    Giving such a low rating not because of all the bugs and broken promises and failure deliver on what was expected. Keeping this rating because of the fact my heart is broken by CD projekt red, who once created absolutely amazing games like The Witcher series

    Great game. Interesting plot and mechanics. Quite original compared to other games. At first there were a few bugs, but the developers fixed them well.

    Basically no choices in main plot. :( Which ends in my case idiotic way and is not allowing you to continue game AFTER main plot ending, you can only use save from just before "point of no return". :( I was focused on main plot (because this is what it is suggesting - you have to hurry) most of the time and ended it in SEVEN hours...     After 2,5 years it's still a poor beta. Game started crashing in some menus for no obvious reason. I disabled both Steam and Nvidia overlays, reinstalled the game, changed settings several times, installed new drivers - nothing helps. Unplayable

    This game was an incredibly dull experience, especially for an AAA title. It felt like a futuristic version of Far Cry set in a lifeless city. The characters lacked depth and failed to engage me.     This was not the game we were promised, nor the game that was advertised, through their own hubris CDPR became a parody of what this game represents in it's statements against corporate greed, but if you can set your initial upset aside, or ignore the voices of those disappointed by false promises, Cyberpunk 2077 is a genuinely good game when it works.

Günümüzün dünyasında tarafsız kalmayı, bunu oyunlara sokmamayı başarabilen şirketleri desteklerim. Normalde 7 vereceğim bu oyuna bu nedenden ötürü 4 veriyorum.

    im really late to the party cause all the **** kept me away from playing. but now after dont know three years? i bought it on sale, and i must admit: damn what a **** great game!!! i loved the journey, the characters, the story, the world, the factions, driving, hacking, fighting, drinking, braindance etc okay the KI is not the smartest and when you are maxed out this game is reallyim really late to the party cause all the **** kept me away from playing. but now after dont know three years? i bought it on sale, and i must admit: damn what a **** great game!!! i loved the journey, the characters, the story, the world, the factions, driving, hacking, fighting, drinking, braindance etc okay the KI is not the smartest and when you are maxed out this game is really simple. but the atmosphere, options and possibilities are awesome. thx for this great game, but next time pls release over all types of plattforms a solid gaming experience.… Expand

    Technically it's so lacking; Why did I like this game so much, even though it is a game with unsettled mechanics, full of errors, and optimization problems? I think I know the answer, "It acts as an artificial pain reliever for my existential pangs...".

    I have changed my mind. This game is broken, still broken. Also missing...

    It's a ray tracing tech demo, nothing more, and to be honest the RED Engine ain't that great! While the ray tracing and the city looks fine, the character    It's been 2 years.     The open world is still sterile and lifeless, NPCs are brain dead and the police still can't drive. Immersion? Don't make me laugh (I mean CRY, I spent $60 on this garbage). Metro system they promised? Nah. It also manages to look worse than the 2018 E3 demo (another downgrade just like in the Witcher 3). All those different ways to solve quests they promised? Another lie: choose between hacking (sort of cyber-sniping), shooting or melee'ing your way through the thugs. Awesome choices indeed - and done in just about every modern game nowadays.
    Then there's the bugs: T-poses in cut scenes still persist, plot-stopping bugs, too. I encountered a bug where I could not start an essential mission.
    Want to play a GOOD cyberpunk shooter? Buy NECROMUNDA: HIRED GUN instead. It's a billion times better than this. I regret buying this garbage. It isn't even worth $10. This will be the last CDPR game I'll buy.
    Uninstalled for good. RIP CD Projekt-RED. But then you have the fanboys who would celebrate CDPR if they sold them a gift-wrapped turd - o wait, they did just that with Cyberpunk!!    … Expand

    The hype caused by marketing and a final development of only 2/3 years. Result: an unfinished game with a lot of cut content. False lies and hopes to faithful players. It has its good points, but it is not a reason to praise this method.

    I tried it after patch 1.61 and DLSS 3 update, I can definitely say that this game has finally reached BETA 2 years after its release. I can't believe how they waste this pure potential. What a pity.

