    Passed Cyberpunk 2077 and is ready to share my experience :)

    Completed with additional missions in ~ 32 hours. If I knew that there are fast movements, I think I would have done it in 20-25 hours. (What **** speedrunners were) 1. Gameplay This is an RPG in the best CD project RED style. The plot is awesome, the additional missions are qualitative, in general, everything is at the    Passed Cyberpunk 2077 and is ready to share my experience :)

    1. Gameplay
    This is an RPG in the best CD project RED style. The plot is awesome, the additional missions are qualitative, in general, everything is at the highest level, it did not cause any bad emotions. The only BUT is voice acting. But more on that later.
    Some people think that this is an analogue of GTA, no it is not, GTA is not an RPG, and in a slightly different theme. Please do not compare different games.
    Driving machines is really not entirely comfortable on some machines. But you understand which cars are worth taking and which are not. Benefits are stupid cops, and you can steal as much as you like. The cops are really very stupid, most likely they will fix it in the next patches, the developers do not forget about the game and finish it up.

    2. Expectations
    Yes, the expectations were simply not realistic. Fortunately, I did not fan all this and was waiting for a really cool project as a witcher, and it came out.
    If you want GTA, then this is a bit of a wrong project, Cyberpunk is more like an improved watchdogs + witcher in the future.
    The rest will be released with patches and additions, it seems that the game will be supported for a long time, I really hope so. Bring in a normal gear plz.

    3. Bugs
    There are, there are many of them, and sometimes they interfere with the passage of the mission. But nothing, everyone will correct it, this is not fallout 76: D
    Cars are drawn very amusingly, and disappear, as soon as you turn away from the car, it will immediately disappear.
    Likewise, people have a mission where they spawn right before our eyes.
    It happened that I jumped in the wrong place, and I was thrown about 500 meters.
    People, I remember how everyone was bombing that the game was moved from November to December, everyone was screaming and shouting. Did you want to play early on time? Receive, and don't whine. If the developers rescheduled the game a couple more times, the players would have died from heart attacks.
    But these are such trifles that you can live.

    4. Optimization
    On your PC:
    i5 9700k + 2060 + 16ram + SSD
    It was played easily with a resolution of 2k on a 1080p monica (otherwise soap) graphonium norms), although sometimes it lags) It was very annoying that the character at the stage of creation was just one soap stain, but he coped with it.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. After 30+ hours of the game I've came to the conclusion that it's one of the best games I've ever played. The story is interesting and the setting in which the story takes place leaves the you feeling like you have no chance of living. The romance is also great but doesn't feel satisfying by the end because the game ends while your it feels like things were just getting started. The bugs didn't break my game and I only had to load from last save twice from being stuck. Cyberpunk 2077 could use an expansion that carries on the story of Panam and Male V, Judy and Female V, ect. or CDPR should create a sequel. Just don't take 8 years on this one please :)… Expand

    Okay, playing on the PS4 (base) pre-update and post update. Pre update there was about three errors per 2 hours of play. Patch 1.04 there has been a solid 4-7 hours without incident. I enjoy the genre and spin up to gameplay. Nice graphics, maxed settings, full tilt excitement on each corner. Transitions follow through without a problem. No latency issues, and fps is hitting between 38-68Okay, playing on the PS4 (base) pre-update and post update. Pre update there was about three errors per 2 hours of play. Patch 1.04 there has been a solid 4-7 hours without incident. I enjoy the genre and spin up to gameplay. Nice graphics, maxed settings, full tilt excitement on each corner. Transitions follow through without a problem. No latency issues, and fps is hitting between 38-68 depending on number of collisions being met and occupancy of NPCs as also background features. A total of 3 times with stutter. As far as bugs some gun effects, falling through the map without reset and Jackie's bike flying around the map or suspended in one location has been the only problems I have experienced. Driving is superb in relation to joystick movement and feedback from the vehicles. The overall experience has been tremendous since start. I have no complaints as all games run into issues no matter the build version. Most would say this is intolerable, as a indie developer review this is a very professional and great product. Issues always arise. Home systems architecture, bandwidth, hard drive space, and configurations all contend on different levels when running. There is no "ONE IDEAL SYSTEM SETTING OR HARDWARE MATCH" that exist to appease everyone. Running great on PS4 setting can be lousy in PC, xBox or vice versa. A product you buy from Europe has different backend hardware compared to the U.S., or versions in every country for that matter. I run base settings for all my systems, tweak to find the prime spot for gameplay. ON PC, running the game with AMD hardware is not out of the box ready by any instance. What worked for fallout, didn't work for Cyberpunk, the list can go on and on. There is so many variables to building games that are not box ready. Again, very little faults on my systems. Primarily PS4 when playing, so I expect a few bugs and glitches with any new product. Overall a 8 for gameplay, style, graphics, and problems. Storyline is driven which gives it a bit of one mindedness but still a great story line for all three character lines. I look forward to some epic struggles along the way and many more missions at higher degree.

