    I really wanted to love Where's Waldo. The nostalgia factor is immense, and it's one of the best image-hunting games around. But it's crippled by so many technical flaws and poor decisions that I just can't immerse myself in it.

    Fans of the books and seek-and-find games should locate this on the App Store. Those with time-crunch anxiety, however, might want to avoid it.

    If you're not particularly tied to the Waldo series, there are better hidden object games with more variety on the App Store, although few posses as much charm as Where's Waldo?.
