    Maybe it's Activision fault or Treyarch, I don't know, but the game is not enjoyable at ALL! It feels rushed and unfinished.

    The problems with Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War!
    - SBMM
    - Connectivity issues (especially in zombie mode)
    - Weapon balance problems
    - less content like maps and unlockables.

    It feels unfinished and boring...

    Game is bad and unfinished,zombies is not even a COD zombies anymore Campaign is 4 hours,multiplayer is soo unbalanced and campy like modern warfware, got SBMM(skill based matchmaking) got 6 multiplayer and 1 zombies map and it costs 60€ this game is by far the worst COD i have ever played(and yes i played all of them) and the hitreg is **** then f2p games

    This game isn't worth a penny! I'm playing COD for years now and this one is the worst i've ever played. Weapons are super unbalanced, the spawnsystem is broken ( spawning in front of enemies, Not once.. no, multiple times! ). Buggy matchmaking, lost connections... Don't buy it

    Where to start, Terrible movement, aim down sight action is crap, game visuals are good but the rest why did they release this game. Absolute garbage. I wish I could get a refund.

    This game is super laggy and it's all SBMM's fault, it's not well optimized for pc and it has a lack of content in every aspect. I tried to get a refund but they don't want to do it!!! IT'S NOT FAIR!!!! I'm pissed off!

    I don't know why am giving this a 7, maybe because of the potential it has. Weapons need a lot of balancing, frequent crashes and bugs, less content than MW, maps that soon makes the gameplay repetitive are my complaints. But I really enjoyed the campaign mode. With more thought out maps and weapon balancing they can definitely fix it

    et la aussi une seule map proposé.. (plutot sympa , surtout le coté Ether), et un retour du Dead Ops
    de quoi bien resté sur notre faim

    enfin pour terminé.. pour un jeu initialement en vente a 60€ je trouve que Activision/Blizzard vas devoir ce remettre en question et trouvé des solutions s'ils ne veulent pas perdre des joueurs...    … Expand

Я довольно таки критично отношусь к таким обвинениям и до последнего верю в скилл людей, но на повторах в конце матча всё прекрасно видно. И ладно бы с ними боролись, но с каждым днем их больше и больше. Мой пердак можно использовать как центр какой-нибудь новой планеты.Это писец товарищи. В каждой сессии играет по 1-2 читака.     I would like to leave a legitimate review but I cant play the damn game. Every time I die the game crashes and I cant get a refund because the fact that I pre-ordered It and my beta playtime stop me refunding it.

    This game is trash. I can’t believe that the developers haven’t had any issues with this game as they trying it out. I can’t stand the players. It’s to far to be a call of duty title i hope they change it to nothing to call to.

    Yeah, that was a freaking great game. One of the best campaigns in the whole franchise, the best zombies mode in any Call of Duty and also the multiplayer mode where I had the most fun (very nice maps, freaking nice guns, good music and so on). It's just a shame that the most part of the playerbase always move to the newest COD on the market and Activision do not make too much effort toYeah, that was a freaking great game. One of the best campaigns in the whole franchise, the best zombies mode in any Call of Duty and also the multiplayer mode where I had the most fun (very nice maps, freaking nice guns, good music and so on). It's just a shame that the most part of the playerbase always move to the newest COD on the market and Activision do not make too much effort to avoid hackers in the "old" games. So that’s one of the first major bugs.

    Then we have the party system. Playing with a friend from another platform is near to impossible. You can’t join one another’s party. You’ll always get an error code.

    In zombies, click create a class and you have 50% chance you will be stuck in that screen for the entire game. You won’t be able to go out it anymore and you’ll die...

    There are numerous other bugs in this game.
    I’d say, wait until they fixed this because this isn’t the experience you want    … Expand

The game just feels unfinished, theres not enough maps and i only really enjoy 2 or 3 maps, on previous cods i only disliked 2 or 3. Like most cods, you're forced to use a small selection of guns or you'll get beamed by anyone using the aug or ak47.     So simply put, I would never recommend it. For the cost (not worth the money, even on sale) and the lack of fun.     bad gameplay- Way too many things that come in the way of a smooth understandable gameplay.
    MW was pretty bad at it and Cold War is NOT AS BAD

    Graphics sucks all the way,

    THERE IS A FORCED BLUR AND DEPTH OF FIELD
    That is absolutely horrible, It is particularly bad when you aim.

