Interesting premise
nice bow mechanics.
Good Voice Acting
Bad:
Lots of poor gameplay design choices (typing for example)
gets boring quickly
boring exploration
I ragequitted after half the game because invisible enemies were shooting at me and I couldn't progress without restarting the whole mission. -
Apr 19, 2019This game feels bad from the first second on. The puzzles are annoying, the bow mechanics feel unprecise and exploring is no fun at all here. The least fun VR game I have ever played and paid.

Jun 5, 2020The archery combat mechanics are excellent, among the best available in virtual reality games today. The story was well introduced and well built up, but lacked a satisfying conclusion. On the other hand, Fast Travel Games did a great job on the art design, soundtrack, and sound effects of the game. These three elements helped create a very immersive action game that makes you feel like a sci-fi version of Robin Hood.

Mar 26, 2018Thanks to improved tracking and sharper visuals, the PC version of Apex Construct is a step up from its console counterpart. With full 360 degree turning, combat is a much smoother experience and smooth locomotion on the controller’s navigation options feels much better. While many of the original issues we cited still remain, they’re much more manageable when you’re not fighting the limitations of the platform. If you’re looking to play Apex Construct, PC is definitely the way to go.

Mar 26, 2018While technically competent and armed with a good story to tell, Apex Construct doesn't provide a compelling reason to keep going after the first few levels. A couple of upgrades to your single weapon appear, but the primary increase in challenge is simply more of the same.
