Within the opening hours of Areia: Pathway to Dawn you can see what the developers were trying to do with its beautiful visuals and overall religious vibe, but it ultimately falls flat due to its repetitive puzzles and assuming the audience is familiar with Buddhism.

TheAreia is a clone of Journey on the PS3-4 but without the coop mode. The story is more comprehensible and take inspiration in Buddhism. The music is fun, Indian in origin. The visual are really good. Most of the gameplay is about creating links. The game is very relax and last 3-4 hours. Overall movements felted a bit sluggish and jumping kind of floaty. Some nights scenes were a bit hard to discern. I give it a 77%. I really like the realization of the game. The ending left me very dry. I didn't like it that much. Full Review »

One word to define the game: Incredible! Full Review »