    I Got this game for the Zombie mode, lets be honest.
    Only problem is, that after 10 years they release ONLY 1 Map, seriously? That smells like they will mild the player's money.

    Anyway Shame on Blizzard for making this game go on even a worse direction that it already was going.    … Expand

You can hide behind a wooden object (like thin walls etc) for as long as you wish, it takes infinite damage (which looks very embarrassing with this amount of graphics). The game looks realistic by the graphics, but physics haven'tIt's 2020 and we still shooting things from the above that have many fuel cans conveniently placed. No distraction and penetration of objects by the bullets. You can hide behind a wooden object (like thin walls etc) for as long as you wish, it takes infinite damage (which looks very embarrassing with this amount of graphics). The game looks realistic by the graphics, but physics haven't really changed since the very first game of the CoD series.

    I know you probably are going to see this coming but sbmm ruins the games for long time fans and punishes you for playing good. This system feels much more aggressive that mw 2019 sbmm. Also the maps (except for raid) are complete garbage. This game was rushed and it fells more like a $15 game than a $60 game

    the multiplayer mode on this game is the worst i've ever seen and my core i7 1100 and rtx 2070 lags on this game in medium settings. the only thing that keeps me in this game is the zombie mode, most fun zombie mode beside bo1 and bo2, the gun system is good and creating your classes is a good + for that zombies mode and for those who (like me) dislikes multiplayer as much as covide-19the multiplayer mode on this game is the worst i've ever seen and my core i7 1100 and rtx 2070 lags on this game in medium settings. the only thing that keeps me in this game is the zombie mode, most fun zombie mode beside bo1 and bo2, the gun system is good and creating your classes is a good + for that zombies mode and for those who (like me) dislikes multiplayer as much as covide-19 (corona virus) they give you special camos which are way nicer than the multiplayer ones. the last thing that is good about this game is the story mode, it is one of the best story mode i've ever played in a call of duty game (beside bo1 and mw2)… Expand

    SBMM is **** broken, one time i'll be going pretty good, and the game after that I get stomped on by sweaty players. I understand SBMM is making Activision rich, but how it stands it is fluctuating way too much, making the half of the games I play unenjoyable. Campaign and zombies is pretty good, but you pay the 60 bucks primarily for the multiplayer.

    i love modern warfare and would have stayed there but they just had to bring this piece of **** in to warzone so i bought it so i could level up weapons for warzone and i wish they never release this **** it feels weird, it looks to colorful and the weapons looks like toy guns.. if you haven't seen the weapons in this game try google "Cold war M16 diamond" and try not to laugh. they shouldi love modern warfare and would have stayed there but they just had to bring this piece of **** in to warzone so i bought it so i could level up weapons for warzone and i wish they never release this **** it feels weird, it looks to colorful and the weapons looks like toy guns.. if you haven't seen the weapons in this game try google "Cold war M16 diamond" and try not to laugh. they should have released this game on phones instead and just left modern warfare and warzone alone. it sucks that the season one don't have anything new for modern warfare, only to the so called masterpiece "Cold Sore". oohh, and the all the bugs in this game, holy SHIET!… Expand

    This is a disgrace..... it seems like Cold War is only selling because of its integration with Warzone. This game feels like it has been made 10 years ago. Controls are clunky, every weapon feels similar and feel like they have no punch. Treyarch Wake Up! Don’t release and sell a unfinished game.

Should’ve copied the code base and engine for modern warfare and put a twist on it.

    The game is unplayable. Can not get into a game that is starting fresh. Only get put into games that are completely one sided, only get put into hopeless to win matches because Activision doesn't have pride in anything they make. All due to developer incompetance.

    (i`m not an eng speaking man) COD cold war is the first COD i`ve ever bought. Multiplayer is interesting but Treyarch has forgotten about balance of guns and levels of players. Singleplayer isn`t so good for price but i like it.
    For result we have:

    I enjoyed this game. Campaign was just so kick ass. I played it after a big launch though, that's why i've enjoyed it, because on launch there were so many stability issues.

    So glad I didn't buy this (unless you count a GPU code as buying). After the last COD I thought the series would be good but this is your typical on rails 2005 crud. Do NOT spend money on this chossy cash in game. After putting in 8 hours I'll go back to the old one thanks.

