    Я Русский геймер, играть в эту часть call of duty было крайне трудно и попросту мерзко, такие чувства испытывал-бы каждый игрок определённой страны если-бы его страну называли Террористом, если бы меняли понятия, чужие грехи приписывать другой стране как по мне не приемлемо! Я проходил всё часть COD Русские были плохими, но у них была мотивация поступать    Такая низкая оценка из-за сюжета!

    A (sometimes) fun, yet heavily flawed game. Infected got one of its best iterations in this title and we also got a pretty good campaign. Other than that, the rest of the multiplayer is mediocre at best and spec ops is a disaster.

    This game was bombed in 2019 for its anti-russian tone, showing russian military commiting numerous warcrimes. Needless to say that the perception has changed after the russian invasion of Ukraine and the game's story has aged very well. Many events showed in the game are not far from what the russians inflict on the ukrainian people.     Very realistic game! Russia is portrayed as a cruel enemy of the world just like in real life. Great graphics, awesome gameplay/gunplay. One of the best shooters in a long time.

    Minus one point for many minor bugs and glitches and minus another for terrible UI. Other than that, a great game! BTW Don't get fooled by the russbots. This game has Russian bad guys, true, but has US bad guys as well, and arguably they're even worse.

    Very solid campaign I actually enjoyed slowed pace and lot of stealthy missions. I kinda dislike few of desert ops. Very serious camping, without stupid jokes or fortnite kids playing in warfare. Nice and pleasant experience from the start to finish.

First step even purchasing the game is not a good experience. you need to online accounts from 2 different companies just to play the game, and even when purchased the game will not exist in your game library. you have to download a 2nd game just to play this. Once in the game it will prefer advertising the newest Call of Duty instead of pushing you to the game you just purchased.

    The story is also terrible. Almost instantly you are already told you have to watch out for Russians and gas. Then, oh look, there were Russians there and we killed them accidentally, what a big surprise. No tension, no suspense, no twist.

    to so boldly call itself "Modern warfare" when a far far far superior game called "modern warfare" already exists, is a gigantic insult to the series. It favour far too many scenes where you play as a security camera guiding people, or as helpless children.

    There is also a complete lack of control consistency. B is sometimes change fire mode, sometimes aiming mode, and sometimes select under barrel.

    The gun-play seems fine and the graphics are nice, the the story is either an entire rip-off of of events already well documented in media, and with little to no suspense.    … Expand

    The campaign for this game is simply fantastic. Beautiful graphics, story, and characters with actual depth made this a fantastic game.

    LONG REVIEW LATER Multiplayer: The multiplayer aspect for this game is another story. Unless you're playing shoot house or shipment, you're gonna experience campers, shotgun users, claymores, prox mines and all that fun stuff.     I don't give a **** about multiplayer, ie for me the game is amazing, perfect graphics, and great realism/violence. Probably the most realistic COD there is, it has a mission in a house at night it is so perfect it looks real

    THIS GAME IS JUST NOT WORTH A 10 BECAUSE I STRESSED A LOT WITH THIS GAME CLOSING ITSELF. HAD POTENTIAL

    Bad multiplayer compared to original MW, and awful optimization for PC, it's impossible to play without lag and stuttering for me even if I can play the campaign smoothly

    Ok, I wish I could enjoy the multiplayer a bit more but honestly it's not my favorite. I do love the campaign though it's awesome. Sadly the multiplayer falls heavily short due to camping and perks being broken. Not to mention, the fast TTK is a bit of an annoyance. Co-Op? Is practically dead sadly. However, it did revive the CoD Franchise. I'll give them a bit of credit.

    Well it was not so bad, definitely a good one for a long time, if you do not think about the logic of mass murdering Russian soldiers then the gameplay is very nice, enjoyed it, but please make the story more balanced and do not accuse Russians of what was done by the US. 8/10

    I'm Russian myself and when I played trough this game I thought what an pathetic piece of trash story. In this game Russians are the bad ones as always, and that's my problem with Activision. I will never buy a cod game again. Also, the story is really really bad. Even the story of Tetris is better.