    I'm a cyberpunk fan from the 80's and 90's. Also a big shadowrun fan, but the game wasn't what I wanted. This on the other hand is fantastic! I love the vision, I love the city and the cyberpunk part is brilliant. There are the odd bug, but it doesn't ruin it for me. It's more that I laugh when a character rolled across the room on a non existant chair with a straight face.

    The city is brilliant, and each section has it's own character. It's so well realised that you want to walk into every store (you can't). The cars are great designs and they remind you of something that you've seen - it's like retro futurism nostalgia cars. The fashion is funny too, and honestly there are lots of easter eggs. I love how the sidewalks, if you time it right, say walk, don't walk - just like Blade Runner.

    Voice acting is top quality, and some missions are hilarious (the guy with the *ahem* malfunctioning implant). I'm now at the stage where I seamlessly scan when I enter a room, loot the bejesus out of things, and fight in a semi-fluid way with crafted upgraded weapons.

    What I didn't like was the slowness on my quite good PC. I have an AMD and ended up using a hex editor to map my CPU to multicore usage - thanks Reddit. That's a downside and not a good look for playtesting after 8 years! Still, I'm sure a patch will rectifiy that for most peole soon.

    But honestly this is an amazing game in its vision and scope. Perfect? no, but when you hit those headshots with your upgraded aiming systems it just feels good. I wouldn't live in night city but I sure as hell visit a lot (and hack the hell out of vending machines for money).

    Well done CD Projekt and all of your developers who've poured time and love into this. This is a cracking game that I'll be playing and replaying for ages for my cyberpunk hit!    … Expand

    This is an amazing game with an immersive and detailed world, intriguing story, interesting characters, and fun mechanics. It works fine on my mid-tier gaming laptop -- less than a week after launch I've seen just a handful of minor bugs and nothing major or game breaking at all.

    Worth the wait! Just patience.. It will get better. I have played more than 20 hours and I have enjoyed it very much so far.

    Pure epicness! I love the world and it's characters. Beautiful world building, amazing soundscapes and soundtrack. I can't stop playing this game. I hope this franchise is here to stay.

    As someone who waited a bit and decided to get a GeForce Now subscription for the game (after having heard the're having issues running the game on the last gen XBox and assuming its the same for PS4), I can't seem to find any major bugs that would sour my experience.
    Releasing for the last-gen consoles was a mistake, but that    It's an amazing Game with a simply stunning "World" (City).

    Its a shame the experience you will have in this game is completely based on the equipment used to run the game. 30 hours played so far would have to be the most fun i've ever had in a single player RPG. Visually the game is amazing.

    only single player game i will reset, fantastic immersion, fantastic mission, more or less car gameplay, great for amd video cards, for nvidia video cards, you must have luck

    I honestly donno where all the complaints are coming from, 50+ hours in and to be fair bugs aren't that irritating, sure there is a few here and there but people forget that the scope of this game is huge of course there are going to be bugs, they'll get fixed over time. This is a PC review so I wont get into console issues cause quite honestly, I don't care about it.