    Multiplayer: far too many attachments on guns that change little to nothing, half the perks are useless and builds have no variety. The game has some of the worst maps in cod history, miami barely runs properly and is a giant open square with half the map being unused, satellite is a giant open field with 1 flank route that isn't covered by snipers, checkmate is a map to rival stonehaven for contender for worst map, it's a giant open warehouse with a small tube in the middle, it looks awful, plays awful and is an insult to level designers around the world.

    Zombies: Easily the weakest zombies experience to date, you start absolutely kitted out with a weapon of your choosing that can usually last you until you get the power on on any map, early rounds of zombies used to be some of the most tense, having to use a combination of a weak pistol with 3 mags and a knife to survive, now there's almost no tension in the hardest part of the game. As of writing this I have played about 20 hours of zombies and have died once, you are given so much hp, so much armour, so many outs with the field upgrades that the only danger is not killing all the zombies quick enough at extraction which leads to a hilarious cutscene of a zombie with a ****ing rocket launcher blowing up your escape helicopter.

    There are no characters anymore in zombies, there are operators, the publisher/developer's greed has lead them down a path of trying to pawn off different cosmetics to the point where now the story isn't one that we experience through the map and people we play as, but rather one we watch from afar through cutscenes and some of the most tedious unrewarding easter eggs. On top of this the maps seem to be aimed at the old zombies fans, the ones who liked simple maps like kino and der reise where you set up in 5 minutes and just spend ages training around an easy map, there's nothing for veterans, nothing for the fans who got invested in the zombies story and gameplay, there's nothing for the people who buy cod solely for zombies

    The wonder weapons are some of the dullest, navagating the pack a punch UI is worse than just dropping a weapon in and training for 5 seconds, playing for longer than an hour on a map will cause the framerate to drop to    … Expand

    Bought it only for single player campaign on a sale day and it is really good and worth it. Never cared about multiplayer modes. Old good corridor shooter with basic story telling and cinematics. Even has multiple endings and some puzzles.

    Pra quem sente falta do black ops 2, esse jogo é perfeito, é quase que o BO2 remake, infelizmente o sistema de killstreaks dele não foi bem aceito pela comunidade mas achei legal a ideia de tentar inovar, mas seria melhor se fosse scorestreaks.
    Esse jogo saiu antes do que deveria, era pro vanguard ter saido no ano dele, mas mesmo assim ele consegue ser superior ao vanguard.

    What the hell is going on with your engine that it needs so much power to run smoothly at 100fps? Sure my PC isn't the best and fastest but I'll be honest, when I play a Battlefield 2042 at 1080p and high settings, I easily get my 60 fps.     A pretty average fps, stuck within the terrible user interface that has become the modern warfare game center.

    Story was mediocre. Game mechanics are clunky and even worse in multiplayer.

    I tried to refund but it was too late. Don't waste your $ on this lazy cash grab.

    What feature, or lack thereof, would compel a Call of Duty fan to buy or skip a new entry at this point? It plays fine, and it’s the most recent one. That’s usually enough.

    Overall, I love the old-school feels of Black Ops in Cold War and I love the storyline. All of the modes are fun to play and offer a lot for old players and new players alike. It is fun to get back into the action with players from all consoles and on PC to make the action that much better with cross-play. There are some issues with multiplayer that will seemingly never go away but such is life for an online multiplayer game.

    The question of whether to pick up Call of Duty: Black Ops - Cold War on the PC is situational, despite it being a solid title. If you're the type of player who likes the campaigns that each entry brings forth, then you'll be fine with Cold War. The branching paths of the short campaign give it some replayability beyond simply increasing the difficulty. Fans of Zombies mode will also be fine, even though it suffers from having only one map (for now) and a PlayStation-exclusive mode that'll be unavailable on the PC for a year. Multiplayer fans are in more of a pickle. If you're tired of the maps in the prominently featured Modern Warfare but want traditional modes, then this is perfect, especially since the cross-play feature is going strong and there are people on both the last- and next-generation platforms ensuring the game gets a healthy shelf life. If you're primarily a Warzone player, you aren't going to bother with this one, since that free-to-play game is getting Cold War elements soon to keep it fresh.