    Garbage is not enough to describe this thing. Came to play but instead had too watch a movie. Too much Dialog too much unnecessary things. Upgrade system is terrible. If you have no life then this is the game for you. If we wanted to see a movie there is Netflix . Wtf were they thinking

    There's a really good game hidden in here, but it's completely stifled by a lack of actual freedom and the longest and most frequent cutscenes I've ever experienced. Pretty horrible dialogue too. I played for 20 hours and then couldn't be bothered anymore

    Es extraño como la gente regala su dinero comprando un juego que saben bien fue y es una estafa y burla hacia el comprador. Parches, diez mil...no se supone que uno compre una versión Alpha como juego AAA terminado, no es un indie. Con esta actitud permisiva y light seguirán haciendo cada vez peores juegos, total los idiotas igual los compran.

    There's nothing next-gen about this game. Forget the bugs and the glitches, they’re there but not that important.

    Gameplay is bad, mostly cause of the HORRIBLE AI. Npcs are comically unaware, so combat is often a joke. You throw bombs and fire guns in a room and NPCs in the next room with the door open will often stay unaware or start yelling in loop “i’m gonna find youuuu” and stuff like that. Behaviors of this sort are everywhere in the game.

    Stealth is even less appealing due to the aforementioned bad IA, you just can't count on it and it often makes NPCs behave in weird ways. Sometimes they see through walls, sometimes they don't notice you when you're in front of them.

    Most things get repetitive soon. You’ll perform the same hacks again and again, loot the same bunch of items again and again, same skin, same name, just different stats. There's so many crappy things to loot that it'll get unrewarding very soon.

    Crafting, economy and general itemization are very shallow. Crafting in particular looks like it's there just because it had to be. So far I've used it just to make ammo and maybe upgrade some weapon. In general you're always better off waiting to loot a better thing, which is often the same weapon you already have, just with better stats.

    Customization is a joke. You either wear items with good stats and look like a clown or wear cool things with bad stats. There's not a lot of choice anyway. You can't even change your hair or beard, everything is locked after the character creation, which is simply amazing after they announced the deepest customization ever. And anyways it's not that important since you almost never see your character, so don't spend much time in it.

    The city is big and looks good, but it's a lifeless cardboard. Interaction with it is very, very limited, all the doors are closed and NPCs just say a bunch of stock phrases with no interaction. You can't eat at 90% of the vendors, they're just cardboard stores. You can't dance in a club, you can't play any minigame, again: nothing except the few scripted things. Don't expect to find unexpected things in a street or a dark alley, it's all just a facade and all the interest points are already on the map, and not that many.

    Overall, looks like a game that needed at least another year of development to be okayish.
    Five to ten years, instead, to maybe live up to the ginormous expectations they created.    … Expand

It is erratic, has what I think is a poor and largely pointless story line in which, the protagonist is basically a dead man. It offers a totally meaningless experience in which basically, everything you do, all the people you meet, the jobs, the good or the bad you choose etc is totally pointless because regardless, you are going to die either at the end or shortly after the end. The story breaks the game almost form the start point and it's quite obvious where the writers were going to take this story regardless of their other options because like most writers these days, they think that this concept of meaningless and futility is what they want to produce and establish in people and societies mind. It is weak writing, poor in its entire concept and does the opposite of why people play games. On top of this the game is still full of bugs, pit falls and a significant level of barren boring dialogue and minor stories.

    CDPR get some things right like the multiple avenues to complete most things. Do I punch my way, sneak my way, talk my way of think my way through? They all work. Levelling up seems slow and I'm never really sure how it happens when it does but it's an interesting progression tree.

    Weapons are, apart from a few exceptions very vanilla and samey. Death happens far too easily. Choices are actually quite linear which is the opposite of what was supposed to happen... There are lots of things to pick on (and this is after years worth of improvement).