    This game has a LOT to offer, RPG mechanics like skill trees/crafting are super solid, you can play builds that are completely different from each other and still remain effective which helps a lot with replayability. There are choices in the game left and right, while most of them aren't impactful, a sizeable portion of them do affect the story in main/side missions as well as your relationships with other characters, having a back story (corpo/street kid/nomad) does offer certain dialogue choices too depending on your background which adds flavor to the game.

    Story's top notch, probably my most favorite element of the game, voice acting compliments the story greatly, it's so well-written, makes you care for your character as well as other characters, some missions don't even have any combat whatsoever still they hit hard and are very memorable just because of how beautifully written they are (especially one of Judy's mission where u go diving, not gonna say more) The story's conclusion isn't your typical ride into the sunset ending u find in videogames, it honestly hit hard and left me filled with existential dread after finishing it woulda liked the main story to be somewhat longer though.

    Keanu Reeves as Johnny Silverhand was a stroke of genius, and he isn't just there for a few missions he's there all the way, you see him all the time in main missions as well as almost all of the side missions. His character compliments yours greatly, he has his own perspective on things and he does make great conversations.

    Speaking of the side missions, this game has some of the best side missions gaming has to offer, not kidding, some of those missions have better stories than other games have had in their mainline story missions. All of em are so well voice acted, have plots that are serious, dreadful, funny, depressing or a mix of all four.

    Gameplay is truly remarkable, guns feel really good and impactful, there is a wide variety of weapons to choose from and each type feels unique, combat is pretty rad albeit tough at first but once u get down your build right it just clicks.

    The only thing CDPR did wrong was not giving themselves a PROPER amount of time when they announced the first delay, i am willing to bet that some people within the company would've liked to delay it for a while more to hash out the bugs but having being delayed three times already they would've lost their credibility. Still, developing a game for PC as well as four other consoles AND stadia, that is bound to hurt the development cycle especially since most games are developed for just three platforms only (PC/PS/XBOX). Also, COVID-19 has to be taken into account as the staff had to work from home for quite some time (they probably still do not sure) which is not very efficient.

    Still, once this game has had some time, once the bugs have been hashed out it'll be nothing short of perfect. 10/10 game that sets the bar high for any other RPG of this new decade. 100% would recommend. Just give it some time, cut the developers some slack and understand that for a massive undertaking such as this game there is bound to be problems at first.    … Expand

    Absolutely great game! Experienced some minor glitches but the story is amazing, the gameworld with all its details is crafted beautifully. I can't stop playing it. Love it. Game of the year for me. 9/10 because of the minor glitches but nothing that really bothers me. When this gets fixed it's a 10/10 definitely.

    I've been hyped about this for a long time and i have to say that haven't been disapointed, first of all you're getting welcomed with a sweet ray tracing that makes the game even beautifuler, mix that with the game's atmosphere that put you in the mood ! You're here to be a legend. The story-telling is excellent and you never get bored. Gunfights are very good and the variety of weaponsI've been hyped about this for a long time and i have to say that haven't been disapointed, first of all you're getting welcomed with a sweet ray tracing that makes the game even beautifuler, mix that with the game's atmosphere that put you in the mood ! You're here to be a legend. The story-telling is excellent and you never get bored. Gunfights are very good and the variety of weapons and strategy is mindblowing, the game isn't perfect though, the driving is pretty cool until the car goes out of the road when turning, a lot of minor bugs that don't stop you from finishing the game but that breaks the immersion, and close fights that are good but hitboxes are too huge. But if you're reading this don't waste your time reading critics and go buy the game you won't regret it, all the things you can do in it just make it impossible to finish the game 100% without spending hours on it, and i'm not even talking about the path and different ending that will change the end of your game.… Expand

