    Invisible walls everywhere, weird scripted scenes, weird and stupid enemy and team AI. Awfull 'boss' fights. The flying scenes are not really flying scenes, you almost have no control. Endlessly talking about 'project Phoenix', while you never get to know what it actually is... . Not worth the money.

    Worst COD I've ever bought. Uninspired campaign, horrid multiplayer with total trash maps, and a lame zombies mode. That was the final nail on the coffin so I would not buy COD anymore, and I'm glad I did it. I'll just play the campaigns when they arrive on Game Pass and call it the day.

    El mejor cod de los ultimos 10 años con diferencia por mucho que digan tus influencers favoritos o por mucho que te hayan curtido el lomo, y viendo la Beta de MWF2 volvemos para atras. He jugado 3500 partidas y no me cabe duda que con todos sus defectos es el mejor Cod en mucho tiempo.

    Terrible, TERRIBLE multiplayer experience. First you have to enable cross-play, because PC owners / sane people with an IQ > 70, doesn't play this game anymore, so you literally CAN'T find any game EVEN AT PRIME TIME. Like, seriously? You have to play with people that use a controller to play an FPS, which is kinda difficult so the game give them an auto aim, but even with that if they areTerrible, TERRIBLE multiplayer experience. First you have to enable cross-play, because PC owners / sane people with an IQ > 70, doesn't play this game anymore, so you literally CAN'T find any game EVEN AT PRIME TIME. Like, seriously? You have to play with people that use a controller to play an FPS, which is kinda difficult so the game give them an auto aim, but even with that if they are not crouch in a corner, they will have a hard time doing kills.

    But I'd say the worst problem is probably that the game rewards more the frags than the objectives, which really hit on the nerves if you want to play other game modes than the mind-numbing dead matches on ridiculously small maps.

    Spawning is still a pain in this axx, the game doesn't care if the place he is going make you spawn in is in the sight of 3 enemies ready to shoot, it is totally arbitrary.

    Some paid skins make the characters harder to see in some conditions.

    And if the auto aim for controllers is not enough, you have a perks that makes you see the enemies through the wall in your sight as you shoot on them. What a truly nice game.

    The campaign is ANECDOTAL, as always.

    Save your money guys, really. If you are 11yo and play on console, you'll like it I guess. You can even buy pretty pink and rgb glowing skins with mommy credit card.    … Expand

    The game takes ages to load, even on M.2 drive. When you try to skip the cringe cinematic too fast, the game freezes. Then it takes ages to find a game (even with cross-platform and during the free weekend).    Absolute garbage. That is what Vanguard zombies is. The zombies does nothing until you attack them first. They didnt even have a single wonder weapon at launch. There are no doors to open. No power to be turned on.     The Campaign Starts With A Task Force Called 'Task Force Vanguard' On A Mission To Figure Out What The Hell Is Project Phoenix. After Some Time, The Task Force Found The Documents Or Smth But Got Ambushed By The Germans. The Task Force Was Captured And Taken To Some Warehouse And Now There Is Activision Explaining Why Racism Is Bad For 7 Minutes. After The Talk, The Character That You Play Gets Killed With A Chair By The Villain 'Hermman Freisinger'. The Germans Take The Task Force To A Prison And Interrogate them One By One.

    Arthur's Backstory

    The Mission Starts Off In A Paratrooper Plane Where The Captain Is Explaining The Mission, After The Germans Fired Their AA The Captain Said This. "Looks Like The Krauts Already Know We're Coming" ... Dude, The Germans Never Knew D-Day Was In Normandy. Anyways Everyone Jumps Out, Arthur's Friend Caught On Fire And Burned His Parachute, This Scene Took SO LONG And It's Not Even Fun You Don't Even Have To Press Any Keys, I Actually Liked The Call of Duty: WWII Quick Thinking Feature Or Smth Where You have To Press Keys Fast or Else You Die. The Boys Then Landed And I Saw Excessive Warcrimes, I Can No Longer Support Activision Because Of This. The Boys Meet Up And Then Arthur Magically Becomes The Leader Of The Battalion. I Can't Even Tell The Whole Story, The Boys Finally Destroyed The Enemy Artillery. Great, Now We Can Move On To Stalingrad (It's Worse)

