Aug 15, 2017It's not perfect, but at least it's focused. You get enough content for a good price (extra transport options, more traffic control, few extra buildings). The new road types and traffic control help you manage your city and the new public transport options are welcome additions.
If future DLC is like this (or better), then Colossal is on the right track.

Jun 22, 2017Mass Transit adds more character and depth to what’s already the premier city-building simulation. It may be a bit disappointing that some of the original game's big-picture philosophy and mayoral authenticity has been sacrificed in the process, but it can be argued that these changes have also done an impressive job of filling out the public-transportation element of city design.

May 31, 2017The improved road and transport infrastructure the content allows for is pretty great but like the other DLC’s, the content seems lacking in quantity.
