    Great Graphics, But this is not a simulator. its very very very very basic. you cant even adjust your flaps. you cant even start or stop your engines. not worth the $39.99. if anything this game is only cool because of the realistic terrain.

    Firstly, selling this a fully-fledged game is ridiculous (it's 15 euros indy project tops). Secondly, it's hardly a simulator, the flight physics isn't simulated for sht. Too few planes to fly. PROs: nice graphics, runs fast (the lighting model is static though, so no sunset flying in the mountains, always daytime), relaxing gameplay.

    The overall feeling in the air is pretty amazing. The airplanes are very nice and detailed, the scenery looks nice from high above, but if you get close it wont really look that good and the buildings are simply to spread. The mountains though is something else, they look spectacular from any distance. The problem with this game is that its to simple. You cant really call it a simulator when you cannot even stop the engine on the aircraft you are flying. Sure, the flight dynamics and all the is excellent, but still its just too basic. Overall i think its a good game for just flying around having fun, but simulator it is not. And 39€ is a bit stiff for the lack of features, but lets hope they will add some more… Expand

    Yes absolutely ... this IS a Flight Simulator and a very very good one. It's one of the very few that put the emphasis on the "Flight" in the title. No, it's not a systems simulator, or a pilot simulator, etc. You cannot twiddle knobs or switches, go through boring checklists or other mundane tasks that pilots do ... you just fly! That is what makes it great. If you want to taxi around andYes absolutely ... this IS a Flight Simulator and a very very good one. That is what makes it great. If you want to taxi around and look at all the buildings and stuff, you will be a little disappointed. This simulator is designed to be flown. Yes ... the flaps can be adjusted on all planes that feature flaps in the real world. I thought it was a really nice touch that the wind interacts with the terrain beautifully, and can be noticed particularly when flying close to the mountains.… Expand

    This proved the theory that paying more does not guarantee you get more. I feel cheated and tagged this company as one to avoid if the price for any subsequent releases remain as high as it was.     In their defence, it's easy to see what they're attempting and perhaps in time they'll pull it off but right now, forget it. For those claiming this is a "real" flight simulator, perhaps you need to fly a "real" plane first.    … Expand
