Jan 21, 20262XKO is a tag fighter like no other, with a bold aesthetic and superbly crafted core gameplay experience. Beloved League of Legends characters are revitalised in a new light in a truly stunning free-to-play experience.
-
Jan 22, 2026Despite a small-ish roster of characters at launch, 2XKO already offers a rich fighting game experience with deep systems, a sharp art direction and an extremely fun "coop mode". There's no doubt Riot Games will keep build on these strong fundamentals and 2XKO deserves to be supported as a strong alternative to more established fighting franchises.

Jan 29, 2026Outside of the game not being too friendly for complete beginners (especially once they remove pulse combos), it having a small roster, some overpriced skins and a few teensy network problems in multiplayer, I can wholeheartedly recommend 2XKO.
-
Jan 21, 2026While 2XKO still has some areas that need improvement, including the rather meager roster, the fun gameplay allows the game to already compete with the giants of the genre.

Jan 29, 2026The gamble of 2XKO results in a game that, despite being brilliant in both mechanical and technical terms, hides its true potential under an aggressive business model resulting from being Free to Play.
