LEVEL (Czech Republic)Jul 23, 2020112 Operator offers only relatively minor changes compared to its predecessor, but it handles them all very well and pushes the boundaries of interactivity and realistic experience. [Issue#303]

Jun 15, 2020Stand against not only natural disasters and human failures, but also against yourself and a huge, unrelenting pressure. This is a highly addictive game which will entertain and educate you. That’s why we have games.

Jun 8, 2020Despite its repetitive call cycle and crowded map, 112 Operator is a stressful yet enjoyable simulation/strategy game that truly shows the hardships of working as an emergency service operator. Plus, it helped bring closure to a childhood event that I didn’t know I needed.
-
May 21, 2020112 Operator is a resourceful and exciting game that we really enjoyed during its first hours. We expected resource management and sirens, but decision making and even first aid lessons were a nice extra for a concept with depth and lots of potential that fell short due to its repetitiveness and a few design problems.
-
May 13, 2020Overall, 112 Operator is a fun game for anyone who likes to play management sims. Unfortunately, when the easy control system and preset stories wear thin, there’s nothing to keep this dispatcher from changing careers. I know the developers are planning to release more content, which will help, but I don’t think that will be enough to completely salvage the experience.

CD-ActionMay 12, 2020If you want to get sweaty, play the game without the active pause. [06/2020, p.70]

May 11, 2020112 Operator functions both as an instructive experience and an entertaining one. It's immersive and the gameplay loop is satisfying. But it lacks a real progression system and ultimately an excuse to keep sitting on the other side of the phone on the long run
-
May 1, 2020112 Operator is more of a spinoff than a sequel. It adds a few things, but also carries over all the problems of its predecessor. While there's still potential here for an enjoyable micromanagement game, it gets lots in the shuffle of bad design choices and repetition.

Apr 20, 2020The game is great and keeps you on your toes. I love the variety and how different units play their parts. It is challenging but ultimately fun and rewarding. With a good flow of updating and maybe even mod support, it can continue to be a great game.

Apr 19, 2020112 Operator may not look particularly exciting to an observer, but to put yourself in the hot-seat and actually play is exhilarating.

Jul 24, 2020Game for one evening. No more. Everything is scripted, there are no random situations. Average game. I can't say anything good or bad.