    The biggest and most painful failures though are the fact that CDPR clearly WANT the world to be like this. They have publicly said that cybernetics and human machine interface is the way to go and they clearly have a love fest over their own Cyberpunk ideas that they are advertising the ideas and ideals of such an environment. I find this terrifying and sadly I think it is part of a mass advertising spree to adapt people to accept such a progression away from humanity. Maybe I'm wrong but just like the GLBTI stuff that was light about 10-20 years ago and now infects everything from Health and Safety to western attitudes to politics with other powers and even of abusive control of other, weaker nations. I have a hunch CDPR have become tangled up in something much bigger than games and interesting stories. This is harmful to society in general but also destroys the gaming industry.    … Expand

    Empty promises and an Empty World. Let's ignore the disastrous launch and the endless amount of bugs that they decided to release this game with. This game has promised customization which sadly there was almost none. Fallout 3 had more character and Skills customization than this half-dead released trash.The world is empty and pretty ugly looking and the dialogue is not inspiring. This game has promised customization which sadly there was almost none. Fallout 3 had more character and Skills customization than this half-dead released trash.The world is empty and pretty ugly looking and the dialogue is not inspiring.     We are now 2 years after launch, gave the game a try due to patch 1.6 and sadly it's still very much the same game.

    The open world is still boring and lifeless, AI is still beyond simplistic. no dynamic and interesting events, no car chases. nothing.

    They kept saying they have added a lot of DLC's to the game but for CDPR DLC = cosmetic items in game. but they keep marketing it as this awesome thing you should be excited about and mentioning how it's so great that such DLC is free....

    2 Years later and CDPR is still trying to save this game with Marketing instead of actually improving the game and fix basic issues with it.

    The levels of delusion around this game are truly baffling. people praise this game and outright lie about what is in it. They can't all be bots or CDPR employees so I'm not sure what's this phenomenon is.

    This game is not total **** (to some people) but it's definitely not a good game.
    There are points of light in it for sure, but people tend to play them up to be more than they are.
    The overall game and story are still very basic and simplistic.

    The game recently got mod support so that will extend the life of it and maybe we will have something decent to play thanks to modders.

    Things to know:
    - Amazing soundtrack
    - Beautiful world
    - Open world in name only (it's a lifeless shell)
    - Rudementy AI
    - Simple story with a lot of holes in it
    - Boring simple side quests (Mostly, there are a few gems, but they are the exception not the rule)
    - Plenty of bugs and broken systems (yes, even with 1.6)

    I'm sad for Mike Pondsmith and the Cyberpunk series. we really thought CDPR will do it justice, but it seems all they can do is pure perfume on the pile of **** they created.    … Expand

    Also creators are so lazy. I get it they had to cut transportation, even if they kinda advertised it, but honestly... Tell me in my eyes, a game in nowdays where you drive a car, and have a wast open world you can walk in is not a joke without a working AI, that handles lamps, and make cars respect The Highway Code? Since they decided to make the game first person only (aka unable to make face animations) at least i tried to feel like someone in the game, and drive how a normal person would drive. But i were the only one. Pedestrians walking on red lamps, cars stopping in front of green lights, yet crashing you on red ones.

    CDPR wrote itself down in my eyes forever for being this money thirsty. They had the reputation of being the good guys of the game industry, yet they lied everytime, just to release this. A game told to be doomed because they had to(?) make previous generation versions of the game. Those that just lost support for the upcoming content. Content which were said to be a lot. Now just one to make players shut up. I still hope one day we see a good Cyberpunk game, from CDPR or someone other, but 2077 is beyond salvation for me.    … Expand

    Overhyped game which didn’t meet expectations. Physics are raw, driving mechanics are one of details that give out distopia vibe. Storyline is overcomplicated, yet linear.

    14- perks there are bad perks and some do not work like the one that increase price weapons or clothes to sell and after some perks it stop working
    15- there are bugs and they say it's fixed
    16-no game improvement but bug fixes and one car add dose not effect the story and some clothes and some weapons that dose not improve the game or even change the game
    17- they do not want to add third person camera the most requested future

    Beside from the launch and horrific way to patch the game. It still misses a decent amount of content from the promises and what they told us, what would be in the game. The Story isn't the best, the world feels lifeless and gameplay feels clunky and unfinished. For me, the game is just hot garbage.
    100% Marketing, 0% Game.

    i still can't believe that the same studio did the Witcher games.

