    I don't know why this is so addicting.

    You can treat it as a casual game and just watch the funny numbers go up while you place down monkeys, or you can read 30 page articles about how you need to sacrifice x amount of monkeys for the perfect hero monkey in order to beat a boss and if you miss one step you might as well restart the entire thing.

    The choice is entirely up to the player.

    This is a very nicely executed, complete tower defense game. Lots of units, upgrades, levels, and it all runs smoothly. Why only 6/10 then? Because for all the main levels, the order in which the mobs (bloons in this case) come out is the exact same. This means that, although the maps are different, the build you need to perform is not. You can get away with a good build on almost every level, with minor tweaks in some cases, once you find it.

    A good tower defense game doesn't just have multiple maps for its levels, but more importantly, has differences in the waves of mobs - Bloons TD 6 does not, which seems like a crazy oversight, but it ruins the replayability once you find out that this is the case.     Got this from Epic Games Store, I'll admit for a game from mobile to pc... it's pretty good playing on big screen while relaxing and do some small strategies.

    Highly recommended tower defense game! Classic and easy to play, with skill required for harder difficulties. Stunning 3D graphics and customizable soundtracks. Numerous maps with unique modifiers and 3 difficulty levels. Deep skill tree and leveling system.

    Definitely one of the best tower defense games out there, but a decade of refinement has helped it. The heroes are all pretty nice though costly. However, certain bonuses like pierce and non-energy based attacks seem to have preference due to things like purple balloons. MOABs are definitely the other big barrier you have to cross since they are just giant bulks of health.

    The biggest change this time around is the third upgrade path, which provides a lot more possibilities. However, the final upgrade can only be acquired once on each map, so in higher difficulties where you have to complete 100 waves or endless, this forces you to diversify your build.

    The upgrades gradually unlock, so you'll be stuck on Easy for a while. There are microtransactions to speed up unlocks and get double money. The game also feels like it's trying to get you to buy money by significantly reducing rewards for replaying the same stage.

    However, the most difficult mode of the game, CHIMPS, takes away most of these unlocks and microtransaction bonuses, so it is more of a test of skill. The problem is that due to the preference of certain aura effects and monkeys, you're likely going to choose a specific one over the others a majority of the time. Nerfs and buffs have also created problems clearing some of the harder maps on CHIMPS mode too.    … Expand

    this game is very good to kill some time on it is very good singleplayer but awful multiplayer the games always lag and sometimes your teamates just disconnect it is also a amazing tower defense game and one of the only games keeping the great genre alive it is also amazing and fun with mods i recomend it to every one

    Very Good TowerDefense, haven't encountered any bugs after 150 hours of playing it, easy as is.

    Um ótimo jogo, um dos poucos towers defenses decentes, com mecânicas balanceadas, boa comunidade, viciante por uns 2 meses, no PC é melhor que no celular por questões técnicas e estéticas, otimas actualizações até hoje e uma boa soundtrack.

    This game is very good to play casually solo or with friends, one of the best Tower Defense ever made for me, if you have money to buy, buy and you won't get disappointed

    there is not a single bloons veteran who uses the microtransactions, and this isn't a mobile game.

    This game is amazing. Tho it is a port of a mobile game, I have still put in my hours in this game. Infinite replay ability, fun bosses, cool towers, amazing maps, and only for a low cost.

    Bloons has a lot of variety for a tower defense game. It’s has added many innovative elements such as bosses, daily challenges, challenge editor, bosses, races, and odyssey.

    That's what i call a perfect tower defense, its really fun and theres free updates always coming out! Yes its grindy, yes its repetitive, but that doesn't make the game bad by any means! And it has alot of other fun mechanics, like challenges, races, odysseys (duck odysseys) bosses, and coop! Yes it lags, but its coop, and by far THE BEST PART OF THE GAME IS................That's what i call a perfect tower defense, its really fun and theres free updates always coming out! Yes its grindy, yes its repetitive, but that doesn't make the game bad by any means! And it has alot of other fun mechanics, like challenges, races, odysseys (duck odysseys) bosses, and coop!     Ok, let's talk about it.
    The gameplay and various game modes of the game are very good and the graphics of the game are well designed
    But in terms of adding new content, this game will not be very interesting, and sometimes you might get bored and not play for a month or more.
    But anyway, it is a good game 8/10

    An average pc port of an average mobile game. The current user rating makes me wonder if people are rating the    Microtransactions, a billion overlapping progress bars to fill, and plenty of options locked behind a paywall. Lackluster ui and input. Screenspace cloggs easily making interaction that much more tedious. Fun for a little while but its mobile origins quickly shine through.

    Best tower defense game you can buy on steam. I put 250 hours in this game and I don't regret any of it.
    All of the flaws are small and don't really impact the gameplay.
    Pros: - High Replayability - Frequent updates and bug fixes - Can be challenging - Huge variety of towers, upgrades for them, maps, gamemodes and heroes - Cheap - Works good on bad PC 's Cons: - Game can be laggy    Best tower defense game you can buy on steam. I put 250 hours in this game and I don't regret any of it.

    Love this game, to the point where it's a borderline addiction.

    Love figuring out tower synergies and trying to farm as greedily as possible early on to absolutely crush by round 100.

    Pretty sure I have more hours in Bloons TD 6 than any other game ever.

    Fun game with a really low skill floor and possibly no skill ceiling. The devs update it at a reasonable rate and there are tons of things to do. Microtransactions feel like they should: an optional thing that is there if you want to support the developers more. They don't even affect gameplay too much, which is always nice.

    Liked Bloons TD 5 much better, I feel like this is an overall downgrade despite the expansion in features. I will say I don't have much time in this game, only 8 hours, but I just couldn't get myself to play it further. It feels mostly tedious and I really don't like the hero gimmick. I would say it's just more of the same, which makes sense considering all the bloons td games are prettyLiked Bloons TD 5 much better, I feel like this is an overall downgrade despite the expansion in features.
