A colorful hommage to Warcraft, made for rushes only, with little tactical depth and the stupid AI sucks.

In theory 8-Bit Hordes is "just” a reskin for 8-Bit Armies with two new factions and campaigns – which in return means you get battles full of action that will entertain you every now and then.

An unpretentious niche RTS designed only for those who crave that "old school" multiplayer.

8-bit Hordes a real time strategy that involves some base building and army building, it is designed as a quick set up fast then rush your8-bit Hordes a real time strategy that involves some base building and army building, it is designed as a quick set up fast then rush your enemy . To note, this games theme is blocky grafix and exotic older platform sound; it works within an RTS pretty well.

This game is simple and feels like an ipad port, there are no stats in the game, not hit points, damage, radius, nothing, I don't consider this a strategy game without some indication.

The game is linear, fairly boring, gets frustrating, there are no upgrade/level/choices of any sort.

The challenge gets jacked up to ludicrous, the fun gets jacked down to yawn, played dozens of these, and........ delete. It is better than some attempts at RTS types as a game , as a game I want to play, it fails.