    Great graphics but terrible gameplay. First major mission and I could not get past it because I kept getting killed. Set it to easy with aim assist and no change in result. Why even have snapping if it does absolutely nothing. I wasted money on this.

    * Exceptional graphics & animation quality. (out of this world exceptional, looking forward to a Witcher game with this level of quality in animations) * World detail (fog, lighting, smoke) is exceptional * No-DRM * Unique renderings for characters (not all sharing the same bodymesh like the Witcher games) * Some of the car designs are fantastic, just sweet looking sports    Pros:

    * Some of the car designs are fantastic, just sweet looking sports cars, muscle cars, and bikes
    * Good weather cycles (realistic rain, etc.)
    * The romance in terms of dialogue and actions was very well-developed with Panam. I like how CDPR made it a gradual thing over several quests instead of it just happening all at once, it felt much more realistic that way.
    * They did a nice job with the actual romance mechanics in terms of developing relationships. The sex scenes are not very good (see cons), but the actual romance developments were handled really well. Panam's were fantastic in terms of their exchanges, and the voice acting was really realistic.
    * I like the random calls from contacts / friends you make as the story progresses with new things to do, etc. That is a good quality of life addition to the game.

    Cons:

    * Gender system replaced with "body type" - it's sad for me to see CDPR pandering to social justice websites in a manner that impacts everyone.
    * First person perspective basically shoved down our throats, making it so you almost never see your character in the game.
    * Cut content from original plans: Large amount of cut content in the game from original plans - with characters like Meredith Stout, to only getting one apartment, and many many more
    * No Multi-GPU support - very disappointing
    * Key binding system is embarrassingly bad. I had to spend upwards of an hour fixing the key bindings in the game via .ini files manually! This is 2020....there should not be keys that are unbindable.
    * Very disappointed with how they handled Meredith Stout's character in the game - a lot of people were excited for her, and she literally is just involved twice in the entire game
    * Lot of clutter in the game / too much junk and loot to sift through
    * Combat is actually pretty sloppy. Far Cry 4 for example has far smoother, better, and more enjoyable combat for a FPS
    * Significant downgrade in sex scenes compared to earlier CDPR games like Witcher 2 and 3 (Witcher 2's were off the charts fantastic). This makes me very concerned for the next Witcher game as CDPR is venturing away from the balls to the wall style adult game mechanics that made them famous and beloved. This unfortunately is another example of CDPR bowing down to SJWs
    * Missed opportunity that they put so many cool cars in the game, and you basically never get to use your car on missions. You work with a lot of other characters in the game, including some pretty girls and rarely do you get to show up in your $100k exotic and have them comment on it, etc. Again, this game just feels so unfinished and half-baked which is pretty pathetic considering it's been in development for so many years
    * The romance options themselves are incredibly limited. For a straight male V, there is one option. Pathetic. You can tell CDPR really cut content to get this thing out, very disappointing
    * Very wonky stealth mechanics - particularly with grabbing enemies - it can fail through no fault of your own pretty easily and randomly
    * Incredibly poor story pacing. They put seemingly a billion side missions in the game, but don't really give you a proper time to do any of them because of the way the main story tries to push you along to the next main mission - we're talking a very frantic main story narrative that makes it seem 'wrong' to be doing side tasks
    * The boxing matches are ridiculously unbalanced with bad mechanics. Even on easy, I'm level 43 doing fights that are way under me, and the opponent boxers will take you out in 2-3 hits while it takes you 100 hits to take them down (not exaggerating). It's like they don't even playtest the game
    * Time flow on the quests is really screwed up
    * Ending(s) of the game - no spoilers, but I'll just say I thought the end-game scenarios were awful on an epic level. Absolutely unrewarding and just left a very sour taste in my mouth.

