    Braveland is a turn based strategy game inspired in the old classics like Heroes of Might and Magic.

    The game has a very cartoonish style appealing at the start, but after a while it became repetitive because you see same models over and over again. Also the soundtrack, despite being very immersive to the medieval environment of the game, becomes also annoying after a while.     The game has a very cartoonish style appealing at the start, but after a while it became repetitive because you see same models over and over again. Also the soundtrack, despite being very immersive to the medieval environment of the game, becomes also annoying after a while.

    But even with its flaws I see potential on the game, and for a few hours I have fun. I was curious about the developer since the game was translated in so many languages and it has very simplistic gameplay mechanics and I check online the developer site. Until that moment, I was about to recommend the game but what I understand does not pleased me at all.

    The game a mobile adaptation, that may not be a bad thing sometimes, especially when is free on both platforms. But that is not the case, is paid in both platforms but it is half the price of mobile devices that it cost here on Steam, and that for me is a bit shady. Luckily I got the game on Humble for free or on a bundle, don't quite remember.

    Anyway, even I being very on favor of help of small indie developers that do a nice job and need our support, I do not like this and many other types of commercial practices.
    So for now my review will stay on a very low mixed value...    … Expand

    Beat this game in about an hour and a half. Very simple. Very boring. Very linear. Three things I hate. Each class of you "army" has one single ability that they can use once or twice per battle. There are only I think 7 classes. Each class has a star rating from 1-5. You can only bring a combination of those classes that doesn't exceed a 15 star limit. You can add more soldiers in each ofBeat this game in about an hour and a half. Very simple. Very boring. Very linear. Three things I hate. You can only bring a combination of those classes that doesn't exceed a 15 star limit. You can add more soldiers in each of the classes to your army, but they will always be represented by one unit on screen, just with a number near their health bar. So you pretty much never get anything really epic in the battles. Its almost like you are just playing with action figures on a hexagonal patterned mat on the floor of a child's room and just imagining actual fun confrontations.… Expand

    This game was a lot of fun and has great potential for mods and expansions in the future. My only complaint is that the game was very short with a limited amount of choice in what you did. I hope this leads to team to build a more mature story and world.

    O jogo é jogável. A mecânica tática é muito fraquinha e história quase não tem. Realmente deixa a desejar.

    Эта игра наверно один из лучших экскурсов молодого (очень молодого) поколения в мир героев меча и магии.
    Мультяшное оформление той-же игровой механики.
    Упрощёное для детей путешествие по карте, упрощённые битвы/умения/спецификации, но физика игры практически из классических героев. Повзрослев из неё можно спокойно переходить на одну из версий нормальных полноценных героев.     Прошел за один забег. Игра: сильно обрезанные герои, ну или скорее Kings Bounty.

    3/10. Это вам не мобилки, что бы быть такой пустой. К следующим частям, я прикоснусь не скоро или вовсе никогда.
