    The beginning of an era... Very good game. I particularly prefer the sequences, but MW1 still is one of the best campaigns Call of Duty can offer.

    Peak of the series for me. Engaging and dramatic single player campaign with multiple shocking moments that felt impactful. Lots of mission variety with a number of unique and well-executed concepts. Overall incredible campaign. Multiplayer is fun too but not as memorable.

    First passed COD by the way xD

    Cool shooter for a couple of evenings, good graphics and epic atmospheric gameplay with instant immersion. The only negative is Activision, 15 bucks for a 2007 game that takes 3 hours to complete, so you had to go pirated.

It is a game that has excellent characters, makes you wonder about the end of the story, and when it's finished, you can wish it had continued.     i love the multiplayer but the single player is kinda decent despite the good writing i think it would have heavily benefited from hitmarkers so that getting kills feel more satisfying

    The pinnacle of Call of Duty franchise. The atmosphere, the gameplay, the characters everything seems well polished. The modern war setting is simple and not some futuristic garbage like in its successors. The best non WW2 COD game out there.

    this game revolutionized fps genre , its the first time that call of duty left the ww2 scenario and transitioned into modern warfare like the game title says and it was a great and fun transition the game is excellent , while the story of the game is not as complex as black ops the gameplay and the missions are extremely fun which is the whole point of a fps game the multiplayer is great too

    Probably the best of the classic CoD. A game produced on the wave of the American department's fight against terrorism. If you have never played CoD, you must play Modern Warfare. The atomic bomb explosion scene is impressive so far, it is a very immersive experience.

    A wonderful plot that reproduces the entire tragedy of the war. And the gameplay is just crazy and beautiful! Each mission was performed qualitatively and professionally.

    An amazing instalment to the series. I found the game enjoyable through and through. The campaign was enjoyable, though one mission somewhat annoyed me. The cut-scenes also looked really amazing. I would recommend this instalment to new and old players of the series.

This game is a massive improvement to all the previous games, its got more mechanics, better graphics, stakes, a heartbreaking story, good sound and SUPERB gameplay. If you want to start call of duty i always reccomend starting for the first game call of duty 1. But if you want only the TRUE call of duty experience and no retro style stuff start withAh yes the call of duty golden years. This game is a massive improvement to all the previous games, its got more mechanics, better graphics, stakes, a heartbreaking story, good sound and SUPERB gameplay. If you want to start call of duty i always reccomend starting for the first game call of duty 1. But if you want only the TRUE call of duty experience and no retro style stuff start with modern warfare, a substanial improvement to all the other games.     Undoubtedly the game that marked me the most in the "Call of Duty" series. The graphics for the time it was released were very good, the gameplay was very good and all the scenarios were immersive.

    Of all the shooting game campaigns I've played, the "No Russian" operation was the one that impressed me the most in my entire life and I can remember some details to this day.

    Story is really great and action packed. There is iconic characters like Cpt. Price, Cpt. Macmillan, Gaz, Nikolai etc...Some people say it's heavily scripted but don't matter for me. Cause it uses them perfectly. And who can forget All ghillied up? One of the best levels in gaming.

    Didn't and couldn't try mp so I can't talk for that.

    Only thing I didn't like is how reticle goes up when you are being shot at.    … Expand

    Amazing game! Pacing of this game is so on point, you'll neve get bored. Superb characters and lot of memorable moments. All packages is so well crafted that I can't believe that Cod4 came only one year after Cod3. Definitely must play for everyone.

    Absolute masterpiece in terms of both single and multiplayer experience. When I played this game for the first time, it took my breath away and swept me away.     Great singelplayer with some of the most iconic missions of gaming history and a multiplayer experience that revolutionized not just the series, but the whole FPS genre.

    This is it. The game that started it all. I have so many good things to say about this game that I won't even be able to put it in 5000 characters.
    This game is 100% a great game, I would rate it 10/10 if it wasn't for the fact that I encountered a few bugs in the game.
    But other than that, I would definitely recommend Call of Duty 4 as a must-play game.