Anyways, Polina Goes To A Medical Station Or Smth, But Then The Luftwaffe Arrived And Started Being Savages. I Immediately Got Destroyed By A Bomb And The Game Tells Me To "Flee From The Bombing More Quickly". I Then Got To My House And Picked Up The Sniper Rifle That The Germans Just Left, I Then Shoot A German Officer, Unfortunately I Triggered The Other Germans Who Shoots My Dad. Now In This Mission I See Stonks Of Historical Inaccuracies, So Get Ready For Historical Madness. I See Destroyers Next To USS Enterprise (The Carrier) But I Remember That There Was No Destroyers In The Movie 'Midway' And Midway Was Very Accurate. The Squadron Now Found The Japanese Carrier, Without Making A Detour. Alright, The Americans Found The Japs Because Lt. Com. Wade McClusky Spotted A Japanese Destroyer, McClusky Said The Destroyer Might Be Heading For The Fleet And It Was A Miracle That The Americans Found The Fleet. The Japanese Started Firing AA, And One Of The Pilots Said "Avoid The Flak" Hold Up... Japanese Flak? I'm Done With This. When You Dive Down You Are Squared In The Middle Of The Flag (Very Effective Target) And Then When You Drop The Bomb The Carrier Gets Destroyed Immediately (WRONG). Actually When You Drop The Bomb Even At The Flag, It Doesn't Get Destroyed Immediately. Then Arthur Said "Wade Was Known As The Greatest Pilot Of The War" He destroyed Two Ships.     I bought this game so i can enjoy it online with friends since the day it was released on PC, its been nothing but problems.

    I been getting errors with directx, I been getting connection problems, chat voice problems every update that comes out just end up screwing the game up.     Conseguiram falhar até na killcam, que é algo que tem há mais de 10 anos na franquia, como é possível um jogo sair tão quebrado, tendo levado o dobro do tempo que deveria? o cold war (antecessor) teve que sair 1 ano mais cedo e mesmo assim consegue ser muito melhor ao vanguard.

    Tem gráficos bonitos, mas não passa disso, quem se importa com gráficos ta na franquia concorrente.     Os mapas são os piores já feitos, sabe aquele mapa que sempre tem em todo cod e tu nunca joga pq ele não combina com o jogo? todos os mapas do vanguard são assim.
    Desbalanceamento que chega a ser ridiculo, as shotguns estão parecendo snipers nesse jogo.
    Por ter gráficos mais realistas, o jogo acaba sendo mais escuro e isso dificulta pra ver os inimigos.    … Expand

    This score and review is based on the Campaign only: For the campaign i will say it was probably one of the most engaging call of duty campaign stories i have ever been invested in and is honestly really freaking good, the visuals are top notch and if you have an rtx card for dlss the performance and visual quality is amazing,
    overall i rate this years call of duty campaign    NO SPOILERS
    This score and review is based on the Campaign only: For the campaign i will say it was probably one of the most engaging call of duty campaign stories i have ever been invested in and is honestly really freaking good, the visuals are top notch and if you have an rtx card for dlss the performance and visual quality is amazing,

    overall i rate this years call of duty campaign a 9 out of 10 for the sole reason been that it was only between 6-8 hours long and could have been a longer but if activision take a year off making call of duty and really invest hard into the story and a lot less into the warzone multiplayer, then i don't see why the game wouldn't have the mass appeal as black ops 1 and 2 or modern warfare 2.

    O jogo tem seus momentos, a customização é bacana, a variedade dos mapas melhorou consideravelmente comparado aos ultimos jogos e a destruição de cenario é boa (dependendo do mapa) e algumas melhoras quando comparado ao MW19 e BOCW.

    Do not buy this, play one of the older games, at least they won’t charge you for paint

Player with fury multi kills overruled by dropping bomb hitting 1 enemy. When looking for quick play you are 80% of time put in games which are ending. And you cant pick map you want to play so if you want to go specific map just search and cancel. Camos challenges often glitched and some of them are ridiculous like preciously 3 line rifle 100 bloodthirsties.(when i do it they changed to prone kills). Kill streaks like dogs kills fun as well as hitbox is ridiculous to kill. Tell the difference between friend and foe on hardcore is very challenging as all blurs together.
    Season 1 is not acceptable at all. Incendiary grenades break all the fun of game. Shipmas looks like devs try to make fun of customers all glitches into flares smoke and shaky piece of **** Battlepass never been so lazy before. you try to survive for you no deaths kills camo challenge, you get krampus in your ass. ( completely unnecessary addition). And they still ask for majority cosmetics 2400CP - 16$.

