The sound of your footsteps, the sound of the door opening, and the light of your flashlight may cause these dorm violations to hide. So, you need to move slowly if necessary, or turn off the flashlight, and after observing the type of violation, give them the necessary persuasion.
When you think you've dealt with all the violations, go upstairs. Repeat until you reach the tenth floor.
