    One of the best campaigns you can play in a first person game, specially one set in modern days. It is really really worth it. Heard there was a multiplayer mode too, but never seen that.

    It has a catchy story, one of the best games in the Call of Duty series, it has sad scenes. The graphics and optimization are very good. Multiplayer part is very good.

    Still holds to this day. Fantastic gunplay and progression. Great fun going for killstreaks with friends. Spec ops and campaign both a treat.

    Enjoying single player very much. Multiplayer plays well, feels a little like Warzone, is somewhat along the lines of what I expected - very happy with it. Look forward to seeing it unfold/progress and develop further over the next year or two. Like the K/D on the scoreboard.

    Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. History is written by the winners. Excellent in terms of plot, but weak in execution. The new characters are well written. Compared to World at War and Modern Warfare, the weapons are very plastic, and the sounds of shots are overly toy, but the overall tension from the passage of the game is trying to overcome these disadvantages.

    I don't know why the game has low ratings, because of the graphics? Still, MW2 is great. Soundtrack, story, game design, gameplay. Even that legendary scene where Ghost and Roach are killed makes you cry.

    The best game in the Call of Duty series. Story
    very good, the action is very good, there are very catchy scenes and the dialogues are very good. The game has no issues, except for the multiplayer mode. My favorite action and story game.

    Another perfect 10/10 story from activison great job guys! I dont get it why anyone is giving this game such **** this si one of the best fps shooters ever, trust me tis worth playing and is miles better than any other fps shooter. The story is strong, good gameplay, amazing graphics i just can express how good it is. You have to try it out for yourselves and yes all of these reviews are ****

    Стрельбу подтянули и стало стрелять приятно. Только бесит что когда в тебя стреляют тебя трясёт как в центрифуге. Сюжетка как всегда для галочки, напарники как всегда полные дебилы которые никого не могут убить.

    this game is my childhood game. I started FPS games with this game and it is the best FPS game in my life. I can recommend it to all players. I say again this game is the best FPS game in the world.

    I truly don't know what people have against this game. It may be that I never really play multiplayer (mostly because I'm a campaign person mainly.) but this game was a masterpiece.

    I'm not much of a fan of Call of Duty, but this game, and its predecessor, stands out to me. I did enjoy the singleplayer, start to finish, and I replayed it several times going for the Veteran difficulty run. The multiplayer? Meh. I see tons of reviews bashing the community (which is horrible),

    I think the story mode of the game is good enough to be called legend, it seems like there is only a little optimization problem because amk ryzen5 3400 g pro processor and amd radeon vega 11 I have a video card 6 gb ram, but the game fell to 40 fps in fog and smoke.     The best CoD by far. It contains a solid story line, good mechanics and great pacing *from start to finish*. I also adored that it was different than other RPGs. On the other hand it felt too simple. Optimizasyon olarak da oyun başarılı sayılır, 1080p en yüksek ayarlarda oyunu 60 FPS'e kilitledim ve nadiren düşmeler de olsa genel olarak 60 FPS'te keyif alarak oyunu oynadım. Oyunu oynarken herhangi bir hata ile karşılaşmadım, oyun gayet stabil. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 keyifli bir Birinci Şahıs Nişancı-Aksiyon oyunu, herkese tavsiye ederim.… Expand

    Ótimo game single player, esqueçam o multiplayer.  Vou dar minha opinião curta, pois já tem muitas avaliações na net e não teria a necessidade de escrever uma bíblia sendo que a maioria das pessoas que tinham para jogar esse game já jogou no passado, pois bem na minha opinião o game  está melhor que seu antecessor, excelente historia, sons, gráficos, personagens e armas, tudo muitoÓtimo game single player, esqueçam o multiplayer.  Vou dar minha opinião curta, pois já tem muitas avaliações na net e não teria a necessidade de escrever uma bíblia sendo que a maioria das pessoas que tinham para jogar esse game já jogou no passado, pois bem na minha opinião o game  está melhor que seu antecessor, excelente historia, sons, gráficos, personagens e armas, tudo muito perfeitos não tenho do que reclamar, cada aspecto deste jogo é maravilhoso. If you are not interested in multiplayer, then I can calm you down, because the campaign is amazingCall of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is one of my favorite FPS games ever. I have to mention at the outset that I'm a fan of the COD series, so you may not share the joy of the game with me like I do, but I'll try to tell you why I think Modern Warfare 2 is one of the best parts of the series. If you are not interested in multiplayer, then I can calm you down, because the campaign is amazing here. He has an excellent negative and many moments that have become one of the best in the COD series. One of the best locations we've ever seen in COD and a great story that builds on the previous Modern Warfare. Yes. Soap is back and it's even crazier than before. But it must be said that this is also perhaps the only minus of the game. The biggest change in this work compared to the previous ones is the action. The game won't let you breathe and it just has a fast pace that doesn't stop, and I've just thought that the game could take a bit, because my favorite mission in the series is the Chernobyl passage from Modern Warfare 1. You won't find such a slow mission here and each is full of exploding objects. It's a great change and after finishing it, you simply say wow ... it was a ride. But then you might also say that here and there it wanted to take away. That would somehow say my opinion on singleplayer and now I would move on to multiplayer, which was perhaps the best here. Great maps. The map Terminal was etched in my head. All the prestige and levels and maybe the best killstreaks we could see.     The story has way more hollywood wibe than previous instances, but if you're fine with that then you'll get a horrendously memorable story, horrendously good soundtrack and horrendously good variety of mission's that are all very tense. You'll finish the game in about 6 hours but I think that's a good sacrifice for it's quality

