Oct 7, 2021This game is crap in the context of gothic sequel. Story is bad in my opinion. If I will treat that as a non gothic game I think generally game is ok

Jan 1, 2021In my opinion Arcania is very good RPG game. This is not Gothic but is very good game. Music is awesome and very good. places are also very good. Main story is in my opinion on medium level.

Sep 25, 2021I consider Gothic I and II + Night of the Raven among the best games I have ever played. Thats why I cant give Arcania better rating, even though its not that disaster of a game but it just doesnt do Gothic justice.

Sep 7, 2022Відверте знущання над франшизою, за яке шкода віддавати навіть кілька гривень

Aug 20, 2023A terrible ending to a terrible series. Even if they change the name of the game afterwards, it makes no difference. Gothic series is just mediocre games in general, so this game is exactly the same.
-
Jan 16, 2023This game is not a Gothic, it is just as simple as straight line and very boring as well.
-
May 17, 2023If you want a worthy successor to the Gothic series, this is not what you're looking for but
if you want a rather simple hack & slash then grab it, It is fun - 7/10

Apr 20, 2011If you seek a simple game with breathtaking scenery and a ridiculous number of weapons and armor, then Arcania Gothic IV is for you.
-
Jan 15, 2011Besides the handy automap and the journal, the only other positive thing about Arcania is that it's at least better than Gothic 3: Forsaken Gods.

LEVEL (Czech Republic)Jan 13, 2011Arcania is more of a restart of the series then a regular sequel – some dedicated fans will be disappointed by its overall simplification but it does not make Gothic 4 a bad adventurous experience. [Issue#197]
