Word transformation is the fabric of WordIslands. Touch a word to select it, then tap a letter from the alphabet to change a single letter in the selected word, transforming it into a nearby word.
Word puzzles (anagrams, antonyms, synonyms, and homonyms) link the Islands and become active once you reach a word.
Enter an anagram, antonym, synonym, or homonym of the selected word. If the word you enter matches the puzzle word you are taken to a new Island to explore.
The info panel allows you to check your progress, display the alphabet on the right or the left, or start a new game.
Word connectivity and color provide valuable clues.
