Nov 21, 2025A revision of the legendary Romancing SaGa 2, now performing better than ever on Nintendo Switch 2. While it may lack a few quality-of-life aspects and could benefit from a bit more polish in its visuals and sound to be a truly polished experience, it's still a solid RPG worth sinking a few hours into to discover the fate of the kingdom of Avalon.

Aug 31, 2025Romancing SaGa 2: Revenge of the Seven's Nintendo Switch 2 version is a must-try for JRPG enthusiasts, offering a story focused on the entire world rather than just one character. Its entertaining, if slightly grinding, gameplay, and its sheer volume of content make it difficult to fully grasp in one playthrough. Nintendo Switch buyers can get the update for $10, but previous players don't get much else besides a performance update. The Switch 2 version, however, is priced the same as the Switch version, at $50. It makes you wonder if they really needed to go to all that trouble just to make it impossible to play on both consoles.
