    The new installment in the Souls series by From Software. BlackSoul is better than all of the Souls games combined and has made me see errors of my ways for thinking those game were good. 10/10

    Never ever would I have thought that I’d rather play the abysmal Resident Evil 6. This could have been the return to old school survival horror that a lot of fans were hoping for. But in the end the scariest part of Black Soul is the fact that somebody actually was convinced this was ready to be released.

    There is nothing at all worth recommending about this game, especially when there is no shortage of free titles that do a far more effective job of scaring gamers out of their wits instead of their wallets.

    Though it seeks to mimic survival horror classics like Silent Hill and Resident Evil 2, BlackSoul fails to capture any of what made those titles great while highlighting their worst aspects.
