    Great Game... Great addition... See what people dont understand about ToA is its completly redoing certain areas of the game- for example the quest system is much better and high level Items are worth getting- unlike the old game where crafted items were the best. I have gotten high ML's and I can tell you its going to change the game... Sometimes you need to take a break from emain Great Game... Great addition...     If you play a few of the certain massively overpowered classes im sure its a nice addition if you have a few hundred extra hours to do stuff to make it work, other than that its a flaming pile of poop.

    This DAOC ..maybe its good but .. if u look at the grafic then Star was galaxies is better.. and there is alot of cool things u can do in swg as u cant in daoc.

    Decent expansion pack. pretty buggy on release, but that's to be expected with most MMORPGs & expansion packs. Mythic has been on the ball, fixing bugs daily. Master Levels are gained as you complete the trials in the expansion (9 MLs total). Mythic promised that Master Level abilities would have limited RVR impact. so far, several seem to have significant impact, so expect them to beDecent expansion pack. pretty buggy on release, but that's to be expected with most MMORPGs & expansion packs. Mythic promised that Master Level abilities would have limited RVR impact. so far, several seem to have significant impact, so expect them to be toned down or nerfed relatively soon (some already have been.) .. so don't get too attached to anything in the near term. :) artifacts seem to be the most powerful things available in the expansion, though obtaining them is reminiscent of evercamp..err.. everquest-style 12 hour camping sprees, kill stealing, etc. the MLs are relatively difficult to complete (each ML has 10-11 trial steps.) they involve having at least 1 group (8 players) most of the time, and some steps require 2-4 groups to complete. this can be a challenge for people on lower population realms/servers, and I don't think Mythic seems to have given that aspect of TOA much thought. some of the encounters are poorly designed and require a zerg (i.e. lots of people) to complete, which is pretty brainless. the new zones are lush and a lot of fun to explore. doing the trials and camping for artifacts is a bitch, but without them you're going to fall behind the pack.. so get ready for some boredom mixed in with your exploration. :( last, but not least, the new TOA graphics engine looks great. however, it is laggier than before and Mythic has already fixed 1 or 2 memory leak problems. it's still slower than Shrouded Isles's engine upgrade was, and people running 2 accounts on 1 machine will likely suffer the most (my machine crawls while running 2 accounts at once, I have an Athlon XP 2200+ with 1GB RAM, and a GeForce4 Ti4200... /sigh) either way, it's a decent expansion. I've enjoyed the MLs so far except for the inevitable bugs, and the camping really is boring as hell. we'll have to see how Mythic does fixing up the trials to make them a little less painful to complete.… Expand

    The fixed nature of the Trials precludes major excitement once you've burned through them. But for the money, this pack offers a fun Atlantean holiday. [July 2004, p.75]

    Still, if you're a hardcore fan, you'll want it just for the neat interface tweaks, the one new race per realm and the slick look - provided you have a current-generation graphics card and the Shrouded Isles expansion pack.

    Nearly everthing looks better with the release of ToA, each faction has a new playable race, and there's a staggering number of things to do after level 40. [Feb 2004, p.112]
