    Your construction business is just a foundation for criminal structures, which is a cool twist. Unfortunately to enjoy it you’ll need to turn a blind eye to outdated visuals and too many various flaws and bugs. [11/2017, p.76]

    This is undoubtedly one of the games that marked my life. I remember that I could play it for several hours with my modest computer.This is undoubtedly one of the games that marked my life.     Really want to like this game but;-

    Good game premise
    Graphics are cartoon-ish but appropriate to the style
    Nice range of scenario options (eg, sandbox, gangster conquest, construction.)
    Building basics are good.
    I want to like like!

    Cons;-
    Balance even on normal is ridiculously AI biased.
    Difficult to keep track of units.
    Difficult to keep track of opponents.
    Sometimes notification of attack by opponents is given sometimes not, and when it is the act of destruction against you is often halfway over.
    Difficult to select units.
    AI spams workers
    AI spams buildings
    (Remember this is on normal not difficult! There are 2 harder levels than this!)
    The attacks by the AI mean learning curve is so steep as to be almost vertical.
    VERY OVER PRICED (at time of review june 2017)

    Simply put too much going on to make it fun but I am sure some people (myself included had I not passed my teens some decades ago) will find it a great outlet for the obsessive compulsive side.