    Game Length: ~95 Hours

    Final Rating: 3/10. Given how bad the endings to the game are and adding all the other cons into it, with minimal pros to offset, this is just an outright bad game. People want to finish a game and feel good about the time they invested and the well-being of their character - that did not happen for me with this game. I got to the end and it was just an utter and complete let-down. I'm still in borderline shock that CD Projekt Red created this disappointment of a game. The Witcher games were absolute masterpieces, and this game just honestly sucks. CD Projekt Red is on a heavily downward trajectory at present.    … Expand

    Only good for youtubers making click bait. Raunchiness, and repetitive side quests make this game one sleezy hot mess.

    Если бы не убогий менеджмент внутри компании, я уверен, мы получили бы одну из лучших (если не лучшую) игру за последние 10 лет.

    Unfortunately we all have a deal with a Frankenstein. So sad, so sad. The Witcher 3 was a masterpiece and we all were expecting something more brighter, but what we get is a junk sadly!

    Remember Ass Creed: Unity? People hated that game because of the bugs. Remember Resident Evil 6 or Dark Souls 2? No, those game didn't have gamebreaking bugs, and people just hated them. Now look at this UNPLAYABLE piece of trash, it's something special, yes it is, because it demonstrates how cynical and hypocrite "gamers" are. Or i should say, consumers? Тогда я скачал Ведьмака 3, которого я прошел более 5 раз и купил лицензия исключительно для того, чтобы выразить уважение труду разработчиков, проделавших титаническую работу над созданием этой великолепной игры. Когда вышел Киберпанк 2077 со всеми его проблемами на старте, я искренне верил в разработчиков, защищал эту игру отCDPR начиная с 2015 года были моим любимым разработчиком. Тогда я скачал Ведьмака 3, которого я прошел более 5 раз и купил лицензия исключительно для того, чтобы выразить уважение труду разработчиков, проделавших титаническую работу над созданием этой великолепной игры. Когда вышел Киберпанк 2077 со всеми его проблемами на старте, я искренне верил в разработчиков, защищал эту игру от нападок, я хотел, чтобы эта студия продолжала работу, даря нам хорошие игры сделанные с любовью. Я всей душой любил эту студию, ее игры и подход к разработке.
    А теперь в эту самую душу мне плюют. Молодцы, ребята. Браво. Вы плюнули в душу огромному числу игроков, которые вас любили чуть ли не больше, чем на вашей родине Польше.
    Можете не надеяться, что я хоть когда-нибудь куплю какой-либо продукт, связанный с вами. И будьте уверены, я далеко не один, кто так считает.

    Ужасная игра с ужасной оптимизацией, возможно разработчики потерялись во времени. Все купившие эту "игру" не живут 2077 году ;)
    А говорить про баги мне абсолютно не хочется, ведь длина отзыва не может превышать 5000 символов. Никому не рекомендую покупать Cyberbags 2077.    Ужасная игра с ужасной оптимизацией, возможно разработчики потерялись во времени. Все купившие эту "игру" не живут 2077 году ;)

    The best metaphor for Cyberpunk 2077 is Johnny Silverhand himself. A messiah, a mix of Kurt Cobain and Che Guevara, a talented singer who loves to shape his own legend and has a charming personality but loses the struggle with his own demons. The same goes for the game. It tells a great story and forced me to ask myself difficult questions, but many of its gameplay mechanics do not evolve and its technical state upon release was abysmal. Cyberpunk’s true hero is not a person, but Night City – a vibrant, living creature of great diversity. The beauty of the metropolis is striking. [01/2021, p.22]

    Cyberpunk 2077 is one of the most disturbing and mind-blowing RPGs in history, where every decision has a deep impact on our trail. CD Projekt RED tosses us to the center of a city filled with disgusting delights where every character deserves our attention in an immersive experience and overall, very rewarding. From the sarcastic and shadowy tone imposed by the countless scenes in the game, to the flexibility we have on the choices to face every situation that is presented, Night City is truly memorable. It’s a shame that the countless bugs spoil or diminish the impact of some resounding moments, but we are without a question, in the presence of one of the best games in 2020.

    Measured against the extreme expectations, Cyberpunk 2077 can't fulfill any of them. But all in all, despite the countless small weaknesses and inconsistences, with interesting characters, great story and dialogues or the freedom concerning gameplay, CD Projekt delivers a unique and great RPG that every fan of the genre needs to play.