    The game CoD MW 2019 is a solid anti-Russian propaganda. Although in the homeland of this game they only say that one must be tolerant of LGBT and feminists.     O jogo some da lista de jogos após um ano, precisa instalar pelo warzone e é obrigatório instalar warzone, eu nunca gostei de battleroyale pra que obrigar instalar isso? Meu MW esta todo quebrado faltando personagens de temporadas em um jogo paytoplay, temporadas plausíveis se o jogo fosse gratis. No multiplayer a diversão é garantida mas gritos e narrativa são repetitivos e enjoativos.

    In this game, everything was great for me, except for the plot/scenario. It was so awkward, stupid, crumpled and clichéd that I couldn't get over it and "threw" the game away.

    First of all, I never played COD games before and just overall was not very into FPS. In august 2020 i jumped into warzone and really liked it even so as due to the lack of experience i was sucking a lot. In October 2021 i decided to get myself a base game (with a discount obviously) and almost instantly regretted... not buying it at launch even without discount. Despite of the fact thatFirst of all, I never played COD games before and just overall was not very into FPS. In august 2020 i jumped into warzone and really liked it even so as due to the lack of experience i was sucking a lot. In October 2021 i decided to get myself a base game (with a discount obviously) and almost instantly regretted... not buying it at launch even without discount. Despite of the fact that game lobbies are not that populated today especially after the release of Vanguard it still does not take a lot of time to find a match and just overall it is not a very big issue (at least yet). As for the campaign...well... i liked it (not going to leave my comment about the Russians thing as i have my own opinion on that matter that should not reflect here).
    Overall this is great game with stunning visuals, sounds and just amazing animations.

    Was definitely sure about my score for it being positive and considering that this one is definitely not perfect (which takes out 10), between 8 and 9 i am stopping on the second one    … Expand

    Campaign is literally unplayable, multiplayer is poor, and it took a year to release 1/3 of the game and the only reason I owned it. Just as I did with BO4, I'll give this Always Online game the Certified Dog**** award! Congratulations!

Russians need to understand that they have done so much bad for other countries and they never take any responsibility. Have you apologised to Baltic Countries for what you did to them during world war 2 and also AFTERCall of Duty is where it's at!     In general, the gameplay is nice, and some missions are pretty interesting. As others mentioned in their reviews, the story is written awfully. There is a lot of political propaganda, and the plot contains an extreme amount of Russophobia. I expected it to be grayer as it is in real wars, but there it's just pure and disgusting propaganda.

    Let's say if there's a problem, an issue, or anything that is negative - even if they are done by other countries - it should always be the Russians.

    The blame should ALWAYS be placed on the Russians. . the game should be renamed Call of Duty: Russian Warfare

    This review is single-player only. I really liked the story here. Of course it is a little repetitive if you played the previous installments of the franchise. But the graphics, the vibe and story-telling is still very engaging.

    Modern Warfare makes some significant advancements to the Call of Duty series, but the few things it gets wrong are baffling, because this game was so close to being perfect, at least as a multiplayer game.
    Let's start off with the multiplayer. It's the most significant aspect of the game, and Infinity Ward got almost everything right. There are plenty of weapons to choose from, with    Modern Warfare makes some significant advancements to the Call of Duty series, but the few things it gets wrong are baffling, because this game was so close to being perfect, at least as a multiplayer game.
    Let's start off with the multiplayer. It's the most significant aspect of the game, and Infinity Ward got almost everything right. There are plenty of weapons to choose from, with incredibly detailed customisation both in terms of functionality and appearance thanks to the Gunsmith, which means everyone can find something for their style. The create-a-class is simple and balanced, with decent perks; though some killstreaks are OP. The camo challenges are well thought out, not too grindy to get what you want but grindy enough to keep you going for a long time. There are new mechanics like mounting and tactical sprint, but to be honest I wouldn't mind if they went away. What IW have nailed is the mechanics; we have bullet drop physics rather than hitscan, and the variety of weapons can really be felt; each attachment makes a noticeable difference to the weapon. Weapon balancing is decent too. As someone that almost exclusively uses snipers and marksman rifles, I have to be honest, this is by far the easiest CoD for quickscoping, but the short time to kill and low recoil of auto weapons, along with their long range damage potential, mean it's still balanced. What IW got catastrophically wrong however, is the maps. The ONLY good maps in this game are the Gunfight maps (designed for 2v2), Hackney Yard and Shoot House. The rest are garbage, and the game is only partially redeemed by bringing back some amazing classic maps like Shipment, Vacant and Crash from CoD4.

