    DANGANRONPA!!!!! it is wonderful and amazing, story of this game is pretty awesome and characters are really individual. i can't wait for another series.

    Completion: Finished game on normal difficulty.

    Pros: - Characters and plot are charming - very much in-line with the rest of the series in this regard - Game actually looks pretty good, especially the models. Even though the textures are low-quality and the animations can be stiff, the game ends up relatively visually pleasing considering this was essentially created as a Vita game.     Pros:
    - Characters and plot are charming - very much in-line with the rest of the series in this regard
    - Game actually looks pretty good, especially the models. Even though the textures are low-quality and the animations can be stiff, the game ends up relatively visually pleasing considering this was essentially created as a Vita game. Although many criticize the clashing visual styles, it is consistent with the other games in the series and I likely have just gotten used to it by this point.
    - The game definitely takes risks in its gameplay and is a wild departure from the other games in the series while maintaining the signature Danganronpa charm. Although not everything pays off, there is nothing on the market like Ultra Despair Girls
    - Ties up several loose ends and introduces characters peripheral to the main cast. Essentially achieves what a small spin-off game should be
    - The puzzle rooms are the highlight of the actual "gameplay" and can be fun

    Cons:
    - Much smaller cast, though this isn't necessarily a bad thing, it is certainly a marked change from the other games in the series
    - Soundtrack can be too repetitive, with one song playing throughout the majority of the game
    - The combat is uninspired, the enemies are not fun to fight against, and there is generally low variation in how you actually deal with enemies. All in all, the meat of the gameplay is quite lacking and this is by far the weakest area of UDG
    - The grading system is strange for this type of game. Due to the high density of puzzles, it seems strange to punish someone for dying or retrying. This kind of system works much better in high-octane action games such as DMC and simply seems out of place and frustrating here.
    - Boss battles are boring and generally too easy
    - Collectibles are annoying and feel mostly pointless. Most of the story beats you get aren't interesting or funny enough to really seek out.
    - Progression is not interesting in this game and although you "level up" it never really feels like that's doing anything. Most of the skills you obtain are either invisible or boring such as obtaining more HP. The word system for the different bullets also misses its mark and can more or less be ignored. Using random words for your bullets does not feel radically different from carefully curating your decisions.

    Final Word:
    While Ultra Despair Girls should be commended for keeping the classic Danganronpa charm and taking myriad risks, especially for the series, too many aspects of the gameplay fall flat for Ultra Despair Girls to be anything more than a medicore, though interesting, spin-off of the story-based franchise.

    Yes, it lives up to its name of "Danganronpa". If you really liked Trigger Happy Havoc and Goodbye Despair, highly recommended.

    With respect to the controls on PC, I did not have any problem when playing, very comfortable.

    Yup this title is definitely worthy of the name Danganronpa. It had all those crazy ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ insane parts and ended on a really high note as all the other games in the franchises, hell it was even tied pretty well with the First and Second Danganronpa Game.The game play was also way different than the previous games in the series this time they decided to make it a third person shooter withYup this title is definitely worthy of the name Danganronpa. It had all those crazy ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ insane parts and ended on a really high note as all the other games in the franchises, hell it was even tied pretty well with the First and Second Danganronpa Game.The game play was also way different than the previous games in the series this time they decided to make it a third person shooter with a bit of puzzle elements added to it which was a pretty refreshing for the game series so good choice there.The shooting aspect was fine and in working condition and the monokuma type's made it a bit more challenging and not just mindless shooting. The puzzle parts were pretty simple but due to the retarded AI of the enemies you might fail at killing them all at once because the bot wasn't in the place it was supposed to be so that was kinda lame if you are a perfectionist and want to get all the S ranks or whatever. The camera angle was also sometimes twisted and made it a little annoying to fight the final boss. But people don't play Danganronpa for the alright gameplay ♥♥♥♥ no they play it for the crazy zany characters , the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ insanity and the perfectly twisty and sexy story that makes me hard as a rock every time i reach the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ end.The only annoying part I found was that there were too many cut scenes and every time you walk a awhile theres a cutscene which means the screen needs to fade to black then show the stupid joke and then once again fade to black to return you to the game , that takes so much of the players time and most of it was definitely not worth it.Overall 8/10 A decent edition for the Series.… Expand

    I really liked the game, we were told that it was in the middle of the first and second parts of Danganronpa. Good graphics, everyone who is a fan of developers Danganronpa, like this game, I advise you to buy it on Steam and in this game you can play for the murderer Fukawa, well, you get the hint!)

    Came into this with middling expectations considering the poor reception this game got. While some cut-scenes and dialogue drags on at moments, I ultimately really enjoyed the writing and characters. The atmosphere and music is top notch.
    Shockingly, the janky shooting is greatly held up with interesting mechanics and enemy placements. Found the shooting segments more entertaining than    Came into this with middling expectations considering the poor reception this game got. While some cut-scenes and dialogue drags on at moments, I ultimately really enjoyed the writing and characters. The atmosphere and music is top notch.

    Gameplay de merde mais le lore apporté est super cool, l'évolution de Toko est parfaite, Monaca est une superbe antagoniste et la fin du jeu est parfaite. 18/20
