    In the preview stage Revolution looked like a good, rich expansion - four new multiplayer maps, a new arena, new additions to the zombie mode and a new machine gun. Unfortunately every positive aspect has a negative counterpart. Downhill is an excellent map, but there's also a poorly made Hydro, and Mirage and Grind - while interesting - are too small to reach full potential. Zombie mode has a cool Die Rise, but on the other hand Turned is atrocious. The balance of the universe is intact, but Call of Duty fans surely wanted more. Revolution is a mediocre opener for a fully paid "season".

    Nothing new, nothing revolutionary. This DLC is mediocre and could easily have been included in the disc from the beginning. The maps areNothing new, nothing revolutionary.     I cannot help but feel I paid a lot of money for very little content.     I bought all the DLC for the first Black Ops and would say I got my moneys worth and thoroughly enjoyed those maps. As a Hardcore onlyI bought all the DLC for the first Black Ops and would say I got my moneys worth and thoroughly enjoyed those maps. As a Hardcore only player, I am a little disappointed at the removal of features from BO to BO2. For HC, there is only a moshpit (no specific CTF or Kill Confirmed lobbies). Still, there are no dedicated servers (which I did not expect to see changed, but just feel more annoyed now about their non inclusion). After purchasing all the previous DLCs for BO and comparing the two, I can safely say after this first DLC for BO2, unless there are improvements, I will not purchase further DLC packs for BO2. The maps are alright, but previous posters are correct, nothing really new, little content and most likely should have been included originally.… Full Review »
