This game has a charming art style, captivating story and determined developers. It is extremely enjoyable and has quite a bit of content in it and also a lot still to come. Overall, I think this game is a great buy and I recommend it to all!

The game looks unfinished. Most positive review around this game are fake accounts.

This game is full of content that can last you more than a whole day of game-play and also has a great story and many different quests. This game should be more popular.

I love this game and the art style, along with the story and plot twists and soundtrack. The combat system is very unique, original, and fun! I've never played a game quite like this one before, and I mean that in the best possible way. It starts off as a simple survival game and looks quite simple and ordinary, but after maybe 5 or 6 hours of gameplay, the plot broadens dramatically. I've never played a game quite like this one before, and I mean that in the best possible way. It starts off as a simple survival game and looks quite simple and ordinary, but after maybe 5 or 6 hours of gameplay, the plot broadens dramatically. It begins to fuse fantasy, sci-fi, and survival genres, with the quest system of an open world game but the linear plot progression and storyline on par with that of an RPG. The combat system is unlike any other combat system I've experienced, and it's quite interesting to see how thoughtful David and the team can be. I highly recommend this game to any player, as the gameplay mechanics have a little bit from every genre while bringing their own unique things to the gaming world as well, so at least parts of the game will appeal to anyone and the story is good enough reason to play the game on its own. The subreddit is a small but close community, with the main developer frequently helping players out and solving glitches and always responding to people's posts within around 24 hours! It's amazing how much three people can do all by themselves! The only problem at all that I have with this game is that sometimes there is a lot going on at once and the quest organization system isn't the best. It almost seems like there were so many ideas for this game that David added them all in really quickly without thinking about how best to implement the ideas first. However, this game is still in early access and there is a quality of life update planned after all the content is added, so by the time most people read this, it's quite possible that this issue won't even exist. All in all, Aground is one of the best games I have ever played and i would recommend it to almost anyone I know. At $10 during early access, this game is a STEAL, as there is probably over 24 hours of content in it already and the game isn't even half finished.
    P. S. I forgot to mention this earlier, but the way save files are handled in this game are PHENOMENAL. There is a free cloud with all of the server space managed by the developers that will keep all save files throughout all computers you play on just by logging in. You can even play on a mac and then play on a windows computer, and all your progress will still be saved.

i like it very much, there's a very interesting story and mod compatibility but... you can't play multiplayer and it feels more like an RPG because of the lack of ability to build whit immagination.

I've been playing for over a year. Very good graphics, a storyline that doesn't always go where expected, different locations and mods. Highly recommend.

I had such a good time with this one though. I can honestly say this might be one of my favorite survival/crafting titles. Most of the time they just feel shallow, and like nonstop fetch quests. "Aground" is so different then that though. It's loaded with so much content. The 14.99 almost feels like your robbing these guys with all you get here. The 14.99 almost feels like your robbing these guys with all you get here. The crafting and cooking of items at times feels almost unlimited. Pizzas, Pancakes, Blue Berry Pies, all the yummy stuff you can imagine and be cooked up in your kitchen to help aid you on your mission to restore humanity. As one of the last survivors that is your quest. Don't worry you are not alone. You will come across tons of friends to help you along the way.

Miners, Hunters, Blacksmith, Traders, and so many others will help you set up structures to help build a new civilization. You will build farms, warehouses, kitchens. markets, and many others. There you can trade things, make meals, and forge things from metals you mine in the grounds below. You can even build a mining cart to explore all of the grounds you dug out below with your trusty pickaxe. Speaking of pickaxes the weapons and tools you can also craft seem unlimited as well. Armors, weapons, tools, galore. The pickaxes can also be made with stronger materials allowing you to dig deeper in the harder grounds. You can even craft lanterns and torches to see in the dark the deeper you dig. I feel like I'm giving so much away in this review, and my video and I hate to spoil all the surprises. There is lots of those, and lore behind this game that caught me by surprise. It's so much more in depth than the trailers and screenshots can show you.

So is this one for you? Do you enjoy games like Minecraft, Forager, or Terraria? I think if so you'd really love your time with "Aground" I think you'll probably actually enjoy this one a lot more. I think it does everything it sets out to do, and more. It also does more than those previously mentioned titles as well. There is so much more here than the eye can see, you really have to sit down and invest some time into it to really see just how special it is. I know I'll be going back to this one after my review, because I can feel it calling me now as I type this out. It is just so much fun, and never really feels repetitive, or like a grind at all. Lot of these type games feel like a nonstop grind but Aground makes all those usually grindy moments feel fun. You will actually enjoy hunting everything you need to create your next structure or meal.