    I dont know what is happening on the consoles, but I didnt watch any reviews until today, and I would say that the game is a great masterpiece, people are focusing on the negative, on the optimisation, wich is fine, at least on pc, Im playing on a GTX 1070 on high with a little more than 2k rendering scale (65) from 4k. And I have around 30-40 Fps, and its totally fine for me, it isI dont know what is happening on the consoles, but I didnt watch any reviews until today, and I would say that the game is a great masterpiece, people are focusing on the negative, on the optimisation, wich is fine, at least on pc, Im playing on a GTX 1070 on high with a little more than 2k rendering scale (65) from 4k. And I have around 30-40 Fps, and its totally fine for me, it is similar to Horizon Zero Dawn in terms of optimisation,(in my experience on my system) when I turn it to 1080p and high settings I get 40-50 fps, so it isnt worth it for me to play in fullhd instead of 2k for a ~10fps fps differnce, so I would say the parformance on PC is ok, sure 60 fps would be better, and sure it could be better, but its ok, and it will get better will patches in the future. In terms of bugs Ive played around 25h and there were some small bugs like flying items, but nothing dramatic. The game has some problems, and I do not protect CDPR for them, I just wanna say: dont focus on the negative, it is a great game, with a big and high detailed world (I love night city!… Expand

    When I finished this game, which provided me with a mixture of feelings, emotions and action for those 45 hours, I felt the emptiness that struck my heart. I loved Night City, so maybe there were bugs and optimization problems in a few moments, it is true, but despite these inconveniences, this game dragged me into its unique world for several hours of sessions. I simply lived this worldWhen I finished this game, which provided me with a mixture of feelings, emotions and action for those 45 hours, I felt the emptiness that struck my heart. I loved Night City, so maybe there were bugs and optimization problems in a few moments, it is true, but despite these inconveniences, this game dragged me into its unique world for several hours of sessions. I simply lived this world as it does in this world. In many moments, the main theme and the side missions grabbed my heart, all the characters I met in this world of crime and lawlessness carved something new into me, as if I had known them for years. Cyberpunk 2077 is not only about beautiful cars, a huge living city and a lot of activity, Cyberpunk is, above all, a story that keeps me in suspense and a world around it so dynamic that it is sometimes difficult to keep up with it. I can wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone with the lowest quality graphics and a series of bugs. Night City is a dream city that will provide entertainment for hundreds of hours and despite this amount of time it will surprise you at every turn.… Expand

    Well, i just concluded my 58hr playthrough and im no where near done yet! I played on the hard difficulty and on a very beefy system with a 3080 and it was a hell of an experience, the game has some bugs but for me they didn't hinder my experience. The game for me would be a 10 but since the ps4 and xbox one's base versions where and still are really bad but it was still a fantasticWell, i just concluded my 58hr playthrough and im no where near done yet! I played on the hard difficulty and on a very beefy system with a 3080 and it was a hell of an experience, the game has some bugs but for me they didn't hinder my experience. The game for me would be a 10 but since the ps4 and xbox one's base versions where and still are really bad but it was still a fantastic experience and amazing story and I think personally that once the kinks are fixed everyone will get to see the masterpiece that was created here. The games world is unparalleled in beauty and I honestly cant get enough of Night City and the areas surrounding it. The game is simply amazing, that is of course my opinion but wow, im blowed away, the game was everything I'd hoped it would be and then some, my only hope is that other people who are on consoles will get to enjoy the game as much as i did.… Expand

