ArizonaPolecatSep 15, 2007Fun little flying shoot-em-up game.

TexasBuffOct 4, 2007Funny thing about this game...the F4U Corsair was not in service until 1942....stupid. Wasn't even in PH.

MarcusB.Sep 4, 2007Really fun easy to get going air to air combat. Great on multiplayer with dog fight.

S.M.Jan 28, 2008Not worth the time to install, stupid graphics, repetative storyline, etc. The only reason i gave it a 3 and not a 1 was because it had easy controls.

DirkK.Feb 12, 2008Quick and easy flight combat simulation. Install the game and take off. Dont have to learn hundreds of keys to play. Very good graphics. Not a game for real flight-simulation Fans. Just easy going, I like this game.

R.S.Nov 19, 2007LIke that this is not too realistic. You can keep droping torps, or not run out of ammo, and still your guns can over heat. Using the mouse to fly took some getting used too.

ChrisB.Sep 16, 2007This is a awsome plane game. I wish it had a cockpit view though. Graphics are crisp and so Is the gameplay.

Sep 13, 2011I gave it a 6 because,I love history, and the story line was great. But the repeating of missions was horrible. I repeated escorts to Tokyo 5 times, before i finished the game.

Apr 9, 2020Very arcade game, but fun and with a good story. The setting and graphics are also very good for the time.
-
May 3, 2020amazing game, had a blast when I played it back in the day. The best arcade style combat flight sim out there.
Awards & Rankings
-
The hardcore simulations experts may not enjoy the usual advantage they have with experience in flying a plane with a realistic model, but they can still enjoy that they are "flying" and doing it with anyone whose company they enjoy.
-
Since this isn’t aimed toward the flight sim brigade, the control system is a critical make-or-break aspect of Attack on Pearl Harbor.
-
PC Zone UKAnnoyingly, there's no way to change the controls and looks-wise, it won't win any medals. [Sept 2007, p.84]
