    At first you don't even realize just how smart this game is, only after completing the game for many times the dots really start to click, to every person who has played this masterpiece, I really think you should watch videos explaining the plot behind the game, you WILL learn a lot of things you couldn't even imagine.     When I first played this game on steam I played 30% percent of the game and never touched it again. Two years went by, and I thought of the game one day and I tried to beat it. All I can say is this is the most shameful act I have done as a gamer. This game is excellent, and I see why many hold this among the best FPS of all time.     그 사람은 분명 겜알못이다 장담한다 이 작품은 게임이 가진 장점들을 전부 극대화했으며 게임을 넘어 예술의 경지에 올랐다. 내 생애 같은 게임을 2번 이상 플레이한 적이 손에 꼽을 정도인데 하프라이프와 포탈 시리즈도 각각 1회씩이다. (물론 두 게임은 첫플레이가 너무 강렬한 경험을 선사한다) 2회 이상은 콜오브듀티 4 모던워페어 , 데빌메이크라이4 정도 근데 이 바이오쇼크1은 '5번' 다시 플레이했다. 난이도를 더 어렵게해서, 플라스미드나 무기 업그레이드를 바꿔서 등등 할 때마다 전혀 지루하지않고 매번 재밌었다. 인류 게임역사에 남아야 할 전무후무한 내 인생의 레전드작품    Legend Game Ever

    This game captures its setting, Rapture, with fear, wonder, and magnificence. In your arrival, you will most certainly feel dread but something keeps calling you to keep moving forward. But, as we get accustomed to Rapture and its inhabitants, the dread eases and the tension rises. The world-building is    BioShock is one of the greatest and most iconic video games of all time..

    This game captures its setting, Rapture, with fear, wonder, and magnificence. In your arrival, you will most certainly feel dread but something keeps calling you to keep moving forward. But, as we get accustomed to Rapture and its inhabitants, the dread eases and the tension rises.

    The world-building is phenomenal. Right off the bat were introduced to Rapture and grasp a basic idea of the world around us. But, still we ask questions, and those questions push us to beat the game; to find out the true mystery and origins of Rapture.

    Cutscenes do not take up a big portion of the game. We play through entire sections without cutscenes, and it still tells its story wonderfully without a break from the addicting nature of the gameplay.

    The remastered definitely improves upon the original with modern visuals and graphics, and better optimization.

    While playing the game, the gameplay and storytelling wouldn't let me close the application. I literally have to force myself to hop off my PC. If it weren't for that, then I'd probably sit there and play it all day.

    The mechanics such as plasmids, tonics, and upgrades really innovated the FPS genre to a whole new degree upon its release. Its influence on the industry, really shows how much of a masterpiece it is..

    ..Not to say, there isn't flaws. But, dammit, the storytelling and gameplay make up for it!    … Expand

    Bioshock is one of the best games I've ever played, game play, storyline, sound, and graphics all top notch, loved the water effects. I've played it several times through, always found content I missed before.

    This is one of the most atmospheric games I've ever played. Very cool setting.

    The underwater city with psychos with superpowers, big daddies and little sisters, the entourage of the 60s of the last century. Great storyline and great gameplay.

    I'm writing a review and I don't know what are the disadvantages of this game.

    A masterpiece, a game that was ahead of it´s time, really great story, it´s not a 10 just because the gameplay get a little repetitive after some time, but it continues to be exceptional for it´s time.

    I went back and replayed the saga again. BS1 is definitely the best one of the series. Compelling story and characters, with awesome back stories that completely submerge you (literally, duh) in the city of Rapture. The unique style and ambiance holds perfectly, even for today standards: The introductory glance of the city just after the crash... beautiful.

    Bioshock is an absolute must play first person shooter game. The setting is incredibly interesting and unique making traveling through Rapture feel fun and engaging. In addition to gunplay, you also have "powers" through plasmids that add variety to combat. The story is interesting and fairly unique. Highly recommend this game!

    ¿Por qué ya no se hacen juegos así? que puto juegazo, los gráficos para su época son otro pedo, la historia es increible, ni hablar de su filosofía, la manera en que tratan la libertad y el poder en un mundo tan extraño pero hermoso a la vez (que mamador me escuché)

    One of my favorite titles of all time. I was able to be fully immersed over ten years after my initial experience with the game. If playing this game today, you will likely be urged to play the following entries in the series.

Bioshock While it did not have More modern innovations Of the FPS it had an amazing story, Hell it pushed the Boundary of Game criticism It Innovated the FPS and The Gaming industry As a whole. While It may be in obscurity Today, I love Bioshock 1, While Yes fort Frolic is Easily on of my Least favorite levels in any Video gameBioshock,In my Mind is One of the Greatest games of all time.     The hours spent playing this masterpiece were the perfect encapsulation of why videogaming is such a favourite waste of time for so many of us. Thrilling, terrifying, moving, confusing, amusing, compelling, and very very dark. BioShock isn't simply the sign of gaming realising its true cinematic potential, but one where a game straddles so many entertainment art forms so expertly that it's the best demonstration yet how flexible this medium can be. It's no longer just another shooter wrapped up in a pretty game engine, but a story that exists and unfolds inside the most convincing and elaborate and artistic game world ever conceived.

BioShock stands as a monolithic example of the convergence of entertaining gameplay and an irresistibly sinister, engrossing storyline that encompasses a host of multifaceted characters. This is an essential gaming experience.