    Zombies : Great mobile app.

    Think all customers need to come together and start petitioning refund as devs clearly having a laugh with this product. For 60$ you need to put effort not copy paste maps and slight change of code + reskin. And I do understand that all teams are stretched across 3 games, but that is not customer concern. YOU ARE SELLING BROKEN AND UNTESTED AAA TITLE.    … Expand

    Una plaga de hackers en pc y en consola con cronus Zen más de uno que es descaradísimo y todo el mundo aplaudiendo que el Ricocheat era la salvación xD

    Un modo campaña mediocre y el modo zombies es el peor que he visto en mi vida, donde quedaron los modos zombies de COD5, Black Ops 1 y 2 etc, hasta el de Cold War es infinitamente mejor en el modo Outbreak.

    En definitiva una estafa que lo único que hacen es sacar skins de pago en su tienda a 20 pavos y que ni se molestan en devolver la diversión que muchos hemos podido disfrutar con juegos como MW2, me rio en la cara de aquellos que siguen defenfiendo que los anteriores Cods por 2012 ya tenían SBMM cuando eran por conexión.     why do people really care about hIsToRiCaLlY aCcUrAcY. it's a freaking game and not ALL other games are based on accurate history. yet one the best games i've played IN 2021 comparing to all BS releases in this year. but i know why theyre nagging; it's called call of duty. if it were called something else then they would rate it better.

    Way better than last year's cod and obviously better shooter than battlefail2042. Would recommend to veterans and new cod fans! I also reccommend Battlefield fans looking for a solid FPS game instead of the embarrassment and trash Battlefield 2042 is, I'm both a Major Battlefield and Call Of Duty fan myself and i guarantee that this is a much better Cod than cold war was aswell as a goodWay better than last year's cod and obviously better shooter than battlefail2042. Most of these issues have been fixed within the first month, it just seems odd that they're all issues previous CODs seem to always launch with. Even the new map just added feels like it wasn't tested before releasing as the brightness is just randomly 100 times too high.

    All in all, its your pretty standard call of duty release. If you have the time to grind, you'll get your money's worth of enjoyment out of it.    … Expand

    The game is fun, but its very broken. Bugs are left unchanged over 1 month after release, progression is slow and grindy, zombies is awful and the operator system is annoying. Campaign looks nice but its not very fun. I've played 20 hours and will probably play another 40 by the time the next COD comes out, but this is a very mediocre release.

    I don't know how a company as big as Activision can somehow manage to have dedicated servers worse than P2P connections, but they did it. Even on Gigabit connection, I somehow manage to drop 30% of my packets, but only in this joke of a game. Gameplay would be good, if bullets would actually function, and i wasn't constantly teleporting

    Really like Black Ops Cold War. Which is still a game I play constantly. So I was excited to see this.
    This game play feels like Warzone, whereas, I like Black Ops Cold War and this feels like Warzone all the way.

    But it was not there. Even the graphics look like a downgrade to me. But I thought it was the same engine so I do not see why that happened. It feels like they focused more on cutscenes and characters I couldn't care less about, than gameplay and maps.

    The cutscenes drove me really nuts. If I wanted to watch an animated movie, I would buy one. Not a game. It was like when you have a movie you love, then a sequel comes along, made in today's hollywood environment, and it totally destroys it. Had to refund it as it doesn't really want to be a game. It wants to be a movie and the lack of focus on gameplay really shows where it matters

    Maybe it will mature. Remove the nonsense cutscenes, create far better maps. Which means less restrictive maps of a reasonable size. Remove the super annoying barriers to where you can go on maps. Sort out the weirdly inconsistent graphics.

    It desperately needs more weapons and customisation to earn progression and motivate me to play.

    They went off on a really odd direction with this, breaking the things I really like about Black Ops Cold War and trying to make an animated movie. Even the campaign is unplayable. Super scripted to the point you feel like you don't really matter that much.

