    For months I’ve been in a sad state gaming wise… Since beating Elden Ring every game has felt mediocre to bland. Until I found Astlibra… The gameplay, the story, the art style; everything about it sings! It’s going to be a late bloomer. Soon enough, word of mouth will carry. If you are looking for an action RPG or/and love Metroidvanias, this is your jam. It’s a bloody masterpiece!!!

    It took the author 14 years to make the game. The story is so amazing that it's completely impossible to predict what will happen next. I can say that this is the best JRPG game I have played in 2022. This is a seriously underrated game. If you don't believe it, try playing it.

    Absolutely incredible. After 45 hrs finally beat the main story. Insane amount of equipment.. the grind is fun with never ending amount of carrots to chase.

    Good story, bad fighting.
    But I think every problem for this game can be solve by a remake.

    With big boss fights, fun combat systems, and a charming story featuring justice and righteousness, ASTLIBRA Revision is a great 2D action RPG and well worth the time investment.

    Astlibra Revision is the most unconventional JRPG I’ve ever played. Its story is absolutely wild and unpredictable, making the experience a captivating one. Even when considering translation faults, this plot will strap you in for the long haul. Further, the gameplay systems are refined, giving rise to cathartic growth and customization. On top of that, the soundtrack is masterclass.

    Astlibra Revision is a prime example of what time and dedication can achieve. Its narrative expertly blends time travel concepts with high fantasy tropes, creating a captivating and memorable experience. Combat sequences, whilst chaotic at times, are unbelievably addictive and entertaining. Additionally, the numerous customisation options means you’ll easily be able to find something that suits your playstyle. Visually, it’s not going to be everyone’s cup of tea. Yet, it still manages to retain its own charmful, and alluring qualities. Lastly, the musical arrangements cover a wide array of genres. All of which feature fantastic instrumentation, and spectacular melodies. Truly, what KEIZO and his team have managed to create here is nothing short of outstanding. I highly recommend everyone to seek this one out ASAP.