    (Campaign only, no spoilers) The gameplay is smooth and the grafic of the remastered version are very nice. The story is rather complicated but not really deep (it's a FPS game duh) so I would play it several times to fully comprehend it.

    Best of CoD's here. the MP was so good that i spent more than 1k hours in it. The single player trilogy is just best story mode ever on shooters. its rating 10

    Best CoD game ever. Characters are great. It has a great story. Gameplay is very good. Enemies spawn from everywhere, which makes the game more challenging and fun.

    The game itself is very good, the story is good, the graphics, the gameplay, and so on. the only problem I found playing is that the story is a little short, I expected more hours of gameplay

    the revolutionary fps masterpiece, story is enough, it doesn't NEED to be deep, visuals are nice (although the graphics are dated), the overall pacing are well made, you got slow and still parts, and you got fast and action-packed parts.

CALL OF DUTY IS ADVENTURES MISSION BASED GAME IN THIS SEVERAL MISSION ARE THERE IN WHICH PLAYER HAD TO KILL ENEMIES .IT IS A GOOD GRAGHICS AND CAPABILITIES.Good Story Telling, Fun Gameplay, And The Various Levels Are Very Different In Pace And Tone, Highly Recommended, Everything Is Deadly Accurate At Extreme Range And Kills In One Or Two Shots. Furthermore, Things Like Airstrikes And Chopper Support Are Awarded Not By Team Related Objectives But By Kill Streaks Of A Single Player. Thus, It Actively Rewards Fighting Like A Commando, And Punishes Any Who Would Do Something Risky To Attempt To Complete Any Of The Objectives In The Multiplayer Objective Modes. It Essentially Amounts To A Whole Lot Of People Camping, Paying No Attention To The Various Points To Be Captured, Etc.… Expand

    Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare is one of the most legendary FPS games ever. The year was 2007, which was one of the best game years. The first Assassin's Creed. The first Crysis and actually the first real COD? How to say it. Previous episodes of Call of Duty were great, but the fourth one with the subtitle Modern Warfare comes with something else and, as the name suggests, a more modernCall of Duty 4: Modern Warfare is one of the most legendary FPS games ever. The year was 2007, which was one of the best game years. The first Assassin's Creed. The first Crysis and actually the first real COD? How to say it. Previous episodes of Call of Duty were great, but the fourth one with the subtitle Modern Warfare comes with something else and, as the name suggests, a more modern one. Times have shifted here and we are no longer in war for the Nazis, but we are in modern times, where we already have a better arsenal of weapons with better equipment in general, such as the legendary night vision. Right at the beginning of the game, there is a legendary training that will recommend the difficulty on which you should play the game and then let you go on your first mission, which will take you to the ship. On this ship you will get a delicious event with an ending, where you just call WAU. So it was a massacre. Right after the end of this mission, however, the game will take you to the next one, which is much calmer and you don't have much action going on. Why am I telling you all this? Because this is the main point of the whole campaign of the fourth Call of Duty, and that is dosing, which is perfect. At one point, the game will bring out a large portion of action on you, where you will shoot head to head, and then let you breathe again in a mission where you will go rather stealth and while I'm at that stealth. Yeah, he's a master here. The mission where you will slowly creep will get under your skin and especially one that takes place specifically in one location is, in my opinion, the best mission we have experienced in Call of Duty. I will not spoiler which location it is. I can only say that as far as the atmosphere is concerned, it is perhaps at the very top of the series, but the others are also amazing and I think the best ones and overall the campaign here is really delicious, I think Call of Duty can never overcome this. I'm still writing poems about how luxurious a single is, but I don't forget about multiplayer, which is also one of the best. This is mainly due to the fact that there are community servers available specifically on the PC, where players can set up all sorts of things that will enhance your experience and simply offer something that developers would never do. Overall, Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare is an excellent change to the series, where the authors managed to move from war times to, say, more modern wars. An amazing game for me that I can recommend.… Expand

    It’s absolutely relentless in its assault on the senses and never lets up until the last trigger has been squeezed. The multiplayer is even better, with the perks and weapon upgrades acting as a balance to the lack of vehicles.