    Game is already flooded with cheaters. Anti-cheat is non existent server side garbage that has been by-passed for 2 years in warzone mw2019. RICOCHET kernal based anti-cheat is suppose to launch during the Warzone Vanguard integration. I wouldn't touch this game until then unless planning to purchase on console.

But behind the satisfaction of camo grinds, shipment, das haus, and getting shotgun kills it's really unfinished and is a total bugfest! The game also forces you to only play certain play-styles, the only way you can compete in this game is if you wanna sweat and tryhard with smg's and bazookas.

    Then about the zombies, I never got to play zombies in this game but from what I've heard it's basically just a desperate attempt to copy Cold War's zombies, but even when given a simple task like copying and pasting something Sledgehammer has failed miserably if you wanna play modern cod zombies just buy Cold War or Black Ops 4 I guess.

    The 2 in 2/10 comes from Champion Hill being the only thing in multiplayer that actually feels unique and original to COD and that I have actually heard some good things about the campaign even tho I haven't played it.

    I hope next year's cod will be something worth pre-ordering. Oh and one last thing, the Atomic camo is the ugliest most piece of **** final camo in modern COD's, the only final camo that's uglier is probably COD: WW2's final camo.    … Expand

    Campaign is too short.
    Zombies sucks and cannot be paused in solo.
    Multiplayer sucks even more. Leveling weapons takes forever and they are useless without leveling. No enemy faction, so everyone has the same characters. OP shotguns and lmgs. Spawn system sucks. Cannot see and hear the enemy even without constant smoke from killstreaks. No dog kill animation, when dog touches you, you    Campaign is too short.

    This is a disappointment , you had the game engine all ready done and can’t make the game right, let’s begin:

Wrong lets talk the multiplayer the mode that you’ll spend the rest of the time when finishing the campaign (or if you don’t play it all the time then)

    Lets talk multiplayer
    1.horrible spawns - this is the first game I played experience I spawn with 3 enemies behind me , I seen enemies spawn in front of me.
    2.dominations- like #1 it looks like sledgehammer don’t know how to program if enemies already spawn camping a base they should rotate your spawns to the other side giving you a chance to take other bases but no you can get spawn camp in an instant if your team mates can eliminate enemies soon enough for them get in position.
    3.explosions are like smoke grenades- I seen a lot of explosions and you can’t even see a thing because they last way too long so it’s annoying seeing this.
    4.Bad balancing teams- a level 1 all ready paired with prestige’s 3 really they all ready have good weapons with attachments and you’re not even playing with players with your level because you unlock the ability to edit load outs in level 4 so hey sledgehammer at least pair people with same level so they can level up first and unlock some things so they can defend themself with higher rank people. ( and im aware the battle pass has some weapons you can unlock that have good attachment but this is for people that don’t buy battle passes or can’t because whatever reasons but even that they should pair people with same ranks at least to get the hang of it.)
    5.new shipment- Horrible experience lets say spawn camp city look for videos you will see what I mean.
    6. Hackers- don’t need to say anymore this was the reason I stoped playing war zone in the first place.

    The champion hill mode - I should say its the one I felt more enjoyable becase here its competitive yes but I never gotten spawned camp or anything bad here for the moment But for me its good played in the alpha in the ps5 and still think is good.

    This is the last one I have and one of the most disappointing thing I seen I can even say even lazies thing and it is the operators - the operators you’ll get at random you need to complete challenges to unlock them that’s fine but the main issue I have is there are no opposing team of operators like heroes vs villains like other call of duty games this I mean because everyone can use the same operators if you have a separated operators sides then you can distinguish team vs enemies because if you run on to someone no many times you can see the red icon on the head to know if they are friendly or not, people can say look at the map to know but you know look away for a second it can be penalizing for the bad spawns.

    The reason I think sledgehammer are very lazy is because this people didn’t even made the engine so most of the work is already done they just did a reskin of a game so there is no excuse for everything I mentioned here (except for the #3 since its my opinion of that) they could have done a better job of the multiplayer since its the place where most players will be and honestly like I said they didn’t make an game engine so all that time they would had spend doing it would at least make the game fun but honestly it isn’t .

