    This maybe not the best Counter Strike of the series ( in term of tournaments and competitive ), but still, CSS is very good multiplayer game. Very good graphics (for a 2004 game) and great physics system. You can play with mods, which CSS has many good mods. It's the best way to killing time, then you never get bored lol.

    Juego épico de disparos aunque ya bastante anticuado, aún así no te cansa jugarlo.Le doy 10 puntos por los buenos y menos buenos ratos que me hace pasar pues al ser muy competitivo te llegas a frustrar cuando no le vuelas el cráneo al enemigo... xd

    Не знаю почему, но воспоминания об этой части у меня самые приятные. Хоть и 1.6 мне нравится больше, но именно в этой я получил больше УГАРА

    Поиграл 1 час. Игра хорошая, есть плюсы перед ксго, например, фонарик, подвижные бочки, но ксго всё же современнее и лучше, хоть и cs source неплох.

    Данная игра была первая в жанре шутер который я поиграл и остаётся на данный момент лучшим, его хардкорность подкупает меня отличие от других игр в серии c CS в ней есть дух или атмосфера ужаса и безысходности, мне не жалко и не минуты потраченной в этой игре приятная и одно временно сложная стрельба которая заставляет играть в неё, Физика в игре как в half-life 2 такая же хорошая отличиеДанная игра была первая в жанре шутер который я поиграл и остаётся на данный момент лучшим, его хардкорность подкупает меня отличие от других игр в серии c CS в ней есть дух или атмосфера ужаса и безысходности, мне не жалко и не минуты потраченной в этой игре приятная и одно временно сложная стрельба которая заставляет играть в неё, Физика в игре как в half-life 2 такая же хорошая отличие от csgo где она сломанная как и в portal 2 и l4d2. Карты в Cs:s отличные отличие от ксго(2012-го года ) которая полностью скопировала карты из Cs:s и каким-то образом потеряла атмосферу игры CS.     Source engine was something insane back in the time of release but I still prefered CS 1.6 over this for some reason.

    Counter Strike Source is one and the same CS, only the Source engine is used here and the graphics are improved 4 times. Of course, this game is no different from CS 1.6, but the physics, lighting, graphics and textures, shooting are improved here. Suitable for replacing CS GO, it's just a pity that people play little CS Source

    I actually won't score this game that will result 0/10, but I would like to say something similar to my review I done for Diablo II.

    I will approach it from an awakened person's perspective: This is a butcher-like game. You play 2 minutes rounds where you basically have 2 minutes to kill all the opponents or fulfill the alibi-like mission objective which is irrelevant if hostage rescue    I actually won't score this game that will result 0/10, but I would like to say something similar to my review I done for Diablo II.

    I will approach it from an awakened person's perspective:
    This is a butcher-like game. You play 2 minutes rounds where you basically have 2 minutes to kill all the opponents or fulfill the alibi-like mission objective which is irrelevant if hostage rescue or demolition map, because the terrorists will obviously try to make you fail, therefore in the majority of cases even the "police" side will eventually kill everyone.

    I know it's a bit oversimplifying, but this is just a game where you have to set your mind to _kill_ over and over again in every possible way that you can imagine in your head.

    And making it not just available to kids (for example by making it free download!!), but also organizing championships where brands like Monster are main sponsors, you can have no doubt it's no Jesus who is supporting these events, but the opposite from "downstairs".

    I played approximately 4000 hours with all the Counter-Strike games, so I may have a clue what I am talking about. So please consider my words, when you are prior playing or purchasing a "game".

    And the most disgusting part of the whole is when people compliment each other like "nice (head)shot", "nice kill" and the eSport fans just yell and acclaim while watching others killing each other in full trance and euphoria. This is not game anymore, people just can't see it.    … Expand

    Valve has done a sterling job of moving a flagship franchise over to a new engine. Whilst the gameplay guts come over correct and intact, (which may disappoint some), Counter-Strike: Source is an even more engrossing and captivating experience, capable of sapping hours of your time, and even the worst "1337 g33zers" abusing voice chat can't spoil the fun you'll have with it.

    Counter-Strike: Source is, once you've gained a knack for it, the most consistently rewarding and surprising team-based shoot-'em-up available on the PC today. It's been dressed up nicely for its relaunch in 2004, but it wasn't broken, and Valve hasn't fixed it.
