    If you take Apache L.A. and Comanche 4 , the most reallystic flying is with Apache, but the Commanche has more complex scenarios. I enjoyed both of them. If you look at the Commanche 4 credits, you can see the help of the U.S. AIR FORCE . Apache doesn't has it...

    This "sim" is just too simple, and I haven't even tried flying in Arcade Mode yet...

    Great game physics.. and thats what its all about. Though it keeps crashing with my Radeon 9800

    If you're looking for a solid and fun title filled with neat explosions and little other details, or if couldn't get enough of the original, head out to your retailer and pick this little gem up. It'll keep you going for hours on end.

    The real issue with ALA is its brevity...Even so, Apache Longbow Assault delivers an entertaining ride while it lasts, and I suppose that's all one can reasonably expect from a budget title. [Apr 2004, p.81]

    Very good implementation of a helicopter flight sim, though skimpy on the extra details like mission briefings, alternate gameplay modes, etc.
