    Bioshock was an outstanding game, one of the best I've ever played, easily in the top 20. Loved every twist and turn of the story, the combat was fun, the world creepy as hell. Would you kindly agree with me that this game deserves all the praise it gets.

    But when we are talking about actual gameplay, things are much worse. Level of absurd in quests are ridiculously high. Gameplay is boring and frustrating. Every ending is horribly naive and uninteresting.    … Expand

    One of the best FPS games I ever played. Till today, the plot is one the most intriguing in the whole media and really made me appreciate immersive sims.

    Bioshock is an absolute must play first person shooter game. The setting is incredibly interesting and unique making traveling through Rapture feel fun and engaging. In addition to gunplay, you also have "powers" through plasmids that add variety to combat. The story is interesting and fairly unique. Highly recommend this game!

    Из-за культового статуса было несколько попыток на разных платформах пройти игру, но больше 2 часов не получалось задержаться. Хоть и популярная игра и обожаемая, но не для меня.

    A masterpiece. Even in 2023 feels and looks like a masterpiece. I played it on a release 16 years ago and replayed it now. It was like a new run, an awesome run.

    It has not exceeded my expectations, I played bioshock infinite many years ago, I completed it and enjoyed it a lot, but I had never played bioshock 1 and 2, and I really don't know if I'm late, or what happened, but I feel that the story is good, but it gets tiresome that they have you from one place to another all the time, the environment and the city of Rapture are incredible, and theIt has not exceeded my expectations, I played bioshock infinite many years ago, I completed it and enjoyed it a lot, but I had never played bioshock 1 and 2, and I really don't know if I'm late, or what happened, but I feel that the story is good, but it gets tiresome that they have you from one place to another all the time, the environment and the city of Rapture are incredible, and the theme of powers is incredible too, but that's all, it has left me wanting something more, hopefully It would have been better, I hope 2 is better.… Expand

    I will always remember this game and I thank the creators of this game because they gave me a world The only flaw that can be found in the game is the inconsistency of the boss at the end of the game with the whole game, which compensates for the entire boss game

    Obłędna historia. To czego doświadczyłem w tym świecie nie da się opisać słowami. Mroczny oraz tajemniczy klimat podwodnej utopii zadziałał na mnie uderzająco. Mechanika walki jest dość przeciętna, lecz patrząc na to, że gra ma swoje lata, nie jest to wielką bolączką. Natomiast bądźmy szczerzy, w Bioshock walka odgrywa rolę drugoplanową, ponieważ najważniejsza jest tutaj fabuła, która maObłędna historia. To czego doświadczyłem w tym świecie nie da się opisać słowami. Mroczny oraz tajemniczy klimat podwodnej utopii zadziałał na mnie uderzająco. Mechanika walki jest dość przeciętna, lecz patrząc na to, że gra ma swoje lata, nie jest to wielką bolączką.     I firstly played this game on the ps3, i had buy it for a short period and i haven't finished it any ways, i then sold the ps3 cause of some financial problem and the only way was to buy it on my pc, I finally finished this masterpiece and i was amazed by the story telling, the world was amazing the same as the enemies. Great game and a must play one for sure

    I thought that BioShock would've been another generic shooter, but boy was I wrong. This game is an atmospheric gem of a game with some of the most inspired designs I've seen in gaming. The sound is eerie and really sets the tone for this dark and gritty world you're set in. Rapture is full of secrets to uncover and fun enemies to fight. Seemingly dropped off into a beautiful underwaterI thought that BioShock would've been another generic shooter, but boy was I wrong. This game is an atmospheric gem of a game with some of the most inspired designs I've seen in gaming. The sound is eerie and really sets the tone for this dark and gritty world you're set in. Rapture is full of secrets to uncover and fun enemies to fight. Seemingly dropped off into a beautiful underwater city just to uncover just how deranged the residents have become. Big Daddy fights are very fun for the most part, the Rosies being the least fun of the bunch. Overall this is an incredible game with an amazing dark story to tell, I highly recommend this title… Expand

    The hours spent playing this masterpiece were the perfect encapsulation of why videogaming is such a favourite waste of time for so many of us. Thrilling, terrifying, moving, confusing, amusing, compelling, and very very dark. BioShock isn't simply the sign of gaming realising its true cinematic potential, but one where a game straddles so many entertainment art forms so expertly that it's the best demonstration yet how flexible this medium can be. It's no longer just another shooter wrapped up in a pretty game engine, but a story that exists and unfolds inside the most convincing and elaborate and artistic game world ever conceived.

BioShock stands as a monolithic example of the convergence of entertaining gameplay and an irresistibly sinister, engrossing storyline that encompasses a host of multifaceted characters.
