     Most of the puzzles are unique. There are a few that have been used in other games, but not very many. They make you think and add greatly to the fun of the game. Some of them I'd like to go back and replay just because they were that fun!

    Almost all of the hidden object scenes are different from each other. In some you search for fragments, in another you use the items to gain more items and in still others, it's the basic search and find. There's a good mix and I never got bored.

    This is a very long game and it was so good that I didn't want to quit playing, even as it got later and later...and my hours of sleep before work shrunk. I loved this game so much that I gifted it to several family members and they have all loved it as well.

    Now I just have one question and that is, when is the sequel coming out? Give this game a chance, you'll be thrilled that you did!    … Expand

    A work of TLC full of sleepless nights & missed meals to bring us this delightful journey to and through the Indus Valley world.
    They are also the only Dev I've EVER encountered to be 'available' into their 'wee hours' after game release, to address any tech issues & stay 'with us' till all was running smoothly!! Major kudo's for that, as well!!
    I will be watching in anticipation for their next project (though I hope they get some rest & a break between) & do not be surprised to see their name rise to the top ranks in the HOPA genre spotlight.
    I am off to replay this one through again, as it is easy to miss every fine detail the first time plus find all the collectibles. ;)

    Darkarta has been so well crafted with excellent graphics and a strong story. There are a variety of puzzles in this game. It does have a long play length. With collectibles and morphing objects it all adds to the story which just pulls you in.

    One of the best HOPA games I've played so far this year. Wonderful story-line, hops and puzzles. Tuttifrutti Games had a real winner on their hands, I've enjoyed playing this game and look forward to more games by Tuttifrutti!

    I was not a big fan of puzzle fantasy games.But this here just outplayed my pre conceived notions regarding the genre.The entire game be its graphics,gameplays,cutscenes everything was just pure bliss.Enjoyed every chug of it.

    A Cool hidden object game with a nice story and graphics. I was challenged by the puzzles and was curious to find the next object. I liked the music too which feels soothing and makes the game play experience better.

    There are three things in this game that impressed me a lot. Mainly the graphics and the background music. No words could express that, you should experience it by yourself.     This game is the best mystery oriented puzzle game I ever played,. It has a good mystical storyline based of Indus civilization which attracted me the most.
    It's quite engaging till the end of the game, it's got twist like that of a movie though. Game ends with: To be continued. I would definitely buy the sequel.     Its a very addictive game. The puzzles get challenging stage after stage. The background music and graphics are way much better than my expectations of a hidden object game. The one thing I felt odd is that, sometimes the expression of characters felt weird. Other than that, overall it is a challenging and addictive game with a good base story.

    Overall, a nice puzzle game. The background artworks and music works are really enjoyable. The puzzles are not too easy but not too hard. The game play is pretty short with just about 3 hrs play time. The controls are easy and hints are handy. But sometimes it feels a bit frustrating, maybe due to the background and background music.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. The game starts with an emotional storyline which has lots of twists in it further on. It’s an adventurous puzzle solving game with a wonderful and realistic environment where you have to find hidden objects and clues to solve the puzzles. The idea and the design of puzzles and the art put into the environment show the complete effort put in its work. It also features an abundance of beautiful sound effects that goes well with the situation of the game which provides a wonderful gaming experience. However, I find the game as “Not Engaging” as the complete game constitutes of puzzles which keep on going and a bit longer as I am not a good puzzle solver. The game also guides to solve them and also have a skip option at various instances where you can use the option if you find the puzzle difficult. This option comes in handy for the people who would find the story exciting and love to complete it. The game would have been more interesting if the game includes more interaction with the user like providing more choices of dialogues to be selected that would mould the end of the story according to the user views, providing character customization, weapon selection, etc…Different ways of solving the same puzzle situation can also be added.
    Overall, very pleased with my first playthrough. I highly recommend puzzle solvers out there to try it out as it would be a time-consuming activity for them.    … Expand

    Darkarta is one of the best HOG games I've ever played. The game is rich in graphics, story, music and it instills a curiosity among the players. Great game!!

    I've been playing hidden object games for 8 years now. I rarely leave reviews but, this time, I have to. This game is stunning. It is beautiful in story line and graphics. I haven't even finished the bonus game and had to write this review. It is different in story line and a singularly magnificent game. Ok no more adjectives.     Its just an amazing game. Point and click and hidden object finding adventure..behind this all its a mother's journey in search of her lost daughter, to the lost civilization of the Indus Valley. The narration of the story, music and presentation of the games are just like we are involved in the game ...a love feel...just am full pack option.

    The darkarta gameplay is really interesting and adventurous. Journey of the story is well crafted and visualized. The enhanced sound effects and graphics fits inch-perfect with the mythical backdrop. The game is bit long-running as the puzzle solving is tricky and challenging. Overall a unique experience.

    The whole game is based on a story. They have succeeded in creating the ambience related to it using awesome graphics and lively sound effects.
    In each successive levels, the creators have put their best to bring something new to the players.

    Very good game under the genre: hidden object, point & click. It has an amazing story mixed with Indian mythology. And has an amazing graphics for a game of this genre. The puzzles get challenging through out the game. If you are a fan of this genre of games, this one is for you !

    Like, going into this I thought it would be a cheap hentai ripoff of Candy Crush but instead it's literally better in every way. Hell, it really makes the most of the match-3 genre by adding RPG elements and proper story lines. It's still affordable and perverted though.

    its an awesome game..... i recommend my friends. Excellent game, excellent story, excellent graphics, excellent music with challenging tasks and puzzles. Puzzles are not too easy and not too hard, but perfect. Worth the money. Hidden object game lovers should never miss this game.