    Honestly, I loved this game. At first, I encountered some resolution problems. But the story-telling was absolutely amazing. I enjoyed every single moment. 5hrs on record.

    Il migliore della saga in assoluto, incazzature e oggetti lanciabili inclusi nel pacchetto. Trama alla classica, ma ben realizzata con una soundtrack magnifica. Multiplayer con le mappe migliori di sempre.

    HANDS DOWN the best call of duty in history. Campaign is amazing, Hans Zimmer made a great soundtrack, and characters are memorable. Spec ops missions are good. Only bad part is multiplayer, which is generic boring CoD multiplayer.

    Having spent time in this game I have no regrets. Only one mission "not a word in Russian" is worth it. In 2020, due to these femmes and other rabble, there are either few or no such missions in games

    Well it's true that multiplayer is a bit annoying (still pretty enjoyable in my opinion) but please don't believe in people that think the campaign is "garbage." Special Ops is a great addition too.

    Well, it is a great game. What can I say? The campaign is good, the multiplayer is good. Spec ops is fun but I'm bad at video games so I get angry if I die. That's mostly my fault.

    The Campaign is still very good. But the downside to the PC version is the fact that the Multiplayer is dead. Now back to the Campaign, The misson... Takedown is F U C K I N G.... CANCER.

    Does not improve much on its predecessor but gameplay is already perfect.
    Game is just a story sequel to the first game and it has some of the best moments in the franchise.

    I really enjoyed the campaign. It was fast paced mindless shooting action with great visuals and effects on the scenes.The gameplay is nothing to write home about it's just a basic shoot behind cover move then shoot some more and the AI did it's job nothing great nothing bad.The story was pretty alright it had some Ok twists that I enjoyed .Overall pretty great mindless fun that is packedI really enjoyed the campaign.     The campaign alone warrant a 9 out of 10. People must have gone mad back in 2009 when it got not dedicated servers and so reveiw bombed it with 1 out of 10. The campaign was agonizingly short but intense and arguably the best in the COD franchise.

    Single Player campaign is brilliant. Lots of tune-ups and improvements from the first game in terms of mechanics and gameplay. Can't say much in terms of MP.

    The story is memorable and has great characters, even though it suffers from a few cliches, and the plothole in the "No Russian" mission, I enjoyed it the most out of all the Call of Duty games I've played.
    The multiplayer is pretty unbalanced, but it is still a good experience. The variety in weapons and class    Modern Warfare 2 is a 2009 game, but is pretty decent to this day.

The different accents of announcers and languages of soldiers in the multiplayer for each faction also gives it authenticity.
    Special Ops is a side mode that was unique for Call of Duty in 2009. It may not be as replayable as Nazi Zombies from World at War, but every mission offered a different area and sometimes a different objective from one another. And it can be fun and annoying at the same time if you want to earn 3 stars on every mission.
    Overall, despite Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 having a few flaws here and there, is a purely fun and chaotic game to play.    … Expand

    The best Call of Duty game out so far, if I could give it a 9.5/10, I would. It had some balancing issues, but other than that it was the perfect multiplayer fps back in the day.

    Но даже здесь немалая ложка дегтя присутствует, как известно коммьюнити в СoD не самое доброе, полное отсутствие выделенных серверов в паре с выбором античита ВАЛВ выглядел спорным и время это доказало. С не СУРС играми ВАЛВ античит беспомощен, на фоне доброй части игроков сие привело к читерской вакханалии, которая продолжается и по сей день. Не могу не добавить, что античит Триарч весьма крут и обеспечивает защиту.
    Так же можно отметить убранную карту Фавела, которую никто не стал исправлять, в угоду жалобе на религиозную надпись, а просто убрали. То есть поддержка у игры отсутствует, как класс. При конвейерном виде серии, это не удивительно.
    В целом сложно быть объективным.. Уж слишком я люблю МВ2!    … Expand

    The PC version of Modern Warfare 2 is identical to the console versions in almost every way, and that's actually the problem. PC gamers have a certain expectation for online shooters. Removing dedicated server and user mod support from a game that's already $10 more than its predecessor seriously hinders the long term appeal for me.

    It looks better, it plays better, the story is more intense and the multiplayer is more inviting. And with the inclusion of SpecOps, the longevity of this game is sure to have increased as well.
