  • Summary: Copoka is an open-world exploratory indie game where you play as a bird flying around a city looking for twigs to build your nest.

Copoka very much is a visually gratifying, and while you could complete the story in about an hour or so, it’s still worth checking out. After a busy and stressful day, I welcome the chance to spread my wings and relax, flying through the streets of Copoka On a final note, Copoka very much is a visually pleasing experience.

  1. Again, so much of this criticism really wouldn’t feel relevant if the game’s own storefront (if it has its own website, I cannot find it) didn’t describe something totally other than what’s being sold. This is not an open world game, there’s absolutely no exploring, and you don’t gather twigs to build a nest.

You get out of your nest. You look for a very specific item that can be found in one single place in the entire map. You grab the item. YouYou get out of your nest. You look for a very specific item that can be found in one single place in the entire map. You grab the item. You get back to your nest. Now, do that 20 more times. That's Copoka. A game that claims to be an exploratory open world adventure, but is more of boring to do list placed in a big, empty world. It's kinda pretty to look at, I guess, and it tries to immerse you in a world in constant change (spoilers: it doesn't really work). The best part about this whole game is that it is only 1 hour long. If you find it for $0,99 in a summer sale of something, buy it. But Copoka is not nearly worth the 5 dollars the developers are charging for it. Expand