    The main thing I credit this game for however, is the cross-platform play. For once, it means buying a CoD game on PC makes sense, and being able to play with Xbox or PlayStation friends is perhaps the single most important contribution of this game to the franchise in my opinion. It uses input-based matchmaking, allowing you to use a controller on PC if you so wish (which personally I prefer for CoD). The controls are also top-notch; regardless of whether you use keyboard & mouse or gamepad, the game feels great and responsive.

    Graphically, the game is "fine", but nothing more. It is unimpressive, but quite timeless. It's not trying to look good, but doesn't look dated either. It's just quite bland and going for that "realistic" look. Also, the ray-traced shadows are joke; they make almost no noticeable difference and are stupidly demanding even with an RTX card, so don't bother with them. Otherwise the optimisation is OK, though it has gotten somewhat worse since launch. It could definitely be improved. What is completely unacceptable however, is the insane size of updates we've had since launch, every time requiring us to download at 50 GB for minor changes. The overall game with just multiplayer stands at 135 GB; far too much for what it offers. What's inexcusable is how Warzone replaced this game, becoming the base game and forcing a free-to-play game onto those who paid for it. You cannot remove Warzone, and it's evident that Activision no longer care about MW. I won't get into the whole rebranding in this review, but it's disgraceful.

    Finally I want to talk about campaign and spec ops. The latter is a complete joke; it's evident the developers rushed spec ops - one of the best things about Modern Warfare 2 and 3 - because it's very glitchy, and far too many enemies. Above all, it's unexciting, not well thought out and very bland. So effectively one third of the game is redundant. As for the campaign, it sets a different tone for Call of Duty, and it's a nice change, but I really don't want to see a campaign like this again. Simply put, it's by far the shortest CoD campaign I have played, and it's also the easiest, even on the newly added "Realistic" difficulty, which is basically Veteran without HUD. The levels are comically short, the story is controversial and overall it just lacks the spectacle and excitement you'd expect from a CoD campaign. To be clear, it's not a terrible campaign, it's just massively overrated and the gameplay is unexciting.

    Overall, I think MW2019 makes some fundamentally important contributions to Call of Duty as a franchise and gets a lot of things right, but the overall direction is not one that I am fond of, as a long-time fan. It's going for that "realistic" tone in an attempt to attract casuals, along with the horrible map design, the promotion of camping, skill-based matchmaking, night vision and other things. Simply put, the designers tried to make CoD into something it's not: a slow-paced tactical shooter. It is evident from fan feedback and how most players play the game that this is completely out of touch with what the fans wanted.    … Expand

    The story mode for this game is probably one of the best COD ever, the story is deep, fun and has several missions that are really exciting, from infiltration to ambushes, it has a little bit of everything. The multiplayer is actually very good as well if you don´t mind the people camping in every spot of the map.     So if you just want to have fun with some friends and get that nostalgic cod feeling, this is your game. Unfortunately after one year the price is still pretty high which I don’t understand. Its unplayable, disbalanced, bagged, overweighted and overrated product for people with damaged brain. And relevant community and content.     Spec ops: I'm putting the worst first here. Spec ops is complete **** there's barely any missions, it doesn't have much content so i dont have much to talk about.
    Campaign: Holy **** this campaign is awesome, it has an amazing story but some weird elements, one example of a weird thing in the story is when the highway of death is bombed by russians and not americans.
    Multiplayer: The multiplayer is awesome and brings many new additions to the table. Gunsmith: The gunsmith in this game has one of the most in depth customization i've ever seen.
    Overall Gameplay: The gameplay is amazing it brings many new additions such as canting and hybrid optics.    … Expand

    No recomiendo para nada el multijugador de este juego si lo que quieres es progresar y sentir que mejoras porque por culpa de su SBMM se te empezará a hacer frustrante jugar buenas partidas, te empezará a emparejar con gente de tu habilidad similar, con la diferencia de que no tomaran objetivos o parecerá que estás jugando la final de la liga de Cod y lo sumas a la cantidad de tramposos que usan hacks últimamente para que luego Activision perdone a 20.000 tramposos y streamers.