    So this is my opinion , I respect what others said as well but I disagree with many people thinking the game is 100% great when clearly it isn’t , even the game got a free week to play to try getting more players to the game but honestly with this issues I don’t recommend anyone buy this game from 50-70 dollars I don’t feel it wort that by the current state because this game is rushed beyond believe even after getting a head start with the engine .

    So this is my review thanks for reading , if you see the game free sometime play it every one has their own opinions , maybe some of the issues are fixed latter on except the operators since they where lazy enough to not create different sides, but hope of the others issues are fixed.    … Expand

If you care enough about that sort of thing in a multiplayer shooter like CoD, I got news for you, it’s not that serious of a game and it’s not known for its historical accuracy.     The plot is a checkpoint;
    Multiplayer is created purely for pumping weapons and knocking out skins;
    The cards are not balanced;
    ttk is too fast for such a game.

Vnguard sets out to tell a story of war heroes during world war 2, similar to the battlefield 1 campaign, youll go through each characters stories and it isn’t all just run and gun, there are some amazingly immersive moments here, great stealth sections through a forest, a section where youre a sniper, there are horror like moments keeping you on your toes as you go through buildings, did I love the characters themselves? Not so much, none were memorable to me, but I do appreciate the attempt to flesh them out, to create a series that players can look forward to.. the campaign again isn’t the best, but I did appreciate the effort here.. I appreciate the variety how each of thse 6 hours felt different…
    And onto the multiplayer, first off, lets just skip over zombies, I don’t like zombis I never have and Ive heard this year is the worst yet, si I hopped right into multiplayer.. The multiplayer this time is pretty bare bones, but hey.. I actually like that.. I like the simplicity of pick a load out, use that gun to level it up, go through the typial team deathc match, capture the flag, search and destroy modes.. however the gunplay just isn’t fun for me this year, the maps are pretty bland as well.. I did have an enjoyable few hours with multiplayer but after a weekend of play times, there wasn’t enough to hook me in like past titles have..
    Call of Duty anguard is a great call of duty game..
    Will it quickly b forgotten the moment the next shiny multplayer shows up? Yes, this will not be a staple in your multiplayer collection, but for the time I spent with it, its pretty solid, especially the single player campaign,
    I give Call of Duty Vanguard

Modders are RAMPANT on MW and Warzone and they're doing absolutely nothing about it do you know why? Because they're making money off of you being cheated and they don't give a fk..They don't want to ban them because they are a customer base and they don't want them to quit buying their games or give them negative reviews. Why pay all that money just to get online to be cheated? The ONLY players at the top of the leader boards are modders so if you buy this game get ready to spend a whole lot more money on mods just to be able to compete. I see people modding on Vanguard and eventually they will let them take the game completely over. Another thing that I've seen on Warzone is them trying to influence small children and young adults into being ga by including all of the sick creep flags on the calling cards. That makes me want to vomit. Nobody with a brain wants to see that and they should be sued over it along with the fact that they're soliciting drug use to children as well.     The only okay thing is that the movement is almost as nice as in Cold War, but only almost. And the diversity albeit very clichée, cringe and over-the top is a charming and nice idea, I guess, albeit with a completely botched let's say 'implementation'. Depth is lacking, pacing is non-existent. Story? What story?

    This game is scam. Avoid at all costs! The developers should change their publisher since obviously Activision doesn't care about their health nor about quality of their products and certainly not about their customers as well (except their money of course)    … Expand

    The most atrocious and outdated piece of camping crap i've ever played. Enemy players were spawning in front of me. "No sound" skill is literally ruining the way to telegraph the threat, great against campers, but both of those thing are cancerous.

El modo historia se nota que fue un guion rapido pero mas que pasable, Tomando en cuenta que hoy en dia los jugadores estan mas centrados en el multijugador.     Call of Duty: Vanguard maintains the usual high level of production of the Call of Duty series, with an excellent cinematic narrative that allows players to have an audio-visual experience of being in the battlefield. The online content is also excellent, the new zombie mode has many good parts, but the thin content makes it difficult to retain players for a long time. Overall, it is still a popular FPS worth trying.

    With Vanguard, Call of Duty returns to the roots of the series: World War II. The solo campaign is entertaining but short, and the multiplayer is exactly as expected: full of action and adrenalin. However, the few novelties are not spectacular enough to lift it above mediocrity.