    В итоге завершая квест за квестом, после чего завершив основой сюжет, (играл с дня выхода по момент писанины отзыва, каждый день по 13 часов)
    я осознал факт того, что эта игра определённо стоит своих 2к деревянных! Сюжет - лучшего представить не мог, одним словом - сценарист СМОГ! Для меня ВСЕГДА в играл    Что-ж, покупая эту игру за пару недель до выхода, я от неё ничего не ждал, абсолютно.
    В итоге завершая квест за квестом, после чего завершив основой сюжет, (играл с дня выхода по момент писанины отзыва, каждый день по 13 часов)
    я осознал факт того, что эта игра определённо стоит своих 2к деревянных!
    Сюжет - лучшего представить не мог, одним словом - сценарист СМОГ!
    Для меня ВСЕГДА в играл был важен сюжет, меня так RDR 2 или Death Stranding не затянул, как этот релиз.
    В игре чертовски хватает проблем, от ломания скриптов дополнительных квестов, до проваливания машин под текстуры дорог (за всё время игры, у меня это было лишь ОДИН раз)
    Оптимизация - на своём i3 9100f и 1660 + 16 ddr4 2400 и ssd с алика, я лучшего не ожидал, играть комфортно, это не соревновательный шутер где нужно минимум 70 фпс.
    Я без понятия сколько это ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ делалось, но та атмосфера Найт - Сити, которую я увидел - стоило того, чтобы ждать этот кусок багов, который я полюбил после ДВАДЦАТИ минут игры.
    После концовки, которая как понял была "хорошая", я выкурил две сигареты залпом, тот драйв в основной ветке сюжета просто овладел моим разумом, это определённо игра уровня AAA проекта.
    Я с радостью приобрету сюжетные дополнения, которые явно пододвинулись в сроках из-за патчей.
    И куплю чёртов мультиплеер, если он будет отдельной игрой.

    P.S Это лично мой отзыв, моё мнение, и опираться при покупке игры на него не стоит абсолютно.

    Fantastic game in every way. Good story, side missions and mechanics. Some bugs but not as bad as some people say. They will get better soon enough and the game is so good it's no issue.

    I bought this digitally on my PS4 Pro and have the most recent update. I started the Nomad back story and within the first minute, I already saw a glitch. Now I knew there were glitches but I tried to enjoy it as much as I could. After my first crash and about 4 hours in, I threw in the towel. As much as I enjoyed the short hours I played with it, I couldn't continue until its moreI bought this digitally on my PS4 Pro and have the most recent update. I started the Nomad back story and within the first minute, I already saw a glitch. Now I knew there were glitches but I tried to enjoy it as much as I could. After my first crash and about 4 hours in, I threw in the towel. As much as I enjoyed the short hours I played with it, I couldn't continue until its more polished. I can kind of see what they're trying to do and I have to admit, its very impressive and there's nothing like it.

    I wont try to get a refund and I do have faith that CDPR will make this right. I will wait a few months for some major patches to come out and fix this. When its more polished, I will hop back in but i'm leaving it alone for now. Back to Escape From Tarkov!    … Expand

    The world is cool, the depth of it is nice, the NPCs however make it shallow and dead.

    Combat, other than quick-hacking, is boring. Enemies are bullet-sponges, and the cover system is an utter joke. The story is pretty good, though predictable at stages. For $90AUD, this game is completely not worth it. The NPCs do not even hold up to GTAV, a game released 7 years ago.     The best metaphor for Cyberpunk 2077 is Johnny Silverhand himself. A messiah, a mix of Kurt Cobain and Che Guevara, a talented singer who loves to shape his own legend and has a charming personality but loses the struggle with his own demons. The same goes for the game. It tells a great story and forced me to ask myself difficult questions, but many of its gameplay mechanics do not evolve and its technical state upon release was abysmal. Cyberpunk’s true hero is not a person, but Night City – a vibrant, living creature of great diversity. The beauty of the metropolis is striking. [01/2021, p.22]

    Cyberpunk 2077 is one of the most disturbing and mind-blowing RPGs in history, where every decision has a deep impact on our trail. CD Projekt RED tosses us to the center of a city filled with disgusting delights where every character deserves our attention in an immersive experience and overall, very rewarding. From the sarcastic and shadowy tone imposed by the countless scenes in the game, to the flexibility we have on the choices to face every situation that is presented, Night City is truly memorable. It’s a shame that the countless bugs spoil or diminish the impact of some resounding moments, but we are without a question, in the presence of one of the best games in 2020.

    Measured against the extreme expectations, Cyberpunk 2077 can't fulfill any of them. But all in all, despite the countless small weaknesses and inconsistences, with interesting characters, great story and dialogues or the freedom concerning gameplay, CD Projekt delivers a unique and great RPG that every fan of the genre needs to play.