    Es el último juego que os compro mientras sigáis con el SBMM, os merecéis un 0 por engañar y dar de lado a la comunidad que tanto os ha apoyado en los buenos y en los malos momentos, sin más que añadir huid de este juego si queréis jugar tranquilos y sin frustraciones    … Expand

    I've played COD series since COD2 and again a good game is delivered. I mainly focus on this review to the MP side of this game. Game suffers some compatibility problems every now and then, patch one and another one pops up.     But this game and so many previous titles suffered from the same problems. As a gamer I feel like the community isn't heard on some matters. Some earlier games had awesome modding that made us able to play competitive matches in a totally different level. Now that is greatly hindered.

    And on of the biggest problem is developers unwillingness or incompetence to address the issue of hackers. They are many and always seems to find their way to public matches no matter the kind. This game does have report system but it doesn't really seem to help and there's no automated scanning/preventing of even the most obvious hackers. That's the main reason I'd want anyone wondering about buying this game the think if they are prepared for a such thing.    … Expand

    Now before I go to my review, I wanna say that this is all about the Multiplayer aspect of the game. The campaign is what I enjoyed the most in this game but unfortunately, I'm giving it a 2/10 for good reasons.

    Now I spent a lot of time playing this game, and while I did enjoy some of it, most of it was just infuriating to say the least. Let's start with the obvious: 1. The campers.    Now before I go to my review, I wanna say that this is all about the Multiplayer aspect of the game. The campaign is what I enjoyed the most in this game but unfortunately, I'm giving it a 2/10 for good reasons.

    Now I spent a lot of time playing this game, and while I did enjoy some of it, most of it was just infuriating to say the least. Let's start with the obvious:

    1. The campers.

    This is undoubtedly unavoidable as you will always find that one person head-glitching through a window or a small bump just to kill you without even moving an inch. It makes it worse thanks to the Shrek-like footsteps that you can hear from a mile away. But just imagine spending $60 to play a game sitting in a corner, to sit in a corner. 200GB, to sit in a corner. Just stop.

    2. The Cheaters

    Yes, cheating is very common on PC, unfortunately. But since Cross-play is a thing in this game, it's unfair for those on consoles as well. You get aim-bots, wall-hackers and lots more (Thank God there's no God Mode) and unfortunately, the Anti-Cheat does jack **** most of the time. The developers even get innocent players banned... how cool is that?

    3. The Low Tick-Rate Servers

    This is what almost takes the cake on the negative review here. The tick-rate is approx. about 22hz and that is painfully low. You peek out to shoot a guy but guess what, not even 3 bullets but on the first shot with an M13, you die. On the kill cam, he shoots 3 bullets. A billion dollar company can't afford 60hz because Activision.

    4. The overuse of Overpowered weapons (i'm talking about you, 725....)

    Yup, this says it all. M4A1, 725 Shotgun, MP5, every try-hard would use these babies and unfortunately, they're too strong. Luckily, there's always a way to avoid or fight back against them but still, OP is OP. Mixing these with Camping is a ticket straight to a special place in hell.

    5: Aim-assist is too strong

    I've tested this myself to find out that Aim-assist is almost like aim-bot in some cases. It's just too strong. M&K requires skill to control your gun. Controller, gun goes brrrr. This is why Cross-Play is hated.

    And finally, the cake - SBMM

    Yup, Skill-Based Matchmaking in this game is too tight and forced on the CASUAL SERVERS. Meaning that if you're getting too good getting nukes all over the place, you'll suddenly get obliterated by 6 Doom Slayers. (Speaking of which, play Doom Eternal. It's better.) I remember when SBMM wasn't forced on Casual, but Ranked. I never play ranked, cause I'm a casual player. But SBMM be like "Oh, got 30 kills in your first game? Let me put you against Hell itself."

    Casual should not have SBMM. Period. Keep it on Ranked, where it should be.

    And that is it, I can't help but uninstall this 200GB garbage to install a smaller game that's still 60x better than this. I'm going back to DOOM Eternal.    … Expand
